On a rainy day, listen to music and eat pasta, a cup of Americano... This place is called a 'matzip(good restaurant)' in Korean. Every time I visit, I see a lot of guests and foreigners from far away. I am very curious whether he is a cook, a musician or a painter. Highly recommended as the best cafe.

One of the best cafes at Nuwara Eliya. This is a must visit place. The atmosphere is amazing. Delicious food. Portions are a bit larger but tasty. It takes about 30min to prepare a dish but comes with freshness and taste in every bite. Best for hangouts with friends and loved ones. The staff is also friendly. Good customer service provided. I highly recommend this place. If I'd ever visit Nuwara Eliya again I'd definitely visit this cafe again

The waiter was really really friendly and helped us out with a few things concering the city Nuwara Eliya and the coffe. The food was also very delicious, they had vegetarian stuff but it was a little bit more expensive than usually.

Cafe Noshers is hands down the best spot in Nuwara Eliya for delicious food! Seriously, I've never tasted anything this good in Sri Lanka. They're super accommodating with order times, letting you know exactly how long it'll take, and trust me, the wait is totally worth it because they serve up the most mouthwatering dishes ever. The atmosphere is just perfect, and the staff are incredibly friendly. It looks like everyone who dines here leaves with a smile on their face after enjoying their meals. Highly recommend!

We loved this place! We ate here twice and took food to go both times. Everything is made fresh and explained in detail. The owner is your server and makes sure you will enjoy what you order. Every item is detailed on the menu so you can easily identify any allergens. It is also clearly stated that you might have to wait for more than 30 minutes on the menu because everything is made from scratch to order. The wall is open to write on and express yourself ( tastefully). You can't go wrong here!

This is by far one of the best restaurants of Nuwara Eliya. From the atmosphere to the food, was absolutely amazing. The only thing I can complain about is I didn’t get more. I thought the prices were expensive but when I ate the food, it was so worth it. The KitKat Milkshake was one of my favorites. It had 4 or 5 scoops of ice cream on top! It also had crushed up KitKat bars in the milkshake. It was delicious. Unfortunately my phone died when I was eating that so I couldn’t take pictures. I can say that the owner is a sucker for movies because a lot of old and newer movies were held on the wall. Also if you’d like you can also write a review on the wall! The people that worked there was really nice and friendly. I lost my smartwatch at the washroom and when they went to it, they gave it back. That just shows that there are a lot of good people out there. You’ll have nothing to complain about after going there. 10/10-Food 10/10-service 10/10-Vibe. Oh and there’s also 3 beanbags to chill on if your interested in that type of thing too.

Little gem! A bit of a walk outside the main town but worth it! The best coffee we've had in Sri Lanka. We got the pancakes and smoothie bowl, they were delicious and the portions were very generous! Would definitely recommend this spot!

The best of the best...! Had a cappuccino and a pizza submarine, and that cappuccino was the best cappuccino I've had in a long time. Pizza submarine was a whole new experience and the sub is good enough for 2 people. A beautiful calm atmosphere with soothing music makes this place unique. There is seating for approximately 24 people and parking for 2-3 vehicles. There is roadside parking for more vehicles. If you are going to Nuwara Eliya, this is a must visit place. Stumbled upon this gem with work colleagues. Ordered a large batch of food. Had to wait close to an hour for the food. I think they had some kitchen troubleshooting aswell but they were highly apologetic. However once the food came, it was totally worth the wait! Absolutely delicious and massivr portions. One dish was close to fill two people. You can taste the tender, love and care they had given to prepare your meals. The service is also top notch! Will be my go to Nuwaraeliya spot!
