Overall great experience, pleasant and helpful staff and the usual good Java lounge food and drinks The Nugegoda Branch seems to be small as you enter the door but there is a basement lobby which is spacious, silent and peaceful. Surprisingly since it's right by the busy nugegoda road. I was able to plug and work in the lobby below. The basement also had a small yet clean and pleasant washroom. All the food was good although the ice chocolate was not as good as i remember. The rest of the food i got was as good as all other Java lounge branches. You can order food from the basement itself by dialing with the lan-phone and selecting with the menu provided.

Don’t have a large space or a unique ambiance, but the service and the coffee is very nice. We had a Iced Mocha, Iced caramel macchiato and a Iced chocolate. I personally didnt like the caramel macchiato. But the Mocha and the iced chocolate is really good. Staff is also very helpful. Even though the place is kind packed, you can stay as much time as you need, minding your own business. Recommend.

One of the best places to hangout with your friends or loved ones while enjoying some delicious foods and coffees. We went there a week ago and it is one of the best places we went so far. Java Lounge is mainly popular for coffees. They offer various cold and hot coffee options for customers and also some food options like pasta, pizza, lasagna, croissants, sandwiches, etc. We ordered a Kochchi Chicken Pizza, Creamy Chicken Pasta, and a Chocolate Cream Frap. Gotta say those are delicious as hell. Well enough for two persons. They have more seatings for family dinings in ground floor and seatings for 2 or 3 people in first floor. Recommending for anyone ♥️

No washroom and tiny place with even cant seat for 3 ppl in same table. Cheese cake is really good but spicy grill chicken sandwich is so bad . Not having good or enough filling .

The place is nice. Has a lot of parking and the staff is very helpful. Only thing is it takes a while for them to prepare. Overall taste wise, I think this outlet is the best.

I usually appreciate the service and the menu at Java Lounge. This is my worst experience at a Java Lounge. A very small place so obviously its congested. Most of the items in the menu were not available even though it was a weekday and school closing time. The iced cafe latte was not good as other branches. The glass was broken and served to us. Also the entrance was a mess by loitering. Not cleaned the outside at all. Even though the staff was welcoming, friendly and greeting when leaving, the customer service is poor. The standard Java Lounge maintains is not practiced here. The impression is vanishing. Advisable to train the staff to provide a standard customer service not just a cheerful verbal interaction but also the every other customer aspects.

Loved everything about this branch. So peaceful and calm. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Had a lot of seats available. This is the first time I am trying a frap. It was so so delicious and filling. They play a good set of songs. Loved the experience. I might be turning into a regular customer from now on.

The worst coffee place!, if you have never had a good coffee before and looking for expensive bland and just a hint of coffee in your coffee, yeah this is the place!! I was utterly disappointed with my iced latte yesterday that had no coffee no body or taste no caramel (to which I paid extra).below is a picture of exactly how it came to the table… now you guys please don’t lecture me about coffee I know my coffee and my friend who was with me is a trained F&B person who specializes in beverages! We thought we were drinking a new kind of beverage invented by Java lounge 😂 I searched for the owner and found out it’s kapruka owner! No wonder! The guy is famous for ripping off people for absolute garbage!!! But the staff was friendly that I must say…didn’t try the food also…

I like 👍 the cheese cake 🍰 in this shop. Both strawberry 🍓 cheese cake and blue berry cheese cakes are really tasty 😋 and good with coffee ☕️.

Very good coffee and delicious food same menu in every java outlet.. Two things required for better for satisfaction 1. Vehicle Parking 2. Toilets/ restrooms Because customer satisfaction is highly important in business . Overall customer service outstanding 👏

Quality of food and beverages remains the Same, space is s but can accommodate 2 people per table. No couches and lounge areas like the other Java lounges I have been to. Overall for ambiance I would not give it more than 2 stars but on the rest they are at 4 as always. The Jawatta one has the best beverages though.... Made to perfection

Not too shabby, but I would probably select some place better if time isn't a problem. Not a lot of seats but the staff here are friendly. There are parking slots available right in front of the shop, so that's quite convenient.

