    Staff looked as though they couldn't be bothered, didn't even smile! Food freezing cold, and thrown together, I probably would have go better service and food from a blind 2year old ! Most McDonald's are the same to be honest, hence why I usually stick to Burger King, lovely staff and hot fresh food served with a smile !

    My encounter with the McDonald's Nuthall Rd drive-through on the 23rd of last week left much to be desired. My initial order was a caramel frappe, which they regretfully informed me was unavailable. I decided to order a Coca Cola as a replacement, only to be met with further disappointment when I reached home and found the drink to be terribly watery. Optimistically, I returned to the Nuthall Rd branch today to discuss the previous incident, providing evidence of my regular patronage – over £60 per month spent at this very McDonald's. The manager, to his credit, confirmed there had been issues with their drinks machine the previous week. With this in mind, I asked if they could perhaps offer a free Coke this time around as a gesture of goodwill. Shockingly, they declined, citing company policy as the reason they couldn't offer any form of compensation. I was left feeling overlooked and underappreciated as a dedicated customer. Poor product quality is one thing, but the lack of effort to rectify the situation is an entirely different matter. Based on these consecutive negative experiences, I find myself questioning my continued support for the McDonald's Nuthall Rd branch. In my opinion, customer service and satisfaction should be a priority in any food service establishment, and it's apparent that this branch falls significantly short of that expectation. All in all, my recent experiences at the McDonald's have been far from satisfactory. I would strongly urge McDonald's to address these issues, specifically regarding their customer service policies and how they value their loyal customers.

    Not too busy, very friendly staff. Sitting outside has a kind of truck stop vibe due to nearby industrial businesses. I quite liked it.

    Dirty place and staff dont doing notting with that, no place for seat if u dont clean by your self. Horrible people working in there! Should be all staff be change !!!!! Zero manners. 0/10

    Absolutely atrocious experience will never be visiting again I asked for no meat in my burgers it came with meat. Did not receive an apology furthermore was accused Of ordered wrong as my fries were missing. Manager Alex has a blatant disregard for empathising with customer. I never take a picture of my order on the screen but for some reason I did today and thank God I did because I was accused of lying but I showed her that she was the one that had got the order wrong and she accuse me of lying

    App orders are bad. Food is freezing. It must sit on counter half an hour. Uber driver must not put in heat bag. Drives slow. Disgusting. Food needs to be made while driver there. Straight into a heat bag. Always get order wrong. Worst

    Had a long wait despite the restaurant not being busy, and when my order came it was wrong. Replaced without fuss, but the replacement meal was poor. Weird atmosphere and layout, limited parking. Won't bother again.

    Slow on the drive thru; staff struggle to get the queue moving quickly. Part of the issue is not taking the order straightaway. Staff always wait around 20 seconds when in front of the machine. The bigger problem is getting your food. Always seems to be slow on the last item. Sadly, it was an entire meal. They are polite at the window though but just not efficient. The drive thru is tight and poorly designed but nothing can be done about that now. Entering and leaving the car park is a nightmare. You have an exit lane which leads directly to a NO ENTRY sign. What on earth is going on there… It isn’t rocket science, fix where cars enter and leave. There is often issues as you have cars entering the car park to go through the drive thru or park and then you have cars leaving. It’s hard to explain but surprised management haven’t identified the overlap. Escalate the issue higher and stop being afraid. I’m surprised an accident hasn’t happened or maybe it has? I don’t know but I’m never going there again. I might not hurt your sales but I value my car.

    Think these guys need boycotting think they need to give more back to there customers .. multi billion pound company's taking small change of the little person missing food all the time dodgy just eat drivers that you know have enjoyed the banana milkshake that didn't turn up Sort it out mates

    Window server was gatekeeping an extra slice of cheese n wouldn't add it/tell the cook to because its “policy”…. Lucky for me the lady on the drive thru monitor is more than able to do her job. Thanks lady u made a picky eating girl happy to not have a dryass burger!

    Easy to park as lots of free spaces. Modern McDonald's. Ordered a Quarter Pounder and fries from touchscreen order point. Receipt printer didn't work but managed to get order number. Collected food, was tasty and warm and good value. Toliets were clean. Decent experience and would return.

    Very rude customer service from not only the server but also management! I had to wait for a good 25 minutes to only receive cold food. (It was only 2 items) Normally wouldn't come to fast food places however after just having surgery cooking isn't easy. I don't mind the wait however being guilt tripped by staff is disgusting. Didn't see their names however the server was a young teen boy and the so called management was a 20 something female

    Well don’t ever have the grilled chicken salad box spot the chicken and basic is an understatement, found a piece of cucumber and the melon bag use by date is the same day brought, some pieces had to be thrown

    Great food, I used the drive through at 1.30am queued for 20 minutes! Why is this McDonald's so slow? I can only assume it's due to the number of delivery people standing inside waiting for their orders to be processed which is delaying everyone else.

