Pretentious
is
the
thought
that
comes
to
mind
first.
For
the
rates
being
charged
in
this
region
I
paid
more
than
the
hotel
was
able
to
deliver.
The
staff
and
management
lacked
end-to-end
training.
For
example,
each
room
has
an
unmarked
switch
that
must
be
turned
on
if
you
want
hot
water.
I
had
two
cold
showers.
Others
at
this
property
has
the
same
experience
while
I
was
there.
Next,
only
one
small
bottle
of
drinking
water
is
in
the
room
for
each
guest.
The
hotel
focuses
on
each
guest
refilling
their
personal
bottle
each
time
needed
for
the
purpose
of
supporting
ecology.
The
problem
is
that
the
rooms
are
scattered
over
a
vast
property.
I
stayed
in
the
building
with
the
exercise
room
and
yet
the
nearest
refill
location
or
replacement
water
bottle
was
nearly
400
meters
away.
Finally,
I
requested
Bell
service
and
then
waited
about
20
minutes
before
determining
to
take
my
4
bags
the
450
meter
walk
to
the
boats
only
to
find
the
Bell
hop
quietly
standing
out
of
site
just
outside
my
door
in
the
garden
as
if
I
should
know
he
was
there
all
along.
Poor
training!
Beautiful
garden
and
views.
Very
peaceful
location.
The
food
was
good.
Lots
of
repairs
needed
on
the
walking
areas.
Please
watch
your
step.
Nail
heads
sticking
up
everywhere.
The
rooms
were
clean
but
in
need
of
repair.
The
rooms
will
not
be
dark
at
night
due
to
Bright
LED
lights
on
surge
protectors
so
bring
an
eye
mask.
The
standard
rooms
have
zero
paintings,
art
or
fineries
to
add
appeal.
Just
white
Walls.
I
won't
return.
