Situated a short drive from The Jubilee Hotel & Conference. This venue was an ideal location for a great event. We visited the venue for an Awards Galla Dinner and could not fault it. The welcome experience the service the facilities and the staff were simply very good. The main event room was spacious it had 45 tables and around 400 people for the dinner. Acoustic was great, and the service was prompt. Great food throughout the night served hot and very well presented. The taste, texture, and flavours were to standard. Wine prices were reasonable and always served to temperature and correct glassware. Great event and venue.

Nice building. Good food. Clean areas. Small toilet areas for such a big building.

Was there for a conference in January. The conference spaces were decent and hotel rooms were good. The lack of a decent cup of tea or coffee within the conference venue was disappointing. The catering was terrible for a formal meal however. It took well over an hour to provide soup, the main was a bit of dry chicken with a few carrots which was pretty awful. Despite knowing several hundred people would be eating, a genius decision to staff the bar with one member of staff while everyone was taking their seat was made by someone (luckily the food was delayed!). If you attend a conference here, I strongly recommend DO NOT EAT HERE!

Disappointed with the East Midlands Conference Centre due to the atrocious parking situation. Chaos with cars parked on double yellow lines and haphazardly, making it stressful to find a spot. Regrettably, this experience will lead me to avoid the venue in the future.

Great facilities within the conference centre, friendly staff, and a modern hotel next door. Situated within the grounds of Nottingham University. Would highly recommend.

A nice conference centre and very nice rooms as part of the hotel. The restaurant could have been a little more inclusive with dietary requirements, but otherwise was okay. Transport links were a bit challenging, but it cost about £15 in an Uber from the station to the centre/hotel. Nice venue with some nice surroundings.

Great conference centre, excellent facilities, close to hotel. Good bar, a little pricy, nice coffee machines in the day, food options could be better.

The centre is located within a very green campus site not far from Nottingham city centre. New building, attractive facilities.

A well spacious center with good provisions to cater for conferences attended by people of diverse cultures. There are multiple gender separated rest rooms, wide hallways, spacious exhibition/drop-in spaces, multiple conference halls with large spaces for parallel sessions and a multi-faith prayer room. Deserves a 5 star

Excellent conference facilities including breakout rooms, auditorium and areas to relax and also dine in. With good parking next to the conference centre and the Orchard hotel, this make a good location for a conference

A lovely venue with very friendly staff, ranging from security to hospitality. Well done!

The venue is nice enough, but charging £7 for a pint of beer is obscene - this is Nottingham, not London. My advice is to bring your own as the venue is just profiteering from a captive audience. Bar staff are utterly useless. We asked for orange cordial, and they asked us which of the draft taps that was! We also had to tell them you had to add water to it... Even worse, on 2 occasions half full glasses of (£10) wine were cleared away, despite there being empty glasses on the table. Where do they find these people?!

Attended a conference recently. Lunch was dreadful, there were 700+ people and the queues were ridiculous. The chicken looked pink, the salad was brown. So many people went without because it was so unappetising and a long wait. Evening meal was equally as disappointing. I wonder how much organisations pay per head for this this slop!! The Orchard Hotel on site was quite nice though. Although I didn’t eat there but the rooms were decent

The staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help you. The only problem was that the breakaway rooms were either far too hot or far too cold. The AV team were also amazing. Thank you Ding, Monterey, Robert and Sebb.

I am working at the conference centre this week , and was also here last week on an event ... It's been extremely hot weather recently , and the venue are doing their best to keep the place as cool as possible! But I have to say , the staff are wonderful ! They are so helpful , nothing is too much trouble , always smiling .a big thank you to Ding, Ashie and Montree. You make all the difference , well done!

Lovely modern training space which I highly recommend. Our training was catered and tea and coffee was provided throughout. Very good standard of food. Only reason for 4 stars was the heating wasn't working so we all had to wear our coats indoors.

Conference space is entirely adequate however severely let down when catering events, (I assume they must not be set up to cater for large groups). Certainly our meal was akin to aircraft catering resulting in a trip to the nearest McDonalds on completion for something to eat as the 3 hours from starter to dessert, (around 2300hrs) left many famished; at one point we considered ordering Domino’s to deliver to our table. Bars were also woefully out of their depth with very little selection and around a 40min for each drink. I’d attend another conference there but I’d eat elsewhere for better service, quality of food and expediency.

Hey Guys How about using the air-conditioning in your foyer when it's getting uncomfortably hot Not the first time I've been to an event and I'm feeling like I'm going to pass out due to the heat and they won't switch it on. The foyer is basically a greenhouse on a bright day and with 50 people in it extremely unpleasant
