We
stayed
at
Brightmoor
Serviced
Apartments
on
Tuesday
18th
June
for
1
night.
How
they
can
justify
charging
someone
£126
for
a
one
night
stay
in
a
filthy
and
below
standard
place
is
disgraceful.
My
sister
and
I
did
not
feel
comfortable
at
all
staying
there
but
due
to
it
only
being
for
1
night
we
put
up
with
it.
There
was
hair
everywhere,
stuff
smeared
on
the
walls,
coffee
stains
still
on
the
side
as
well
as
dangerous
plug
sockets
and
the
fixtures
and
fixing
just
being
under
par.
My
sister
is
pregnant
and
it
was
close
to
the
venue
we
were
heading
too
which
is
the
only
reason
we
stayed.
She
found
the
whole
situation
very
uncomfortable
which
was
not
pleasant
to
see.
When
leaving
on
the
Wednesday
morning
there
was
no
one
around
to
speak
to
regarding
our
issues.
When
making
a
complaint
directly
to
the
company,
explaining
how
dirty
and
dangerous
it
was
in
that
apartment
I
got
an
email
back
saying
if
we
were
to
give
a
full
refund
would
you
not
put
a
bad
review
on
booking.com
I
said
of
course
not
but
you
must
address
these
issues.
To
this
I
got
a
further
email
back
basically
saying
they
were
testing
me
on
the
full
refund
and
basically
to
do
one
with
no
apology
and
with
no
preventative
issues
to
sort
this
out
and
more
importantly
the
health
and
safety
issues
there.
When
arriving
at
the
property
the
welcome
wasn’t
overly
pleasant
either
and
Piotr
is
not
a
pleasant
person!
What
a
horrendous
company,
no
idea
how
they
are
getting
such
great
reviews
because
when
speaking
to
another
guest
there
they
were
getting
moved
to
another
room
because
their
room
was
below
par.
I
wouldn’t
stay
here
again
if
someone
paid
me
to
do
so!
I
had
to
give
1
star
to
get
this
review
placed
on
google
but
I
certainly
would
not
give
them
anything
if
i
didn’t
have
to.
