One star. It's misleading. One star is really zero. Because you can't leave no stars. This place doesn't deserve any stars at all. The place was filthy. I covered the table with napkins but the grime was still under there. I opened my box of chicken and chips. There wasn't much in there but it took me a while to spot the chicken. One of my kids pointed it out to me. Have a look at the picture. It's the box before I touched anything in it. The two kids meals were much better. I should have had a kids meal too. I would have been better off. They at least got a drum stick. The corn was tasteless, soggy and cold. The beans were OK. The ice-cream had a plastic taste to it. They left it. The drinks were 90% ice cubes. The place smelled foul. I opened the toilet door, stepped back and closed it again. The stench was too much! As I stood there, trying to get my breath, two boys ran out. They were heaving. One bent over, doubled up. It was overpowering! I've come across some bad toilets over the years. I once found a toilet that was a hole in a concrete floor. It was in Egypt. The locals just aimed in the general direction of it. In that heat, it was bad. The toilet in KFC was like that. The hairs in my nose were trying to tie themselves in knots! I don't know how they stay open. It can't be healthy. The place is a grotty dump. The food is not what you come to expect from KFC. Find a different KFC. I don't think that there's another one in the city centre. There's plenty of other places to eat though. I won't be going back inside this KFC again. It is a horrible place. I'm sorry to give such a bad review. I tell it like it is.

About an hour and a half ago, I bought popcorn chicken, and while eating chicken, I found them as if they were moldy. It's very embarrassing and disgusting

After previously giving this place a 5star rating I've had to change it to a 2star at best. I went in a day or so ago with a family member and the service the food and cleanliness were atrocious. As I walked in the mat that welcomes you was absolutely filth (yes I know it's only a door mat) but this was bad as I've got to the counter to order the staff were just leaning on the tills and it was like I'd interrupted them on there break so I could order something. After eventually placing my order I had a 10min wait until my number was shouted. The food itself (zinger burger) was sub par it looked like it had been kicked around the kitchen before it was given to me it was just warm with limp lettuce and literally around 20 fries for £8.99 I probably wouldn't of minded if they were busy but there was myself and at max 8 other people in the restaurant. There was rubbish all over the floor and most of the tables needed wiping down it was only the fact I'd just brought some antibacterial wipes before I went in that I ate inside because I wiped my own table down before eating. I hope things change here because until then I won't be going back.

No contact number for this restaurant. Ordered a 6 piece bucket meal. Looked in the bag. No drink. The chicken barley warm. I will be phoning the customer care team for a refund for the drink tomorrow. Not happy wont be ordering delivery again

I ordered 3 mini fillets. It was a first order of the day. The staff served me the smallest piece which is not fair. I asked them to change and get a bigger one. They denied. Not happy with the service. This is not how a customer should be treated.

Absolutely awful experience within this branch. I have a hidden disability which means I require use of the disabled toilets for immediate access, the toilets in this branch were abhorrent, there was urine flooding the whole floor and toilet seat, not to mention no toilet roll at all, clearly hadn’t been cleaned or replenished. And for this to be the disabled toilets left in this state is unacceptable, the other normal toilets were out of use thus everybody including none disabled people were making poor use of Milton Streets KFC’s disgusting facilities. Thanks for not taking care at all, can’t imagine the hygiene of the food in the kitchens if they can’t even put some toilet roll or mop up the toilets!

Another day... Another outing and another review. 14th October 2023 With bags in hand tired and hungry, we were looking for something to munch and then we saw KFC. Our first visit here. The place we pretty crowded and then a long line to place the orders. The staff was pretty qick to take orders and within minutes it was all ready. We moved upstairs and the seating below was full. Luckily found a table empty. The interiors are pretty good the hanging lights and the paintings on the wall make sthe interior look bright and neat. Saw a lady visiting upstairs cleaning the floor every few minutes... place was clean. Chicken Zinger Burgers, fries and a drinks was all we had and it was great taste and enough to put our energy back to move ahead. Truly a "Finger Lickin Good" meal will not much of an expense.

Such a worst experience. Ordered a bucket and received these pieces(6 leg pieces out of 10). Food taste was worse even. We buy this because of the name KFC and the shop doesn’t deliver anything of that standard.

