A modern hotel with a nice room, however my room had an intense smell which came from a detergent, the room is OK for two persons but a bit small, the kitchen inside is not useful after all because it's very small and doesn't have the equipment to cook properly, the bathrooms also don't have a telephone to have a shower, only on te top, sometimes also it is a bit noisy because of the Rock city close to the hotel, not that much though, if you want though a cheap room for a couple of nights it is OK for you and you could try it

If you're visiting Nottingham, I would definitely recommend staying here! Right near the heart of the city. There's a bus stop right on the main street. Great staff, all friendly, warm, and welcoming. My room was amazing and the cleaning staff made sure the room was tidy everyday. Great room accommodations, microwave, hot plate, mini-fridge, dishwasher, plates, glasses, cups, all for a VERY reasonable price. I would stay here everytime I decided to visit Nottingham. There is also complimentary coffe/tea/hot chocolate and croissants in the morning. And they are really good croissants!

I had a great stay here. Accessible building and excellent facilities. The grab and go food option was decent, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I would change is the shower. It needs an extractor in the bathroom because it smells damp most of the time. The shower also does this annoying thing where it goes hot and cold intermittently while taking a bath.

I really loved the room! Was nicely lit and they had left us afternoon tea in the room for our arrival which was super cute, cakes, macarons and cheese with crackers and cream teas! All the appliances you need to use to. Breakfast and afternoon snacks they have an area you can get them from downstairs to have in your room. Comfy bed and clean communal areas. I would say when you start looking a little closer you start to see the dirtier bits like mould in the bathroom like on the ceiling and seals ect. Otherwise the staff was delightful and we had a wonderful time, great value for money!

It wasn’t very clear where to park while I went to get my card to access the car park (£10 for the night), would suggest adding instructions to their website/booking email. Received a warm welcome from the receptionist. The place has a nice chilled atmosphere. I stayed in a Smart Studio and it was great. Air conditioning worked well. Very clean everywhere. Kitchenette was well-equipped. Breakfast included pastries, fruit, juices. Would definitely recommend.

This is an excellent place to stay. The rates are lower than most hotels with the standard of room being much higher. Really clean and modern with great facilities. You get a small kitchen in your room with everything you need for a quick meal or breakfast and there’s the grab and good breakfast if you need it. I’m fed up of the typical hotel buffet breakfast so I really don’t miss it. I’d rather have the nicer room and make my own. You’re right in the city centre here too. It’s pretty much perfect!

Another outstanding nights sleep courtesy of a Roomzzz Aparthotel. Flawlessly clean room, exceptionally comfortable bed, hot shower… will definitely return.

The room was very nice and clean, all the facilities were fine beside the thermostat. We couldn’t figure how to use it and the room was freezing all night. Also the complimentary breakfast was destitute. Stale bread and pastries galore. Was quite disappointed by the selection and went elsewhere to eat. Juice from concentrate, supermarket yogurt and bruised fruit. The only thing that was good about the breakfast was the hot drink selection. Would only return if the breakfast improves.

This was my second stay in 2 weeks. Room was clean, modern and well set out and the air conditioning actually works..! The kitchen area in the room was great and really useful for avoiding going out for an expensive meal or junk food. Toilet/shower room was clean and modern. The free 'continental' breakfast was OK for a snack but normally you don't get anything for this price range so very happy with it. Highly recommended for someone on a budget and will happily stay again.

My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend. The room itself was good, it was a nice large suite however there was a noticeable smell when entering the room that didn't seem to disappear. The air con, when on full due to the heat in the rooms, was very loud and banged a lot. We had to turn it down which stopped the banging however that resulted in the room being not as cold as we would have liked. The rooms could do with a bit of a refurb as the furniture was chipped which let down the overall feel of the place and the shower wasn't the cleanest. The shower also flooded when you used it. We didn't realise when we booked but the hotel is just behind rock city which played loud music until 3 in the morning which made it very difficult to sleep and remain asleep. Once the music stopped the streets flooded with people screaming and shouting. We ended up having to buy ear plugs to try and reduce the sound. The staff were helpful and friendly so can't fault them. The breakfast was first and foremost pastries with some yoghurts and fruit. They had a 24/7 coffee machine that served nice drinks. The hotel was in walking distance to the main city area. If the hotel was away from rock city the location would be fantastic but unfortunately the loud music and screaming let it down.

We stayed here for over a month, staff are all friendly and great. Few minor hiccups but were resolved quickly. While all staff were great Michaela (hopefully got her name correct) went above and beyond. She made us feel very welcome and always went the extra mile. It doesn’t feel like she’s just doing her job - it feels like she genuinely cares and treats you not only like a customer but also like a friend. Give that girl a raise, she was great!

Would 100 recommend this place. Great location, rooms are comfy, well equipment and clean. I love the grab and go breakfast, great idea! Great value for money. Lady on night reception was lovely and even went to the trouble of checking CCTV to see if I was wearing my lost sunglasses when I checked in! Looking forward to my next stay!

Stayed here as I was going to a gig at rock city. Perfect location as it’s literally next door. My room was slightly tired looking, but comfortable and decent, black out blinds worked a treat, and staff were also super friendly. Overall I can’t complain at all for convenience of leaving a gig and being in my room in less than 5 minutes, including late check out of 11am with snack breakfast (croissants, tea, fruit, etc.). 5*

Lovely staff on when we arrived late, very helpful. Our room was very fresh smelling and visually clean! Floors werent tacky/sticky to walk on. Couldnt actually ask for any better. They even fussed on our wee terrier we brought along with us for the night!

Staff were brilliant, very quick if requested anything, from the house keeping staff for extra towels to the night porter grabbing us some orange juice after a night out. Bed was comfortable and shower was a great size. Great for the price. My only gripe was not being able to control the aircon which was on auto and not really making any difference on what was a very hot few days.

Loved it. Great price, great facilities, close to Rock City which is reason we visited Nottingham. Staff were helpful. Would definitely visit again .

Amazing Hotel for the price. The fact it has microwave, cooker hobs, toaster, fridge and even a dishwasher and all the cups, plates, pans and utensils. I didn't realise it had all this when I booked. I just thought it had a kettle and microwave so was pleasantly surprised when we got to our room. The room was nice and clean and a funky modern decor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has everything you need, there is a shop at reception selling essentials and a coffee machine. The hotel is situated in a perfect place to near by clubs, bars and restaurants We had a fab time definately will stay here again.

Location is excellent, room was clean with ample facilities and on-site underground parking was ideal. Staff were great, special mention for Tatiana who was a delight and so helpful while we were there. Left a great impression, will definitely stay here again when we're next in Nottingham.
