Incompetent staff. Self entitled arrogant staff. Rude staff. ...and Lazy. A place to avoid!!! They do speak English but the lady doc asked me to “maybe you try” German instead when I was going into medical terms. She also laughed and made fun at the recount of the accident and wrote derogatory notes in the medical report and dismissed that there may be pain involved. She gave me no medical explanation as to what happened, what was or wasn’t fractured or spread, what to do, and she just told me to “go home” although I could not walk... I had to wait for hours in an abandoned dark corridor with no clue as to how long it would take, what’s going on, and what’s next. The doctors pretend to answer all important phone calls although they at the same time just smirk at the useless questions asked by their interlocutor and almost stuff their phones into their patients face, as if it were my fault someone calls them. The diagnosis was incorrect, which caused a 10 days delay in the start of the treatment and prolonged the “downtime” when I couldn’t function properly. This place should be relegated to a village medical center with no electricity and running water, and would make just the same impact! Can’t believe with all the equipment they’ve got and the prime location they’re occupying THIS is what becomes of it... Avoid.... avoid... AVOID!!!

By the time I was there, my german was not that good but they manage to treat me well. The nurses and the doctors were so friendly even trying to distract me when I was so scare during the anastesi. All went good. My operation was successed. Thank you!

I had a surgery in Dr Erler Kliniken 25 July 2018. At the begining all employees are helpfull und kind. Even before surgery nurses tried to create relaxing atmospfer for me. However ,one of doctors ( I don’t know her name because she didn’t bother to introduce herself) humiliated me because my German skill.Other employees have tried to explain to doctor ‘ She can not speak very good German because she ist in Germany for only 2 years’ Doctor’s reaction was saying only ‘horrible’. Altough her subject or job should be only related with medicine in the surgery , she was more contreated on Integration Issue. I think your weakest point in the hospital is lack of empathy and being disrespectfull to some people. At least your employees ( especially doctors) should try to fake the attitude,your concept and servive quality might improve. With this expreince I don’t recommend to anyone your hospital. PS : I am not gastarbeiter or his wife. I am expatriated with private health insurance. Moreover a human which deserves respect and humanity.

Zwei geplante OPs in der Handchirurgie machen lassen. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Bin mit den Ergebnissen recht zufrieden. Alle freundlich und kompetent und bezüglich Corona sehr umsichtig!

Most of the nursing staff were wonderful. Really kind, helpful women. The food was horrible, the facilities are dated. Parking was very expensive. It appears my shoulder replacement went well. I do not recommend going to hospital over a German holiday; very few services available over this weekend. Nurses remained cheerful - the highlight of my stay! The duty Doctors were informative.

Would not recommend. Dr. Druschky was caring however this place is impossible to call. A whole week of trying and not once did I get to speak to a person! Also they told me that they don’t check their mails despite having it on the website…absolutely unprofessional and annoying to deal with. In the end my issue also did not get resolved, useless treatment.

They don't even deserve a 1-star. Expats are obviously not welcomed! They are not even willing to speak English at all. And if you tell them that you don't understand German, they make fun of you and speak in a rude way!

One star is overrated for here. Couldn't be worse. Simply TERRIBLE.

Ich muss hier eine Bewertung schreiben damit mehr Menschen diesen Beruf erlernen oder einfach so weitermachen. Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht wie gut ,freundlich und schnell hier alle miteinander arbeiten obwohl es voll ist. Ich hatte einen kleinen Schock und alle waren sehr nett und waren bei mir. Die Pflege auf den Stationen ist ein Traum. Leider kenne ich nicht alle Namen aber einen habe ich mir gemerkt, danke lieber Kai und danke den beiden Herren die mich operiert haben. Ein Krankenhaus wo man gut aufgehoben ist. Weiter so

Zu lange Wartezeiten in der Notaufnahmen geht schneller beim normalem Arzt nicht weiter zu empfehlen 5stunden schon am warten andere Patienten warten sogar schon länger

Less said the better ! Rude, Arrogant to say the least. They think patients owe them or rather they own the patients, if expatriates aren’t welcome put a sign but don’t treat patients like trash, we didn’t come there for a drink, I think doctors forgot the oath they took !

