The
hotel
imposes
an
additional
very
high
service
charge/service
tax,
claiming
it
to
be
mandatory
despite
it
not
being
legally
required.
There
were
no
water
bottles
provided
in
the
room,
which
was
inconvenient.
The
curtains
in
the
room
were
not
sufficiently
thick,
causing
disturbances
from
external
lights
at
night.
The
hotel's
location
was
dirty
and
unappealing.
The
body
soap
in
the
room
was
empty,
indicating
a
lack
of
attention
to
basic
amenities.
Despite
booking
for
two
adults,
they
only
provided
one
towel.
The
hotel
claims
to
be
4-star,
but
it
seemed
to
be
lacking
the
expected
standard
of
service.
Overall,
my
experience
at
the
hotel
was
disappointing
and
fell
short
of
expectations
on
multiple
fronts.
