Ikea is always an ideal place, especially if you want to buy stuff for your house. Also, I think it is an excellent moment to bond with family while eating their signature Swiss meatballs and more at their restaurant. This is a busy place and not as big as the other Ikea I have been to. However, still, a nice place to visit if you want to look for inspiration.

I ordered a product online (sofa), for pickup. I was informed the product was ready to be picked up. I drove to the store, using my own time and fuel. When I arrived, it was discovered that one of the main components was missing from the order. They asked me to wait while they retrieved the missing piece from "upstairs". Ultimately, I waited almost 4 hours, and the item was never found. They promised since I already tried to pick up the item, that it would be delivered to my home by Ikea at no charge, and that I would be contacted within a week. I was NOT contacted, and called Ikea customer service 1.5 weeks later. Customer service told me that only the Amsterdam store could fix this, but would neither connect me or give me the number to talk to them. I had to wait, and they would get back to me. Apparently the Amsterdam store no longer has the item, and while the item is available at other stores (Utrecht, etc.), Ikea refuses to ship it to me from the other stores. After waiting another week for the Amsterdam store to call me, they still didn't, so I called customer service again. Again, customer service would not connect me to Amsterdam, but said only Amsterdam (store) could solve my issue: not receiving the item I paid for and tried to pick up almost 3 weeks ago! I have been a long-time loyal customer of Ikea, but I am considering changing this due to their completely ineffective customer service practices.

I am an international student, I went to ikea to buy ALL my furniture as I thought I would save money. I ordered it online, and realised that ikea deducted money from me 3 times instead of 1 time. They stole almost 700 euros from me about 1 month ago, I have been calling them and contacting them almost everyday. They said I would have the money on my account by now but I still do not. I have not received any apology. I could not pay my rent last month because of this and Ikea does not care. I have received horrible customer service even though they are the ones in the wrong. They took money from me and it is taking them over a month to return it. I was also promised a gift card for all my problems caused by them, but I never received it. Every time I call them I get a different answer. I am so disappointed and angry with ikea and I definitely will never order online from them again. Make sure to check your transactions if you ever order something from this company. Overall I recommend going to any other furniture company who will actually help you and not steal almost 700 euros from a student and take more than a month to return it

Went back for a return and exchange .. efficient and helpful once we found the right counter ... Plenty of parking and easy access for loading and unloading ... altogether a typical IKEA experience.

Awesome Swedish lunch cafe. Not 5 stars cause it doesnt take reservations but food is great. The restaurant entrance is hidden inside a large furniture shop: great scandinavian little gems like meatballs with fries are awesome. If you exit thru the large storage warehouse (you end up at long lines of people at cash registers when we went after which) there’s the food shop which sells all the stuff frozen that you just ate, for peanuts!

Affordable shopping with quality items and functionally organic furniture that help you organise limited space with innovative ideas be it beds sofas you have everything in different ranges and qualities..i like the part that they have an eye for usability and user centric design for most of the equipment they house.

50¢ ice cream need I say more? It's been about 7 years and one move 2 moves and we still have furniture from here, I greatly recommend furniture shopping here. The picture is of a TV (mantel thingy) I don't know what it's actually called but it's pretty and the paint has not peaked.

Best place to buy furniture for your home. Most of our furniture we bought from IKEA & it’s amazing. IKEA provides the steps to assemble any furniture & it’s really helpful & easy to understand. Highly recommended!!

In-store staffs are very nice. But not their online customer service. Also poor product quality management. We have 2 orders and 3 items in them are either missing parts , or defected. Their price comes with a cost.

Tbh the quality of the restaurant dropped quite a bit. Not only that some plastic/paper mix plates are used, also there’s no normal cutlery. You get disposable ones (bamboo spoon and fork and plastic knife). I don’t see how this is supposed to be sustainable or whatever. Also the food is just thrown on your plate, no proper serving. Really disappointing.

Creative ideas in making furniture , huge variety but little disappointed with the restaurant menu, very limited menu is there.. But guys coffee is free here if you have ikea family card.. Go and enjoy

Good Ikea, easy parking and accessible from the highway. Restaurant is terrible though. Prices are low but the fish and vegetables are of a disappointing quality.

It's a decent size store situation next to highway so it's easy to get there by car. Moreover they are opened till 9pm from Monday to Saturday which is great because you can come here after office hours. On Sunday they are opened till 6pm. In the end when you want to go to checkout station, you have to go through warehouse which is bit weird. In Amsterdam store, you can avoid going to warehouse and go directly to checkout

I tried to sell furniture to ikea for the circular hub, but had to come back a day later. According to the website i could get up to 60 euros in vouchers. I got nothing due to one loose edge. Couldnt even bring my furniture back as I had no transport vehicle this time. I lost 4 hours, gas and public transport costs, and my furniture. 0/10 would recommend.

Worst customer experience possible: - Kitchen worktops delayed by close to a year. No acknowledgement of the inconvenience encountered as a result. - Awful follow up across Customer Service and Sub-contractors resulting in further delays (e.g. wrong measurements) - Unanswered questions by customer service results in wrong worktop to be delivered.

I really enjoy shopping in Ikea with the family. Sometimes just to hang out and walk around. It brings inspiration to new ideas for our new projects. Very inspiring and motivational. Only wish we had the money to buy all we need;). Love the quality and also love the fact it's a place for all budgets.

Massive place for Home shopping... You can get almost everything you require for your house except the electronic items. You will see all types of furnitures, kitchen items out there including flooring materials. A must visit for a person who is planning to build its own house. Make sure you have atleast an hour to have a look at entire place as it is huge 😊 Update : Ordered few items online and I love the flawless and easy step by step instructions that is provided to the customer to assemble it's parts. The delivery was also pretty safe and quick.

We use to love Ikea but I feel their quality of service going down. Most of the items not in, kind of a waste of time, Restaurant was totally dirty. Food was okay but was impossible to find a table what was clean , everywhere full with sauce and left over food. Seems no one there to clean. And also for being a long time Ikea family member I do have a member card what is plastic,seems cannot use it anymore either no way to couple it to digital account as digital account nagging that I do own a membership That is pretty shame. Ikea used to be lot better and quality place but seems not anymore. Truly hope things will get better again.

Was a little bit not clear where to go from Ingang to the showroom with a kids trolley, not using elevator, but asking workers helped. The goods choice is great, so next time will find at least half day for visiting the place, not just few hours before closure.

Found everything very quickly. The hot dog was a disappointment . No ketchup filled up, dry bun and what is it with that fruit favoured water? It should come with Cola, Fanta or Sprite. And vegetarian Hot Dog? Don't get one then if you don't want meat.

Great public transportation to the store. Very good customer service.
