Disappointing experience. The food court had 5-6 chefs + support kitchen staff. The floor was manned by at least 4 service staff. It was 4 of us on our table. There may have been 3-4 people dining at the court when we were there. Put this into perspective when reading about our experience. An uncomplicated order of 2 fried rice, nasi goreng, biriyan, Szechuan beef and 4 juices was place. We had the waiter repeat the order he took down. 30 minutes later, our order arrives minus 2 items - biriyani and beef. We waited another 10-15 minutes thinking the dishes would arrive - nothing. We were then informed that the waiter forgot to place the order. They were instructed to quickly make a Nasi goreng and cancel the other 2 items. The Nasi came in 5 minutes. With such a big kitchen, so many staff, so little people dining in, what took so long and how could you miss a simple order? Earlier, we heard the waiter shout out the order to the chefs - unprofessional to say the least. When we enquired if he had placed a KOT (kitchen order ticket) as is the standard procedure (even after supposedly writing it down), he said no. The food was ok - not worth the LKR 9,750 we paid. My friend and I bit on a chunk of MSG in the fried rice we ordered - not pleasant. Personally, finding 'chicken' in the chicken fried rice was another challenge. The bill arrived with the mention of 'chicken biriyani' on it. I asked them to read the bill again and it was only then that the waiter explained that they had set off amounts against the Nasi that replaced the biriyani. Could this have been explained before? After the card was given for payment, the waiter said 'I hope there aren't any more issues'. Really? I wouldn't recommend this place. Unprofessional and seriously overpriced.

Stopped to have the morning coffee and it was awesome. Service is good and the staff is helpful. Enough parking and washroom facilities are there. Prices are bit higher..

There is a big variety of cuisines, good quality and clean. However the middle eastern food wasn't their best. Still good tho. Service was great, and the place is very nice and cozy. It does feel like the price you pay is more for the place than the food itself

Food rates are very high and taste is not up to the mark in accordance with the price they charged... Only the ambience is good.. Parking is limited. Sri Lankan, Indian, Arabic, Chinese, Western, Vegetarian, Juice Bar and Pastry Shop available. The Staff is friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and unique arrangements at this restaurant. The food court offers diverse cuisines – Indian, Sri Lankan, Arabic, etc. However, prices are on the higher side. Opted for the Chicken Biryani from the Indian corner, and it was delicious with a standard portion size.

Clean and comfortable. Food quality is okay. Good and safe for tourists who don't know how to choose good local restaurant. But the price is quite high.

This is the food court and shopping complex maintained by Araliya group. Inside you have a grocery stall which has all your day to day needs except fruits and vegetables. And have a nice collection of imported chocolates too. Furthermore it has a souvenir shop, cloth shop and a jewelry shop as well. Food court is quite spacious and have a range of food items from Sri Lankan, Arabic, Chinese, Indian and many more. Also it serves alcoholic beverages as well. Prices are on a bit higher side but quality of food is reasonslably good. Have a seperate parking space at front. Staff is very helpful. Recommended if you are looking for a quality meal in Nuwara Eliya.

Amazing food!! They serve Indian, Arabic,Chinese, Lebanese and Sri Lankan. Wide variety of food and cuisines. Veg Biryani and Raita were epic. naans tender and yummy. Dal was nice even Kadhai Paneer. Chicken tikka masala was equally good. Best place to eat in Nuwara Eliya. For Indians it’s too good who prefer vegetarian food.

Dropped in to have a hot soup. Ordered a Tom yum and sweetcorn soup. Tom yum was not so good. I don’t think I’ll back again.

One of the best places to have any kind of food in Nuwara Eliya. The meals are super delicious and price worthy. It also contains a supermarket and a shopping mall as well.

Nice quiet place to have meals. Good customer service and very tasty food. The cappuccino was really nice specially in the cold weather. We ordered a corn soup and chicken noodles. Both were really good. The cake however is not the best but the portion is worth the price.

