It was a wonderful stay at queenswood cottages. Mr. Hadiq, Mr Ashkar and Mr Fahaz were very helpful. ✌🏻 And I love Rio.. ❤

Another opportunist spotted to charge high for no reason. 3 chapati will cost 990 rupees or 4 dollars, which is not worth it. Normal taste. Cant complain though but quantity is average. Pasta is 2800 and i am not sure for what reason. Defenitely not going back.

If we are actually speaking the service of d staff is very poor...they are very bad with customers & didnt care of us..they got d orders at d time of entrance & no ready of providing them back to us.. we had to satay around 45 - 50 minutes after giving the orders for them...they said that still they are planning to provide 4 us..so guys dont waste yr time going there more..their prices also very much expensive ..

I have tried only the restaurant at the place, not hotel or anything else. The meal at the restaurant was oukish, I would say, and the staff was nice. What caught my attention was a rental of electric scooters that I randomly googled for Nuwara Eliya. Unfortunately, the place didn't have any scooters to rent out at the time when I was traveling through the town.

I recently lunched at a wonderful restaurant that I would love to praise for its exceptional food and service. Best restaurant in Nuwara Eliya serving arabic halal food. Service and food are 100% I highly recommend this restaurant for its outstanding food and service.

Not the cheapest in the town, but for sure really delicious. We enjoyed every eaten meal and we liked how friendly the staff it was. I am celiac and I felt safe. They paid attention at my gluten-free food and in case something it was unclear, they had asked me if is safe or not. Great we have discovered this lovely place.

For the relatively high price they charge theyvoffer verypoor wualityof service. I took two rooms on 24th and one of the beds we found left ovr hair strands. Then they had to shange the whole bedding. Also the resturent is very messy and didnt even arrange water and cutler properly until we asked for. Very poor and cheap place other than the unique adorable interiors and really cottage feel.

Food was delicious, we had a salad and chicken shawarma. It was good. But took long time. And I think it is acceptable because they say they cook when the order comes. I think thats good because you get the food in fresh. Has a car park. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Prices are ok.

Most of the Dishes are not served but they have some Delicious Plates you can order like soups, salads, Main Courses. I tried the Vegetable soup and Chicken Bryani(Spicy 🌶) the chicken is cooked really well. Price: $$ (moderate)

Service is very slow ..waiters can't understand you as a foreigner..we asked for lime grilled chicken and green salad and orange juice..chicken was fried not grilled but green salad was good paid 3300 Rs..

The food at the restaurant was very average. The fish and chicken were horribly dry and tasteless. Not recommended.
