Literally
nightmares!
I
am
writing
to
express
my
disappointment
with
my
recent
stay
at
your
establishment.
As
a
paying
customer,
I
expected
to
receive
the
utmost
level
of
service
and
care
during
my
time
at
your
hotel.
Unfortunately,
that
was
not
the
case.
My
family
and
I
parked
our
car
at
your
hotel
during
our
stay,
only
to
return
to
find
that
it
had
been
damaged.
Not
only
did
we
receive
no
response
from
your
management
regarding
this
issue,
but
the
attitude
displayed
towards
us
was
unfriendly
and
unprofessional.
Furthermore,
our
overall
experience
at
the
hotel
was
subpar.
From
the
lack
of
cleanliness
in
our
room
to
the
poor
quality
of
the
food
at
the
restaurant,
we
were
left
feeling
unsatisfied
with
our
stay.
As
a
customer,
I
cannot
in
good
conscience
recommend
your
hotel
to
others
due
to
the
poor
treatment
we
received.
I
hope
that
in
the
future,
your
management
will
prioritize
the
needs
and
concerns
of
your
guests.