Nice place. This place is newly built. I think interior need some more modern touch. Food quality is good. Wifi is bit slow. Nice friendly staff.

Below average food and disappointing beverages. The frapper reminds me milkshakes from pettah street vendors. Lol, just some crushed ice and sugar topped with whipped cream. Pasta is just straight out of freezed package to the microwave. Looks and tastes appalling. Staff is friendly and nice. Oh please don't use their washroom. Lol, you can smell it from dining area.

The customer service was fantastic, friendly and helpful. Prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. Highly recommend checking it out!

Recently I have figured that your dishes have turned up quite off and I am not happy with the order I made today. The slice of Cheesecake I ordered appeared to be dry and the texture was off. Looking forward for an improvement. Good luck!!

Small seating area available but staff was wonderful enough to join a couple of tables for our group. Everything, especially the Double Chocolate Macchiato were great! But the Blueberry Muffins were completely dry and definitely not worth Rs. 200+ I have had better Rs. 50 sponge cakes.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops these days. It has a cool environment to work. Staffs are really friendly and professional. Also they have a variety of foods and beverages. I especially like their Chocolate cream frap. The foods very fresh and tasty. I will highly recommend this place for people who like working in a relaxed environment.

Java Lounge is a good place to have a coffee and they have some of the best cheese Cakes. The service was excellent as well the people working here were friendly and the food arrived at the table quickly. The cheesecake has always been my favourite and tried their new brownie (sorry cannot remember the name ) and it was covered with caramel and was so filling and delicious 😀

I have not been to the cafe yet. But the food ordered through PickMe arrived fast( within half an hour) . Food was warm and tasty. Drinks were carefully packed. There were no spillage like from other places. Extremely satisfied. Hope they will keep up the standard.

Very good place to have a coffee with their cakes and sandwich. Their cheesecakes are the best. Only few tables for dining but you can always find a seat as per my experience. Friendly service by all the staff. Sometimes parking is bit of a problem as it is located together with other shops. Ideal to have a chat with a coffee without any rush but not good enough if you want to spend a longer period for like working as this location is bit smaller compared to other Java lounges. There is one outdoor table but not practical as it is right at the entrance unless you want to smoke while having your coffee.

Small but kinda cozy place tried kochi🌶 chicken 🐔 Baggett super 👌 not too spicy, cuppachino ☕️ not so great but i am oknwith it, outside seating available i wish if this has more room so can hangout longer Not to mention they too have great collection of cakes.

Overall quality of the cakes are good but not exceptional. Breverages are also good. Price is little bit high.

Pretty tight place to sit and relax compared to other JL spots but ideal for take aways where you can get your favourite regulars from Java Lounge.

Since there is no option to reply, i am editing the post here, few reasons 1. place looks so cluttered and not pleasing at all. doesn't have the relaxation of a coffee shop, 2. most of the menu items that we asked for was not available on that day. 3. Limited and shared parking wasn't that helpful. but the security guy was nice and supportive 4. compared to jawatte, time taken to arrange what's ordered was little too much

I needed to visit last Wednesday but their car park was almost full. I didn't have a place to park my car. Then I went some shopping & came again to there but at that time also the car park was full. So it's better if u'll can expand the space for car parking. Otherwise I really love to have their coffee n the coffee was really great there.

Java Lounge is currently the best coffee shop in Sri Lanka. It is not only coffee but you can also try different types of food. They are very tasty Also, special mention should be made about the Nugegoda outlet. An outlet with a very friendly staff. They are very friendly and provide the best service. Now this outlet is currently spread out in another area. It's very beautiful. There is a lot of space. I recommend Java Lounge Nugegoda Outlet for those who like to spend time drinking their favorite coffee freely. It's superb. ☕️💯

A well organized coffee shop. You can work with your laptop and they have enough power outlets. Wifi facilities also available .Very friendly staff and their service is excellent. They have enough parking slots. Overall food and beverages experience is very good. Specialy there was a staff member named Hasidu Nilshan was his good name in Nugegoda branch gave a good service..
