We took a small puppy from the street who could not walk, perhaps he was hit by a car. Unfortunately, they couldn’t help him because... There are no X-rays or ultrasounds here. But the doctor suggested where all this could be done. Before contacting us, it is better to call and find out if help can be provided and if there is a place to house your foundling or pet. It's a shame that our government doesn't fund animal shelters.

One of the few islands of hope for homeless animals. Wonderful people work there, care about animals, love their jobs. The pets are all under supervision, the enclosures are clean, and we also help them as much as we can. I wish there were more people like that working there! Thank you for your work!!!!

We just found a clinic closer to home. The cat had to be castrated... It was just the smell... It was difficult to find it for the first few minutes. Maybe this can be fixed. It is clear that there are a lot of animals there... But..

Separate enclosure, serum, subsequent sterilization, permanent residence before joining the family. Great! They keep me informed about their condition and behavior, I am calm about my charges

I came here with a kitten. There were complaints about itchy ears. We looked at his ears (with our eyes. We just looked). They said that, well, it’s normal that he’s scratching, he’s a kitten :))) I think it’s clear from here how good the clinic is, since they diagnose ear mites this way :)

I visited this clinic as a volunteer and I can say for sure that I will come again! I would really like to organize an additional large cleanup event in the area around the shelter, but I don’t know how this can be done yet. For those who love animals, the smell is not scary, I came and cleaned the enclosures because I liked it. It was nice to take the dogs after a walk into a clean enclosure with washed bowls and new water. The dogs are all friendly, cheerful, and do not rush (there are some exceptions, but the workers immediately told us which ones should not be approached, and which ones need a slightly different approach). At first, you could hear all the dogs barking at once, but it was walking time and everyone asked to let him out.))) Afterwards, everyone returned in unison and became quiet.) The puppies in one of the enclosures were especially pleased. Incredibly well behaved kids who were fun to be around. The workers suggested everything, guided us, and greeted us warmly. It was very cool and pleasant to help not only people with work, but also animals, since almost everyone required at least a little attention and affection. I think it would be very good if there were more volunteers. And not for the sake of profit (if we talk about school graduates), but really for the sake of the animals.

Veterinarian Zaitseva works only in the morgue, she learned to sew up and that’s enough for her, but the animal suffers from an illiterate doctor, she sewed it up without making sure of the integrity of the injured organs!!!!!