    Poor manners by the most miserable staff I have ever spoken to. I ordered a aelect meal fro. The drive through. Could barely hear the voice and then they just almost ignored what I was saying and I could hear them talking to someone else in the background

    We are regular customers, and 1 a week we drive to Mc Donald’s, but every time we order they do something wrong, for eg they put cheese in a plain burger meal, or one day they give us lots of tissues and this time they gave us none, and once we told the manager and she said you have to bring it back, and I said what if everyone brings it back then there will be a problem the best thing to do is put everything correctly inside the bag.

    Dire! 🤣 I only really go for the entertainment if I'm honest! Watching people try and navigate the car park in such a rush that people take their lives in their hands when travelling between their cars and the front door. Bearing in mind there's a 10 minute wait (minimum) for the most basic of orders, I'm not sure what the rush is all for. Definitely wouldn't recommend paying cash either as there's an even longer wait for a member of staff to actually approach the front counter. Seems like they are all far to occupied pressing buttons on the fancy new (and pointless) order system. I say pointless as it's a lottery which order is processed first. H&S and 'Corporate' have most certainly taken the 'Fast' out of Fast Food. Nuggs were ok though, so that's something I suppose.

    DO NOT ORDER VIA MCDONALDS APP!!! You will never see your money again. They do not care, they accept orders and refuse to deliver and when you ring them up they say it’s not their issue even when it’s up to them to get the order out. Tried to ring Uber but as it’s placed via McDonald’s app they say it’s a restaurants issue. The McDonald’s employee refuses to give a name due to giving poor service…. Shock! Please do not make the same mistake as I did. Save your money. I will be turning up to the restaurant tomorrow as I am not letting my money go to waste.

    I was working in this area for 2 days... One evening I went to get some chicken stips and decided to go inside the restaurant. The restaurant inside was filthy, food everywhere tables were not clean at all, sticky tables. And the following day I use there drive through the woman on the till was like she didn't wanted to be there, charged me for the wrong order, then she said she refuseded me... But I have seen the refund in my bank... Really bad service...

    Second visit. Came a few weeks back when it was the "Italian" menu, the burger was laughable! Bore NO resemblance WHATSOEVER to the picture or as advertised on TV! Complete joke. And the chips weren't hot. Didn't get the salsa advertised for the mozzarella side. Used the self service machines and printer wasn't working to give receipts. A very kind slightly older lady who worked there who had been checking bins outside etc asked where I was sitting and asked if she could carry the tray to my table outside noticing that I was disabled which I thoroughly appreciated. Today we went at lunchtime and they've got the "Spanish" menu, steered clear of that one after last times joke but my friend said it was nice. I had a quarterpounder which is what it is really!! Chips were hot this time which was good and without asking we got the salsa with the halloumi bites. Had to ask for other sauces. No communication, no greeting, no smile from the young girl who seemed to be the only one working there. Printers still out of paper so no receipts again!!! So last time food was rubbish but service was great, this time food was ok but service was rubbish. So should be 2½ stars really but can't do that

    Went there today with my son was in drove thru i ordered food for my son when I got to till window I told him you didn't put down no beef patty as we are vegetarians and he got rude with me and then when my son got his burger they filled it with tomato ketchup and gave him old fries like wth to a adult it's still bad but to a childs happy meal are you really being serious don't go there please save your money

    From a delivery drivers perspective this mc Donald’s on nuthall road Nottingham can be very bad after 12am, I see certain customers getting aggressive, rude behaviour shouting offensive words towards the staff. It’s so sad that the staff let people like this get away with it. Mc Donald’s have got a lot of money and yet they don’t provide this particular place with security guards for the protection of all other customers, staff & delivery drivers. Actually other drivers have told me they too have been a victim as certain customers have been aggressive to them aswel. This has been going on for too long now you can tell mc Donald’s management the big bosses do not care about the well-being’s of their staff or any of us decent people! Shame on u! We all are making money for u working hard and yet u can’t provide security for us.

    Been using McDonald's for as long as i can remember now at 73 yrs old and use a mobility scooter, i'm not aloud to use drive through. I'm sure if i lived in america the A.D.A would have issues regarding this policy...

    This was, sadly not one of the better laid out McDonald's. To get round to the car park we were caught up in the queue for the drive through to begin with. Walked in and nearly 'fell over' the people waiting to order or collect meals, there was in my opinion insufficient space. That said the food we had was enjoyable.

👍👍 Absolutely amazing! I went to have lunch on my graduation day with my friends. Food was very flavourful and cocktails were nice. Special dietary options are available and you always get 2-4-1 cocktails. Service was really friendly and approachable. Ambience and music is just cherry on top.