Service is horrible. One waiter is so greedy for the money he takes all the tables and can't manage anything leaving us in hunger, Food is horrible and comes to the table cold thanks to the forementioned waiter and as a person from italy I can gladly say they have angered all of italy With their horrible carbonara wich FYI includes *GREEN PEAS*. Honestly you can get better food from absolutely anywhere else in Nuwara Eliya I can personally recommend THE PUB although they have a limited menu their food quality and service is much better

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Araliya Food Court, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted warmly by the attentive staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It was an absolute delight for the senses! The menu was diverse, offering a fusion of local and international flavors. The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the cuisine they served. Whether you're a food enthusiast or someone looking for a memorable dining experience, this restaurant will exceed your expectations.

Horrible experience *Professionalism - 1 *Quality of food - can't rate it, pictures says it all. They gave a pizza on undercooked Arabic bread dough (see pictures) *Hygiene - Horrified (utensils were not washed and large sediments were there, see the pics) *Cleanliness - 0 (see pictures) *Waiters - Not trained properly (except for one boy, which I can't remember the name) Overall view and recommendations - We have visited several times, but hotel services quality has dropped. I think they don't care at all as they didn't take much seriously about our concerns. Not recommend for family with kids and people who particularly look for clean restaurants.

Very clean and delicious food with excellent wait staff. Part of the hotel complex but prices are very reasonable. Had a Kotthu dish (11500 SLRupee) and Bryanni Rice. Had a look around the town restaurants but glad that we decided to partake here as it’s much much cleaner. There is actually a wide range of cuisine from Sri Lankan, Indian, Chinese and Western served with beer and wine too.

The cold city of Nuwara Eliya and its restaurants shut down by 830 pm. We wanted to have something Indian, the cab guy proposed us Araliya Food Court. Its a gem of a place. They serve Arabian, Indian, Thai, Chinese, you name it. Price is on the higher side yet, every penny spent was worth the experience we had.

Typical tourist bus stop restaurant. Prices are high, hygiene is very good, food is ok. They offer lots of different cuisines like Sri Lankan, Western, Indian, Arabic and Chinese. Hummus was alright, but nothing special. Naan was not bad. The corn soup with chicken was ok, but was very dominated by sesame oil. It is a good place if you are hungry and need to eat something, but not a good place to really enjoy food. They also have some souvenirs shop and a supermarket in the same building.

Service is very good, food is tasty and portion also in decent size. in the menu got only few rice & noodle item to select. Price mention in menu is all inclusive so people can understand what they have to pay finally, that is a plus point. Only minus point is the food prices, when you check the menu it feel overprice.

The food delivery was good, but there were some areas for improvement. We ordered a lumprise, mixed fried rice, and nasi goreng, all of which were delicious, but they needed some tweaks. The lumprise had a decent amount of chicken and egg, and the cutlet served was tasty. However, it lacked a unique, rich taste and the rice used was a bit dry. The side dish of the mixed rice; fried brinjal was not sufficient for one serving. On the other hand, nasi was enjoyable. The table service had some issues. Some of us didn't have cutlery, and we had to ask for it. Water was served only after we requested it, and the waiter forgot to serve two people in our group. As the hotel has a good reputation, the food court needs to work on maintaining the same standard of service. On the positive side, the washrooms were well-maintained, clean, and dry.

Very clean and spacious place. Lots of options available to try (Sri Lankan, Indian, Chinese, Arabic, Thai, etc). Entrance is free and there is limited parking available across the street (not sure if there's more parking somewhere). The pricing is little on the higher side as it seems to be mainly to cater to foreigners visiting Nuwara Eliya.

Very poor customer service provided by all the staff including the duty manager. We had to wait so long to get the food served. To serve a coffee and a watalappan it took them even more than 20 minutes to serve yet the coffee was not served as they didn’t have coffee available but the order was accepted. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Truly unsatisfied.

There are no many restaurants in Nuwaraeliya, and this food court is far better than you expect. Had an amazing meal for a reasonable price.Specially the young boy who served us , is very good at it. What do you want more when there’s great customer service with delicious meals

Good selection of food that was really quite delicious! Service was great and almost everything we had was tasty. We had Nasi Goreng, Lamprais, Butter Chicken with naan, fried rice, hot butter cuttle fish and Szechuan beef. The Lamprais and beef could have been better but everything else was yum 😋
