It's a good place to stay. The reason I am giving 4 out of 5 is the fact you have to pay 7 Eur for the parking per night. Ridiculous.

I've been here one night for a business trip. Rooms were clean, a very good breakfast available. Distance to the underground is like 50m. Also walking back from the city center only took like 1h. The hotel was highly booked due to a fair. With all those guests wifi quality on the room was very poor. I even had trouble checking mails. When people went to breakfast or left the hotel in the morning quality inproved a lot. I would not describe the hotel as beautiful. Nevertheless it's well maintained and clean. It's more like very neutral on the floors, no deco, just white walls (except for the rooms).

Very disappointed. It started great but they said either parking included then free then that I need to pay. Signs were clearly indicating that there’s a fee. On checkout the receptionist being asked said then I’m at the barrier they shall open. Minutes later no luck. Coming inside they said they told my wife other things, then gladly took my money. Had to be back and forth for a simple unified training done to ALL their staff so it’s clear. Other than this incident, clean rooms, great breakfast and nothing to complain about.

Room was OK, BUT I Got room at 1st Floor over Hotel Entrance, so was noisy from 6am. I have paid for parking and asked how would I leave they say " use the card by the gate sensor" ....tryied to leave parking 3 times , than I was going to Reception 3 times telling them, that I cannot leave parking? It was back and forth..fo 30 minutes!! finally they realized, that I wanted to LEAVE.. It is hard to missed that standing with luggage in Reception in the morning and asking ," which way out to parking"? Finally these 2 woman REALIZED, that I have not received TOKEN GATE??!@ at the time of payment for parking last nite... I have lost 30 minutes trying to leave Hotel, ONLY, BECAUSE!! After paying for parking I DID NOT receive token gate, and I thought the Hotel card of my room will do the job... Breakfast room totally crowded..never get the changce to drink cofee, food was OK i.e. standard stuff. Service ZERO help

Worst hotel experience of my life. The receptionists were extremely rude. Cleaning staff stole valuables from our room and the receptionists denied it when we complained about it. No apologies or compensation afterwards.

The booking system is a total mess. I was kicked out of my room with all my stuff and my brand new jogging shoes disappeared. Either the staff or somebody slipping in stole them. The hotel refused to admit their responsibility. Avoid the place!

I've beed robbed. I came to the hotel for 6 nights. In addition, another person came with me. I paid for my stay + 2nd person extra on a separate bill. Turns out I came back the day before. So I asked to change the departure date. I was informed that for my stay I would lose 80% of the amount I should have paid for the night I canceled. I agreed with that. However, I have not received this 20% refund on my card. Additionally, for the extra bed, I was not fully refunded. Luckily I wasn't charged for parking on the day I was gone... The extra person should be 100% refunded as it wasn't a booking, it was an extra person penalty each night. But last night it wasn't. Unfortunately, the car park was busy and I couldn't always park in the hotel car park, I saved myself in the public car park. The shower pressure is very low. It takes a long time to take a bath. The room is not always cleaned... breakfast good.

Beds are the best side of that hotel. They are the best in my opinion as a big guy. Coffee served trough service tastes like dirty rag water. Rest of breakfast was very good (Scrambled eggs was made from eggs not from egg powder) Clean and quiet

We askes for a room with 2 children, the reception told us that yhere was no room because of staff of somewere staying she leaded us to Holiday inn, she said they have a room for us for 100%, they didn't even bother to open the door! She really missleaded us, with 2 children!

Comfortable rooms with kettle and small refrigerator. The breakfast was also good and delicious. Location is also close to center. There are several markets and a small shopping mall close to hotel.

STAY AWAY, Quite possibly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Upon arrival at Best Western we were met with a rude staff working at the front desk who could not answer basic questions. The internet (Wi-Fi) at the hotel simply did not exist, when asked what was wrong with the Wi-Fi the front desk said they do not know informed us to call the company and find out. The coffee machine in the lobby which dispensed free coffee and hot tea was constantly broken and could never dispense hot water or coffee because the staff simply did not maintain it. Upon arrival in our room we were met with a mildew smell and the smell of smoke, like somebody smoked inside the room before we had arrived. The overall experience at this best western hotel was below 1 stars and I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere where you will be treated better.

This hotel chain is a good as it gets. Modern rooms, amazing breakfast, quiet location. Price to quality ratio is perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western Nuremberg City West. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our 18 days in Europe. Nice variety and good quality products. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will go back to this property.

Nice hotel close to highway with reasonable prices. We got quiet rooms on request. Rooms are spacious with comfy bed.Parking free in front of the building. Very good breakfast with wide selection of food and beverages. The only complaint would be about the uncomfortable small in the hotel corridors

Very nice business hotel outside city centre but very close to the U Bahn station. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Bathroom also clean. Nice touch with Dallymar coffee. Be aware for breakfast. During Covid measures there could be a waiting time because limited number of people is allowed to enter the breakfast room. Also, balconies are empty and without chairs.

We found this hotel on our travels through Germany and so glad we did. We had travelled for 8 hours and needed a clean comfortable bed. The bed was lovely and the choice of food at the breakfast buffet was outstanding. The hotel was clean shower and facilities good. Definitely recommended. Felt very refreshed and ready for the next journey.

Very nice hotel, very good and clean rooms, friendly staff and excellent breakfast, location is only 10 minutes to the city center by the underground, this is my second syat in a Best western in two different cities and it seems this group maintains the same quality, very highly recommended

Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff and big rooms. A bit old fashioned but clean so it doesn't matter. Subway station is close to the hotel so the center is easy to reach.

Rooms were fairly clean, hotel is a bit old and it’s in need of renovation. Stuff were helpful and spoke English. Good selection of breakfast.
