Please Do not Get Food From Here. One of the worst restaurant you can ever be. Ordered a biriyani take away and paid 2000. Had to wait 40 min and also had to follow up couple of times. Brought the food home and when I opened it, I have experienced a really off smell which is mix of animal fat and some vegetable oil. When I grab my first spoon, as you can see in those photos, it was a pool of grease. Rice was just normal rice cooked in some red colour and oil, and tasted like oil dipped rice. Supposed to be a chicken one, but I have got one is thinner than a crow leg. Just a tiny piece of drumstick and few rice you charged me 2000 + 10% service charges. You should be ashamed of yourself and should stop cheating people like this. Never visit ever again and never recommend either. Rip off.

Visited with my wife Y'day evening. It was empty probably because the place would have been visited by foreigners mainly prior to COVID era. Owner Mr. Niroshan is a friendy person. The place had a calming vibe to it. But the service could be more nimble. Tried their cream of chicken soup which was a dish par excellence. Hot chocolate and cafe latte with added chocolate were fine. Chicken submarine was below par with small amounts of chicken though it had a hefty price tag attached to it. Overall food was good. Improvements in service and more reasonable price is desired in my opinion.

Poor, poor, poor infact bad, bad, bad is a better description. I just paid 850 rupees plus 10% service for an Affogato. What a poor excuse for a dessert. It came in a coffee cup with hardly any cream or ice cream. A complete rip off. When I complained to the waitress she just ignored me and brought the bill.

I absolutely love the cafe's beverages and service! Every time I visit, I'm greeted with a warm smile and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. The quality and variety of their beverages are exceptional, from the rich aroma of their freshly brewed coffee to the perfectly frothed cappuccinos. The baristas' attention to detail and passion for their craft truly shine through in every cup they create. Whether I'm seeking a cozy atmosphere to relax or a quick pick-me-up on a busy day, the cafe always delivers with its impeccable service and heavenly beverages. It's an oasis of flavor and hospitality that keeps me coming back for more.

Absolutely loved the food and ambience. We were with 5 kids and they loved everything. Niroshn and his family are amazing hosts. The chocolate cake and coffee cakes were really good. Kids also loved their pasta and Srilankan fries (crisps). Be careful before ordering or asking for spicy or chilly items, in Sri Lanka chilly is at another level.

The worst meal I have eaten in Sri Lanka so far (week in) over priced small portions and bad quality. None of the staff that work here seem to care about service of any kind too busy on their phones had to get up to ask for napkins had to ask for drinks to be opened. After my food rice and chicken arrived 10 mins separate I started to eat to find the bowl was actually mainly bones and so I had to spend the next 10 mins pulling meat (what very very small amount there was ) off hefty bones. One of the most tasteless pricy meals we have had so far. Much better quality, quantity and service elsewhere. The picture for reference is after I’ve removed all meat to show how much bone.

There is a La Cimbali here for espresso. They grow and roast their own coffee here 🥹🤤. Dharshi made my whole group a ton of different coffees. Everything was so good, prices are great and the service was amazing. So happy we came in.

Got the chicken noodle, milk tea, and a vape. Great staff. The food only took a few minutes. I want to come back tomorrow.

First of all, i don't understand why there's so many bad reviews for this place. My good guess is they're from some jelous competitor who runs a garbage shop in the area like most else. So i decided to walk in to experience it myself. Delicious food, especially the in-house special nasi gooreng. good customer service, We had a latte, and mocha, which is tasty. Suger is provided sperately. It's a bit pricey but makes sense for the atmosphere and service quality since everywhere is pricey in nuwara eliya town. At least these guys have decent food and service. Would recommend to everyone who wants to have your coffee or meals in peace in a calm, cozy environment.

First time to Nuwara Eliya but had a worst experience having a bad lunch at this place. Ordered mix seafood rice and a strawberry lassi. The rice was not even the worth of it’s price at all it costed 1500 a plate. The prawns tasted so old and smelled too badly🤢 the rice tasted so bad & cuttlefish + fish was so less & uncooked. The strawberry lassi was good though but not worth the price too a glass of lassi for the price of 1000. The service was not clean at all👎 glasses was served unclean. Hope u guys should know to develop and get good chefs at your place. Hoping to see good reviews in future

Really good, proper coffee, strong and hot and from a proper coffee machine. Ice made of filtered water. We only had cakes but they were delicious. Clean, friendly and they have toilets that you will be happy to use. Slightly expensive – Rs.1000 for a latte, for example, or Rs.2000 for a main course, but you get what you pay for. Recommended.

Very misleading Google rating. The place and thr food is way better than it's rating. Place is beautiful. Lovely. Warm.

Waited here long time for the order. We just ordered fried rice. But it didn't have vegetables and chicken. I just recommend this place for my friends. I'm so disappointed

I recently visited the newly opened Coffee Center and Restaurant in Nuwara Eliya and I was extremely impressed. The place is beautifully maintained and has a great atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the pizza and kottu. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The owner Niroshan is a good guy with good qualities, which makes the overall experience even better. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal and a pleasant atmosphere in Nuwara Eliya.

Food is not tasty at all, and it is a bad smell. Burger made with tea bun. Can't find a chicken inside chicken burger and chicken kottu.

Went cuz the place looked good from the outside. The food itself was disgustingly bad. Service was bad as well. Would never recommend.

The owner is really nice and the place has a unique vibe, but they have to improve their service. I ordered a Macchiato (wich is normally an espresso with some foam) but I got a coffee with a lot of milk and I don’t like milk… I think they forget to write down to the menu, that they service Latte Macchiato and there is a big difference. And it costs 850 Rs, wich is way too much. The tomato and chees sandwich was really poor as you can see the pictures and it costs 1250 Rs, wich is I think ridicilous in Sri Lanka.

Ordered the deviled fish - they probably didn’t cook it the authentic way because it was too salty and not spicy at all. So tell them if you want it done the Sri Lankan way. The mixed Nasi goreng and mixed noodles were also not authentically Chinese but good enough.
