One of the better clothing stores in Nugegoda area. Parking is available but may be full at busy hours. We parked under Nugegoda Flyover and walked as it is close by. Clothes are of good quality. There are stuff like gift items, Bags, and perfumes other than the cloths. Staff is also helpful. There is a "ROOTS" at ground level if you wanna try a fresh fruit juice.

Cool Planet fashion chain always offer very decent collection of cloths (both casual and formal), shoes and kids toys, bags (ladies and gents) and many more. I’ve visited the CP Maharahama but at Nugegoda the Kids collection (for girls) is much much versatile and the collection is far more appealing. Since the place is near to Nugegoda junction the road in front of it is jam packed with vehicles (they have parking space for like 12 cars in front of the shop) and now they have a separate parking space next to them which is great. Due to COVID 19 you have to submit your contact information at the entrance.

It always has something for everyone .. good ambience and great customer care. Always ready to help specially guys in toy area. Lovely clothes , shoes , toys & accessories for kids. Wider choice of kids shoes. Have story books and other school supplies . have extended their parking. Ample space . Can shop in peace.

The location and parking area is very convenient. Good collection of toys and men’s wear can be seen. But the ladies wear used to be much more better back then. Now they only have some day to day clothes that are not even newest trends.

New look is good. A good collection of toys is available on the second floor. Would've given 5 stars if there were no long queues at the cashier. Dear management, you cannot expect 3-4 cashier counters to fulfill the payments of that size of a shopping mall. Long disappointing queues make the whole shopping experience futile since we had to keep all what we chose without buying for we didn't have hours to wait in the long cashier queue.

Reasonable prices and now there is a large parking area in the basement so that the problem of parking which was the biggest issue for this place for many years seems to be solved. From basement to the first floor apart from the stair, there is a lift also available. And once you enter the building you can go to upper floors through a lift, escalator or the stair case. Shopping mall has a large area with varieties of items placed in a convenient manner for you to access and choose. Price of them varies from cheap to expensive so everyone has options to buy. Waiting time in the cashier is very less now since they have an effective system with over five cashier's assigned to serve customers on the first come first serve basis.

Went to buy a dress for my daughter as a gift on Her birthday. Visited several other shops in Nugegoda high-level Road junction, but there were no quality dress except Cool Planet. Totally happy.

Great place to shop for clothing. Very reasonable price and very friendly staff. Customer Services are very good, but the checkout tills are a bit awkward. If you're looking for great summer clothing, it is an ideal place to go

I just love this place ❤ I visited here just to buy a small gift but it's wearthy of going there. Kid's wear awesome, ladies clothes lovely and they have good selections. Small book shop, hand bags, toys, men's clothes, gift items ex...car park available, for thirsty something to drink (juice) roots is there so everything in one place👍waiting to go again 😇

1) open/close timings on google says 9.30PM for nugegoda. 2) open/close timings on the glass door at the outlet says 9PM. 3) I went to to the shop at 8.55PM and it was closed. Staff mentioned they close at 8.30PM. So umm fix this. Thanks

Cool planet is one of popular clothing chain in Sri Lanka. They have recently renovated the Nugegoda branch with good improvements. Cool Plane have wide variety of products and they have separate food corner too. Store clean, well organized and maintained. Parking facilities available. A friendly staff and supportive.

One my place to go for shopping. First time to Nugegoda branch. So busy during festival season. This outlet is the largest amongst other outlets. Variety of dresses for women and kids but couldn’t find good for men. One thing I didn’t like at Cool planet Nugegoda is that most of the ACs are switched off. During crowded hours its so sweaty. I hated that moment here. Management should check and take proper action on this. Eventually they might lose the business or customers, so they should care about each and every minor things that might affect their business. Thats the reason for giving three ⭐️

Love the new look. There are many varietyofbrands. . But think certain staff can work more efficiently. I had to wait for a long time at the counter cos the cloth item i selected did not have the price tag. Left without the item cos it was a waste of my time.

Cool Planet in Nugegoda is a large and comfortable shopping mall with a range of stores selling clothing, baby clothes, cosmetics, shoes, slippers, etc.

i placed an order for a party dress with several confirmations they told that it was dispatched and after 2weeks ,i called to asked about the delivery,Then a guy said that dress i not available and they have made a mistake showing a damaged one on online. i was really disappointed. i had no time to arrange any other dress because of these silly guys . please dint do online sellig of u dont know how to manage it.