Considering it was a late night visit, store was very well presented... Price of a Zinger burger on its own is disgusting (5.99!) but still delicious and arrived very quickly. Excellent.

It got a little crowded. The layout congested it, so when mothers came in with buggies and prams, it was very cramped. Other than that, the service was quick, and the food hot 👍

The tables were dirty some customers just left their trays on the tables pile high with their rubbish. Lots of food on the floor between some of the tables and there was not a cleaner in site. Customers had to clear the tables themselves before sitting down to eat including myself. I also notice that they have stopped the hand sanitizeing tissues. Actually I couldn't see any hand sanitizer

Nice food, but the restaurant needs a refit and the staff needs training on serving customers with disabilities. The woman who served us was not disability friendly.

I would never hv written the review. But the food is disgusting..😖..special the barbecue chicken dips are horrible, i thought we were only eating the sauce. I understand ur brand is amazing but to maintain the name need to serve good and hot food. And plz serve a sauce not a curry ...

Milton Street the service was really bad, the staff look like they've just let school standing around talking, without management? The food was cold the drinks were flat and tasted disgusting. So all went in the bin and they just refused to give me a refund. Just awful 😖

Waited 15 mins for my food, that wasn't a problem but what an issuse was the woman serving, not once in that time did she smile or say thankyou to any if the customers, she was rude and looked like she really didn't want to be there, her attitude was terrible, she need ls some some training in customer service. Didn't get her name as she wasn't wearing a badge but the had glasses and green bun.

I wouldn't normally write a review for a fast food establishment but this place was awful. Food is extremely greasy. But the main concern was that the whole place was filthy. The toilets were disgusting, the smell was horrendous and wee allover the seats. No soap or hand sanitizer. I told the staff but they weren't concerned. The seating was also dirty, sticky and not clean.

We ordered a delivery from here through deliveroo. Really poor, everything mid warm. No chips for one of the meals, the other hardly any. Pineapple stick for the kids meal missing. Really would not bother ordering from here again. Would rather they had cancelled the order than give us what came.

I’m fuming imagine you spend your money to get cold burnt food and no sauces that you specifically asked for! I’m not an animal to eat this disgusting food.

Reasonable waiting time, polite staff, yummy meals though they need to tidy up just little bit more (seems cleaners were on break).

Definetly it is not a fast food. Rather a slow food. I have waited more than 15 mins for my menu to be deliver. Also they did not give me what i paid. I told this to the guy that serv the food and he told me he has no time. Very disapointed and i will never go there.

EVERYONE please be aware. When you order a DELIVERY there is a very high chance that they will MISS some items from your order!! Second time ordered a delivery. Again missing item. Last time was a side, this time sever ordered two zinger tower burger but only one came. It’s a disappointment everytime!! Can someone make sure they are actually checking the order before sending it!!! There’s no way to be in touch with store or online service. Kfc food are really nice, but service is so poor that it’s very disappointing and frustrating!!!

Asked for a variety bucket got home to have 10 peaces of chicken and chips and payed £21 for!! To then eat it and theres no flavour what so ever on the chicken it is just battered not southern fried! Theres no contact details to ring and sort this out! I dont live near by to just go back and change it! All vile do not get from here!

Seating arrangement is poor. 2 kids buggies in the restaurant meant that everyone had to keep shuffling chairs while eating to allow people past. Half the menu isn't available to order here. 2 broken order machines. This KFC is beat down.

So, not only do the staff stink and not wash their hands, but I went to kfc in town and I ordered a meal with fries, please tell me why I’ve gone into my popcorn chicken box to find some grains of the spicy rice in it, I went down to the staff at the counter and was told that it wasn’t rice when I felt it and it had the same texture as rice, the staff didn’t do anything about it and denied it, even said that the food is prepared in a different station, if the same scab is preparing both foods it doesn’t matter weather it’s it’s in Sweden or Buckingham palace the guys hands are gonna be dirty and cause cross contamination. Manager, teach your staff how to wash their hands and stop employing such scruffs

The staff seemed happy, I could hear them all laughing and bantering with each other in the back and they all seemed like they got on with each other. It was nice to see, I’ve been a food service worker before and I know the stress. It was nice to see them not stressed and actually enjoying their jobs
