I
had
the
unfortunate
experience
of
encountering
the
restaurant
owner
during
my
visit
to
this
restaurant
,
and
I
must
say,
he
was
incredibly
unprofessional
and
rude.
From
the
moment
we
walked
in,
it
was
clear
that
this
owner
had
a
complete
disregard
for
customer
satisfaction.
Firstly,
the
owner
was
visibly
disinterested
and
unengaged
with
his
customers.
He
seemed
more
focused
on
chatting
with
his
staff
or
playing
on
his
phone
than
attending
to
the
needs
of
the
customers
.
Furthermore,
when
we
had
an
issue
with
the
quality
of
service
,
the
owner
was
dismissive
and
argumentative.
Instead
of
listening
to
our
concerns
or
offering
a
solution,
he
simply
brushed
us
off
and
made
excuses
for
the
poor
quality.
It
was
clear
that
customer
satisfaction
was
not
a
priority
for
this
owner.
Lastly,
the
owner's
attitude
towards
feedback
was
appalling.
When
we
decided
to
leave
a
complaint,
he
responded
with
hostility
and
defensiveness.
He
seemed
incapable
of
accepting
any
criticism
or
taking
responsibility
for
the
issues
raised.
It
was
clear
that
his
ego
and
pride
were
more
important
than
addressing
customer
concerns.
Overall,
our
experience
with
the
restaurant
and
its
owner
was
incredibly
negative.
His
unprofessionalism,
rude
demeanor,
disrespect
towards
both
customers
and
employees,
and
refusal
to
take
accountability
left
a
lasting
bad
impression.
I
would
strongly
advise
anyone
considering
dining
at
this
establishment
to
think
twice
before
supporting
such
a
poorly
managed
establishment.
