It was pretty average for a place to dine. Fast food a little better seating than an eat in takeaway. The chips are really tatsy. They do refill with pop from self serve machine. The peanut butter and salted caramel milkshake is delicious if you like that sort of thing

Quick service, good music and a bomb location at the city centre.

Me and some friends ordered food individually and received our milkshakes after 10 minutes then after another 20 minutes asked when our food would be ready and we’re told that it was being sorted in order even though people that ordered 20 minutes after us received theirs first. Then we went up and asked when it would be ready and an employee said nice try boys and scrunched up our receipts and told us to leave

First Five Guys experience (as there are none in the city we live in) and left very disappointed. Burger was dry, fries were limp and greasy. For the price it was incredibly average. There was also a customer washing their hands in the drink dispenser, who then wiped their shoes with their hands, and then continued to wash their hands. Tables were dirty, the quotes on the walls with praise are all from 2008-2011's, no wonder there are no positive comments from less than 10 years ago.

Always love five guys burgers, always consistently good and delicious burgers, excellent fries and amazing shakes! Staff were friendly and happy to help, service was fast and food was prepared quickly. Sat upstairs and enjoyed the view over the market place For some reason the toilets require a code which is printed on the bottom of the receipt so make sure to check that if you need to use the toilet in a hurry, genuinely don't understand the need for this. Music was a bit too loud to be comfortable downstairs but much better upstairs will definitely return.

Half an hour later and 2 rounds of asking where the smeg the food is, got refunded for the meal. 20mins after ordering, it was chased they took the receipt and said "sorry we missed your order we'll sort it". Then a muscly guy came out, walking billy big proverbials, said "we're giving you a refund, is that not enough?". For which his colleague quickly apologized for. Got an order in the end, certainly wasnt what I wanted though.

The best burgers and hod dog in Nottingham.Value for money and portion size. A large selection of toppings and a double large and tasty burger. Very nice and quick service. I would love to go back there again.

Best burgers you can have on a fast food restaurant but it's the most expensive. It's not always that fast but it's fresh. Peanuts is a good treat and there are plethora of drinks on fountain.

The food was amazing as usual, expensive but nice. The service was great but i thought it was slightly slow, and atmosphere great. TOILETS were dirty, they needed some strong bleach and the staff need to keep on top of stocking the toilet paper up.

had the pleasure of dining at Five Guys, and as someone who visited their restaurant in Malaysia before, I can confidently say that they consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience. The quality of their burgers and fries remains unmatched, and the customizable options allow you to create a meal that suits your exact taste preferences. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making each visit a pleasant one. Five Guys is definitely a top choice for burger lovers, and it's a place I'll keep coming back to for their delicious food and welcoming atmosphere.

I love these pricey burgers so very much! They're the only truly tasty burgers in this country (almost everything is tasteless here, they are not familiar with preparing tasty food with flavour). They're a bit pricey, but they are completely worth it. I always order the bacon cheeseburger, and my partner likes the regular burger with no cheese. The cajun fries are very nice as well. The service is always good, and it's always clean.

We visit 5 guys often at different locations and have never been dissapointed, until now. How a franchise with the same ingredients and techniques as all the others I've visited can get it so wrong is beyond me. Chips were soggy, milk shake more froth than shake and the burger was cold even though they'd just made it???

We fell for the five guys hype and popped in before a night out - chips were lovely and we got plenty for the price but burgers were overpriced compared to what we were given (and compared to burgers you can at an independent burger restaurant 5 minutes walk away!). Took 15 mins for food to be ready and our groups all were ready at different times. Only good thing was the quirky decor, the lovely gentleman serving us (he was a smiley dude!) and the massive chip portion!

First time eating at five guys. Food was OK, we had cheeseburgers and fries. For a similar price you could probably eat at a posh burger restaurant and get better burgers. Fizzy drinks machine was flat and had no fizz, although bottles of drink were offered in replacement. There was no real atmosphere, it is a basic burger joint, although free monkey nuts was a nice touch.