I did not like the way they are treating with patients, i payed 130 euros and expected a decent service as human being. i stayed at emergency with very painful back and leg and waited for almost 3 hours. They keep saying they have more urgent patients, i can understand that, but many others came after me with much less situation than mine. At the end i left the hospital without getting my money back 130 euros

Es ist kein Krankenhaus, wo man behandelt werden soll es ist nur eine Wartezimmer. Wo die Leute nur warten lassen 3 Stunden lang gewartet trotzdessen keine Reaktion Es ist eine Schande für diese Krankenhaus

Also Mal ehrlich 2 Stunden warte Zeit bis zum Röntgen dann nach Fahrrad Unfall hatte mich überschlagen und mir tut alles weh dann wird nur mein rechter Arm geröntgt und Verband mit Salbe und fertig dickes Knie Schultertasche Schmerzen usw und vermutlich ein Bandscheiben Vorfall und mir wurde gesagt es seien Prellungen fertig als krass wafur bekommen die Geld wenn man nicht Mal richtig behandelt wird nettes Personal zwar aber schlampige Arbeit nicht empfehlenswert Abend

7 stunden gewartet für nix

Heute habe eine voll Narkose geplant, seit Freitag und komm ich ins Klinik und nach über einem Stunden nach meine Termin informiert mich der Arzt, das gibt keine Narkose Arzt...Langer geschichte kommt Corona test gemacht und ich muss die OP machen, aber habe platz angst! Muss ich auch ganze Zeit eine Maske tragen ( wieso der test?)... Also habe abgebrochen die OP. Ich möchte nicht weiter was schreiben. Aber ich überlege ob wegen meine OP dort gehen... So eine gute system hat diese Klinik.

Trotz Corona-Engpässen beim Personal habe ich mich bei meinem 4-tägigen Aufenthalt in der Erler-Klinik rundum gut betreut und versorgt gefühlt. Das gilt auch für die Phase vor der OP. Wer die Anforderungen eines Klinikbetriebs kennt, regt sich nicht auf, wenn er mal warten muss. Ich habe beides erlebt: gute Pünktlichkeit und Warten. Aber! Entscheidend ist doch wohl, dass das den Patienten freundlich mitgeteilt und erklärt worden ist (anders als bei der Bahn). Über das Essen kann jeder meckern, der das möchte. Ich habe mich gefreut, dass ich eine gute Auswahl hatte und - essbar war es allemahl. Mein Fazit: sowohl am Empfang, in der Ambulanz, im OP und auf Station fand ich hochmotivierte und engagierte Mitarbeiter. Dass der Operateur ein perfektes Ergebnis abgeliefert hat, nehme ich mit großer Dankbarkeit und Bewunderung entgegen. Gudrun Rapke

Horrible and unprofessional...forced to go there due to accident at work... unlimited waiting period. Will never suggest it for anyone...avoid to use them when possible.

Meiner meinung nach machen sie dort einen tollen Job. Eskann vorkommen das man warten muss aber das ist okay. Die Leute si d auch echt cool drauf und nett.

Могу рекомендовать эту клинику. Нам сделали осмотр, ренген и наложили шину всего лишь за 2 часа, хотя зал ожиданий был полон.

Polite Nurses, good doctors. Food is okey. When you go there with a serious issue, they will always treat you immdiateley. The first time I went there things did not go very well apparently, but my negative point of view about this hospital had been totally refuted by my latest stay.

4 Monate auf einen Termin bei der Handchirurgie gewartet. Im Termin befand es der Arzt dann noch nicht einmal für notwendig, meine Hand zu untersuchen, sondern erklärte mir, dass anhand des Bildmaterials kein Problem auszumachen wäre. Ahhhh ja…und der permanente Schmerz….ist dann Einbildung oder was? Diese Klinik…ohne Worte! Und woher die FOCUS Bewertung kommt….das entzieht sich jeglicher Vorstellungskraft.
