Superb! Beautiful resort. Huge. By the side of the Inle Lake. It is about 30 mins from the main town, but in a peaceful location. Good food. Helpful staff. View for breakfast from the dining hall is worth waking up at 6.30. The kitchen closes at 9 though, so be careful to order your food in time.

The location of the hotel is very scenic. We had booked the Lake View Bungalow room. Rooms are well furnished, however as a family of 4, we felt the toiletries could have been better. Food was also not to our liking. If you can there is a small Shan joint if you take right from the hotel and walk for a kilometre. The food there is excellent.

The view in amazing. The staff friendly. The bar and restaurant not that expensive and quite good for this kind of hotel. On downside, the hotel feels old and poorly maintained. It could gain on a small layer of painting. Also, the hotel is far from everything so you rely on the hotel services to move around (taxi or boat, no scooters, but free old and rusty bicycles).

Pretentious is the thought that comes to mind first. For the rates being charged in this region I paid more than the hotel was able to deliver. The staff and management lacked end-to-end training. For example, each room has an unmarked switch that must be turned on if you want hot water. I had two cold showers. Others at this property has the same experience while I was there. Next, only one small bottle of drinking water is in the room for each guest. The hotel focuses on each guest refilling their personal bottle each time needed for the purpose of supporting ecology. The problem is that the rooms are scattered over a vast property. I stayed in the building with the exercise room and yet the nearest refill location or replacement water bottle was nearly 400 meters away. Finally, I requested Bell service and then waited about 20 minutes before determining to take my 4 bags the 450 meter walk to the boats only to find the Bell hop quietly standing out of site just outside my door in the garden as if I should know he was there all along. Poor training! Beautiful garden and views. Very peaceful location. The food was good. Lots of repairs needed on the walking areas. Please watch your step. Nail heads sticking up everywhere. The rooms were clean but in need of repair. The rooms will not be dark at night due to Bright LED lights on surge protectors so bring an eye mask. The standard rooms have zero paintings, art or fineries to add appeal. Just white Walls. I won't return.

We had such an excellent stay here! The overwater bungalows were like a dream come true and it was such a romantic stay. We ate at the restaurant each day and thoroughly enjoyed each meal. The pool was great and we even organised a private boat tour for the day through the resort which I highly recommend! Definitely the perfect stay in Inle Lake!

An Eden of Paradise. In the middle of Inle Lake District. Big Bangalows over the water, forest cottages and suites facing the lake. You will feel comfortable with a great staff and lovely cuisine, large swimming pool, fitness, spa, free bicycle rental etc... Very good value for money. A place for meditation and tranquility. Walking through the gardens and surroundings just make you feel a new person! I can't stop writing things about this fantastic place.

We stay here 3 night at December 2018. The location was amazing. The staff was so kind and friendly at all time whenever we met them around the hotel. The price of Foods and beverages was fair. We love to watching the birds enjoying their day near our room.

Nice resort, but even during low season with just 4 out of 60+ cabins filled there's no room near the pool to chill. Food was good and the resort looks nice! Entrence is great when you sail in by boat.

Very nice. Had a pleasant stay. Food choices at the restaurant are somewhat limited. The cottage was exceptional, except for the doors which tended to produce sounds. Fish or animals knocked at the floor from below. Many lizards around.

Possibly the highlight of my trip accommodation wise, the Serenity provides amazing views of Inle Lake in amazing large rooms and fantastic service. As with everyone we met in Myanmar, the staff really try incredibly hard to make your stay a pleasant one. Would fully recommend the guided boat tours the hotel offers around the lake as well! Bikes are also available for free on request to explore around the hotel. Must go