Quick service and no issue when I asked for a hamburger in a bowl. 2 floors that were clean. A drink fountain for refills available.

Some of the best burgers and chips ever. It is very pricy but the meal portions are unreal. A normal fries are for two people and a large is for 3/4. The burgers are so well done and they are always so quick. The burgers are so hot when they come out but not in the over done way. I like knowing my food is fresh and well prepared. Would recommend for a quick lunch. But not for a family of four or more unless you are wanting to spend about 50 pound.

This place is one of the main reasons I come to visit Nottingham. Those are some of the most delicious burgers I'd ever eaten. Cajun fries are superb and plentiful, and even the selection of sodas in the refill machines is surprisingly extensive. P.S. Could you open another joint in Lincoln, pretty, pretty please?

We haven't tried their signatures like ham burger. This review is only based on the large cajun Chips 🍟. We had the same Cajun Chips from their London outlet last month. Comparing the London and Nottingham, we felt the chips we had from their London branch is best.

Loved it! Burger was beautiful! Tasted fresh, juicy... not greasy! Service was good and staff were polite, was a little busy but was worth the wait.

Great place to eat tasty burgers and the fries are absolutely amazing. The five guys staff in Nottingham get 10 out of 10 great service and they really looked after me and my group it's really a nice treat out okay a bit more expensive than you're probably used to paying for burger and chips but the taste is very good.

It was super busy and had to wait a while for food. Server didn't understand dietary requirements and I had to explain (they usually ask if allergy at other stores) to use a different grill and no bread etc. Table we sat at was very wobbly. Food was enjoyable and the milkshakes are to die for!

Great service. Wanted a place to eat in at 11pm and found one. Food was a standard five guys meals which means high quality. Toilets are clean because they need a passcode (at this late hour) Very happy with staff, friendly and helpful. The mayonnaise ran out and they refilled it immediately after I mentioned it to them. Good job staff

First time eating at a Five Guys and it was great. We had bacon cheese burgers and really recommend them. We ordered fries and refillable drinks however we didn't need the fries as the burgers were so filling. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Caution for people with allergies, it does say fries are cooked in peanut oil which could be an issue for some.

First time trying from the Five Guys breakfast menu and you can really taste the quality. Egg wasn’t messy, the bacon was crispy and added such a good texture along with the cheese which doesn’t taste plastic. I had the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwich. Seems expensive but it’s just so worth it every time ! So glad they deliver to me now - Also a girl rang us to ask a question about our order. The staff always deliver impeccable customer service. 5 star ⭐️

The burgers, fries and shakes are all excellent. The price is the elephant in the room though. I guess the adage "Food tastes best when someone else is paying" applies doubly to Five Guys.

As usual at five guys you get great service & the best burger in the world. Nothing beats five guys for the freshness & taste & the fries are just perfect.

Cleanliness of the restaurant at the time of visit was not great. Although the establishment had over 12 members of staff in the preparation area, not a single cleaning personnel was present to ensure tables were wiped and sanitised. The quality of the food was great and I have no complaints. A place best for quick dining and experiencing the whole Five Guys experience. I might come again.

I enjoyed a yummy Hot Dog at this restaurant with ketchup, after the staff specifically asked me if I wanted any extras! The millionaire's shortbread milkshake was something unique and delicious, suitably coming with a plastic lid that I could put my metal straw through. Me and my friend were given order numbers by the staff, who were friendly and served us in a reasonable time. We found the seating comfortable and our table had been kept clean, though the restaurant would be better without an open kitchen because seeing the food-making process is unpleasant.

👍👍 Absolutely amazing! I went to have lunch on my graduation day with my friends. Food was very flavourful and cocktails were nice. Special dietary options are available and you always get 2-4-1 cocktails. Service was really friendly and approachable. Ambience and music is just cherry on top.
