As a result, they removed (a baby tooth!) so that a large hematoma formed around it and by the evening the temperature rose. The next day we went to them so that their surgeon could see if everything was fine. So they started telling us about a large hematoma (we were already aware) the question was what to do about it and whether all the remnants of the root had been removed. The surgeon began to behave unethically, using phrases (in front of the child!) that were not correct and insulted the honor of the doctor and patients in general, and a little later he started screaming. And all this for your money!!!! Not to mention the fact that the child suffers after their “magnificent” baby tooth extraction!!!! Continuation: The inflammation did not stop and we went to another clinic. They took a picture and it turned out that the surgeon did not remove the entire tooth. The root remained; inflammation began (periodontitis) with a fistula. As a result, we had to open the inflamed cavity again and pull out the root of the tooth that was “forgotten.” These are the “competent” specialists who work at Unident.

I visited different clinics, lost my insurance for Unident’s services, and ended up remaining a regular customer here. An excellent clinic, I’ve been seeing it for several years now, fillings, removals, cleaning, and now I also wear braces :) you won’t get pleasure from this, of course, but everything is always correct, clear and with a minimum of discomfort.

I went to this dentist to take a picture of my teeth. Upon arrival at the clinic, the receptionist asked me to wait. As a result, the administrator simply forgot that I was sitting in the waiting room. When I asked if they had forgotten about me, the answer I received was: “What do you have?” They promised to send the photo by email in 10 minutes. As a result, they sent it two hours after I called and promised to complain about their work. And... the photo turned out to be not mine! I had to call this clinic again. The entire treatment process involved treatment with braces and the installation of 2 implants. The implantation operation was performed by an implantologist or a surgeon whom I saw once in my life - he installed the implants crookedly. Despite the fact that this was noticeable, none of the doctors paid attention to it. However, like me - as a teenager. Next, a fatal mistake due to the incompetence of all doctors - after implantation and treatment with braces, it was assumed that an arch would be placed on the teeth to secure the position of the teeth. They put an arch on my upper teeth where I had implants, and connected them to them. (It turned out that this is absolutely impossible to do; I only learned this in 2021). In 2021, I definitely discovered peri-implantitis on 2 implants. Already at the last stage. Nothing hurt because all the inflammation came out through the canal. I had to remove all the implants. I think the main problem is: staff turnover, incompetence of doctors and the chief physician, which is confirmed by the attempt to hide the problem and “get rid of the client.” UPD: as of December, they have not contacted me to sort out the problem.