The atmosphere of the store is nice the location is convenient, and staff service is satisfactory. Though there was a nice variety of clothing to choose from and a lot of local and international brands to select from, many of the clothing had defects and the finishing of many clothing was not satisfactory.(Most clothing had either a stain, lost buttons, torn collars, edges punctured, button loops torn off etc some were minute but others were prominent) and gives a sense that they were hastily made. This is not good for the image of the store and it is appreciated that the staff and management look into the matter.

I feel sorry for the owner, because staff don't do their job, not all of them but most of them are lazing about. The guy who was at the men's denim section wasn't helpful at all. Denims weren't categorized under sizes which made it really hard to find the size we wanted, when we asked for help from the guy I mentioned earlier, he said, only large sizes are available, but we found the sizes we wanted after spending a long time struggling with piles of denims. Very disappointed. Will definitely avoid visiting this place.

They have moved to the next building and it's bigger and better. ✨️ Have very organized selection of clothes, bags, shoes, accessories and many more. Have underground parking available in different levels. And there is a baggage counter in the park as well. Ps- They have a barista inside.😍

The absence of ample seating becomes more than just an inconvenience; it affects the comfort and well-being of shoppers, particularly the elderly. Scientifically, prolonged standing can lead to fatigue, discomfort, and even health issues, especially for older individuals. Given the mall's spacious layout, there's a logical solution to this problem – installing more seats. Not only would this enhance the overall shopping experience, but it would also contribute to the well-being of the visitors. Scientifically, providing seating aligns with ergonomic principles, promoting comfort and reducing the physical strain associated with prolonged standing. I strongly recommend the management consider this suggestion, as it would undoubtedly contribute to making the shopping environment more inclusive and customer-friendly. All are very good. But the girls at the place where the girls fit on are the worse . They look at us as we have come to buy clothes with their money. There is no supportive attitude. Not friendly. If you take a lot of clothes, it will not help you to try on fit in any way. November 22, 2023 Those who worked in the female fit-on rooms will have to be retrained. U guys deserves 5 stars. But im not giving because of that rude girls.

I bought a hand bag there and it was so cool. The best experience is the guy was there wrapped my bag very perfectly. No like other shops he did it with a good patient and I appreciate it. There are lots of things anyone can buy.

Lot of fashions with quality cloths available for all ages. Prices also reasonable and value for money. Also there are lot of quality toys for the kids. They have friendly staff and always helpful. Save time for shopping 🙂

Variety of quality clothes are available for ladies,gents and also for kids. Staff are friendly and helpful.There is a huge car park at the right side of the shop. Parking at shop front is limited to few slots. Better than most of the textile shops in Nugegoda area.

A fashion outlet which has a wide variety of garments for all ages. One of the main attractions is the availability of wide range of kids toys and accessories. Most of the toys are branded and expensive. Parking facility is extremely insufficient and can accommodate only 10 to 15 cars which makes the shopping experience bit inconvenient. However, there is a rented parking facility just opposite the outlet.

Insanely overpriced clothing store in Nugegoda. Very poor customer service. Cashiers are working alone despite long queues and I had to wait more than 30 minutes for payments. If efficient cashiers are not there the management should have assign an assistant to speed up the billing process. Go to KANDY showroom for very reasonably priced better collection or NOLIMIT and see the difference.

Baddest experience we had, very poor service. No AC and it’s hot like hell Tried five times my card for the transaction but couldn’t make due to service error and no online payment system, very bad. Unfortunately without electricity no outside ATM works. After 30 minutes at counter had to keep all goods and return empty hand. Parking is in basement of construction building, it’s flooded and water everywhere. Really disappointed

Cool planet is one of the most reputed clothing stores in the country. This branch has a good selection of clothing foot wear accessories for men women and children. It also has a good parking area. The staff is quite scattered and you have to request for their help. At the car park there are few food stalls and a juice bar. The store is busy during evenings especially on Fridays and weekends.

There is a complete range of clothing. Women's and men's clothing categories are complete. Customer service is best here. very humble persons are working here
