👍👍 What a lovely way to spend a cold Saturday afternoon in February gin tasting. Five great gins and complimentary tonics. Our host was a great guy, knowledgeable and patient with a gentle enthusiasm for gin. Then to finish off a double gin and a meal. Perfect 🤩 People often mention great, good, beer, friendly, experience, staff, service, Ross, beers, lovely,

The beef diner was lovely and those Yorkshire puddings were fantastic. Wedding ceremonies are upstairs with no wheelchair access so please be aware.

The beer and the place itself is great but don't bother if you're hungry. We had dinner there twice and it was so disappointing we left and went for a second dinner. The burgers are dry and tasteless, small plates were horrible as well... Prawn specially... I do not recommend this place for food at all

Brilliant food and drink options, outdoor relaxed seating, great view over the river, dog friendly, good music, pay via the app and service was fantastic. Honestly one of the best dining experiences in ages!!! Refreshing menu, fun and friendly staff. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Had a great brewing experience with Klaidas today, who was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. We're looking forward to returning to taste our Red IPA when it's ready! 🍻

I took my dad to the whisky and beer tasting experience for a Christmas present, and can't recommend highly enough! It definitely exceeded my expectations - I thought it might just be some "tasting" glasses but we got a half pint of each beer and a shot of whisky for each one (with 5 of each!) plus a meal (which was anything from the menu, so lots of good options) included, so it was excellent value for money even just on that basis. Having Ross leading it really made the difference between a good event and a great one though, he really was outstanding with how informative he was while keeping it fun and interesting. So much knowledge about not only the beers and the whiskies, but the technical science of brewing, history, different types of beer - we're both still talking about everything we learned and will be for a while yet I'm sure, and keen to go along to another of the events next time. Thanks so much for making such a memorable experience, and Ross if you read this, it was woodruff ale we were trying to remember the name of!

We have been here for a brewery experience day and it was great! Ross the local brewer welcomed us very friendly, explained everything in detail and kindly answered all our questions. We enjoyed the full day with beer, food and a lot of fun. We will definitely come back.

My brother and I had a brewing day experience at the Nottingham Brewhouse & Kitchen on Saturday 15th October, didn’t really know what to expect and the day exceeded all expectations. We simply had a brilliant day!! Ross the resident brewer was welcoming, really knowledgeable, encouraged us to get hands on with the brewing process and answered loads of questions. His passion for his job shone through, and helped to make this a great experience. To add to that he kept us topped up all day, from the first at 11 through to last about 6 with beers to taste, great selection from the brewery! The food (breakfast and lunch) provided in the experience was great too, as were the waiting and bar staff. The whole day was excellent, thank you Brewhouse & Kitchen and especially Ross for making this a brilliant day! If you love beer and are interested to learn more about how it is made, then this is a great day and we’d fully recommend it.

We booked the brewhouse beer tasting and burger meal. What an enjoyable two hours! Ross was amazing, he really explained the beers well, explained the flavours and the brewing process. We loved the different flavours and the explanation of the brewing process. Ross was fab and explained the process in detail. Loved it! Great two hours well spent 🖤

This pub was absolutely superb but something seems to have gone seriously awry since our last visit. There was not a single gluten free option available, no Coca-Cola bottles (I'm allergic to aspartame and 4pm is too early for cider). The bar staff were friendly, kind and deeply apologetic that there wasn't even a full measure of my friend's chosen tipple, seedlip. They also introduced us to a carbonated drink without synthetic sweetners called lemonaid plus but when you want cold sugar and caffeine it's just not the same. The kitchen manager fed us a line about shortages when i asked if everything was ok but the regular bar staff standing behind him were trying really hard not to roll there eyes at what was clearly a practiced and not entirely honest answer. On a Thursday afternoon you should be geared up for the weekend. We'd come to eat and settle in for a session. We'll be nipping over the road to somewhere else now.

Great food and the staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Very early in the evening so the place was pretty quiet. We'll definitely be coming back

Been today for the second time since this place has been Brewhouse and it’s really good. The food isn’t restaurant fancy but it’s way better than standard pub grub, and they do a lovely grapefruit Radler which I’ve been craving since the sun has been out. Jess served us today and she was really friendly and helpful, as was the lady at the bar with the ear tunnels. Will definitely be back.

Good food and beers, good location by the Trent, sitting outside and looking over the rivers and bridges is delightful

I had the pleasure chatting to the manager for some time and was very impressed how well he controlled everything that was going on in the pub, without being too overbearing. His approach rubs off on his staff. They're relaxed, laid back and friendly. The food is typical pub food and that's what you should expect when you go to a pub. Pretty good though! Prices are average so no complaints. The fact that it is on to the Trent is a big plus.

The brewery experience day was amazing. Although I do not drink but I did this because it was complimentary for my job. I didn’t feel uncomfortable but rather left with alot of knowledge about the making of beer and even facts about yeast, fermentation and so on. Klaidas really explained the process and served us with breakfast and lunch from the restaurant, food was great as well.

Part of an independent chain of craft brewery pubs that offer superior food. Located on the banks of the River Trent, the Nottingham branch sure has a picturesque view. The outside seating area is vast and divided into different areas - some of them covered, some not. Due to the good weather I decided to dine outside, ordering a Smoked Bacon Cheeseburger (UKP 13.50) with sweet potato fries (surcharge) and a pint of the company's own medium-strength Talladega APA. The beer was fine (if unsubtle), and the burger - which arrived in due course - was excellent, with some of the yummiest sweet potato fries I've ever had. Definitely worth the extra 50p. Service was friendly and competent. Because it was still afternoon, not a lot of other people were present. Overall: Nice place, good food, solid craft beer, good service. What's not to like?

On arrival we were greeted with a smile and great service. Our barman was lovely and nothing was too much trouble, and the same could be said about the serving staff, recommending dishes and explaining the menu. Food was great too. Sadly though, once the kitchen closed the serving staff seemed to disappear, we were left with no one to ask for another drink, a coffee or anything. Unfortunately this spoilt the experience. If we went again, it would be earlier, then maybe someone would be around to ask for the bill!!!

The steak i ordered was rib eye and it wasnt however the steak was cooked perfect for me however the chips were shocking. I went to eat a chip and It was half raw. And the mushrooms was a bit eiry. However staff and customer service was friendly and great. And the home brewed beers was lovely too. I will pop back here for a drink. As it's a beautiful place by the river.

Very impressed with the service at the Brewhouse. We hadn’t booked and it was on a Nottingham Forest home game day (so busy!) With great trepidation we asked if we could have a table for two and were seated at a large table by a very friendly manager. Although busy our order was taken quickly and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the session ale they had on draught. The food was really tasty (we had burgers) with fresh ingredients and nicely plated. We were not hurried along and left sated and full. Would highly recommend this place for lunch or even a pint outside by the Trent.

Lovely bar with a great selection of beers. Amazing that they brew so many on site!!! Came in late afternoon to enjoy the evening sun. Only for a drink (the tropical IPA is amazing) but stayed for a bite to eat. Picked the 1/2 beer-can and wasn’t disappointed! Will definitely be visiting again

I like the pub but the Sunday roast pork was small and dry, rest was good. Chocolate fondet wasn't melting and come with no cherry composite. Nice beers, building and location. Nachos r bad
