The resort was soooo beutifull!!! I LOVED IT!! The pool was also very huge and the food was spectacular. The staff were also very kind. MUST VISIT!😃😃😃

Lovely resort on the lake with gorgeous sunset views. It’s a bit dated but that seems to add some charm to it, especially compared to some of the neighboring resorts which seem more corporate, less relaxing. The staff was extremely nice and provided immediate attention. We had a room on the first row of the lake and would highly recommend. The only areas of improvement would be the spa and the food. Neither were terrible, but also not good enough to give this place a 5/5.

One of the nicest hotels we have been to. The service is so attentive and welcoming, always with a smile. The design is beautiful and to the small details. The breakfast is varied and good. We also had dinner once which was delicious and the cocktails are great as well. I highly recommend this hotel, however, I do recommend to book the boat trip and taxis outside the hotel since in the hotel it’s double the price

This is the best hotel I’ve been at during my stay in Myanmar. The staff is very kind and cares for you all the time with a smile on their faces. The room was perfectly prepared and it was huge with a classy decoration. Also, the restaurant is excellent and quite affordable for a resort of this magnitude and category. I would definitely recommend it! Thank you guys :)

The chef and the staff saves this rating as the food was extremely tasty with quality ingredients. Where the hotel falls flat is the lacking Spa facilities, which were unorganized and did not provide the sanitary, pristine atmosphere you expect from a five star resort. The rooms were spacious and peaceful, but the sinks and wood bath had a slick mold like coating. I expected electricity loss in this remote region, but I didn’t expect being chased down as I was leaving for four dollars. Apparently it is the guests responsibility to inventory and report mini bar charges. Not thrilled with the resort as is, but with a few changes and updates it can be great. All the staff were most friendly, especially the manager. Unfortunately, I did not care for my stay. This does not reflect how beautiful the area is, and how endearing the people are.

Wow!!! What an amazing Resort hotel. From the moment we arrived all three of us were delighted with every aspect of this outstanding resort. I can’t say enough about this place. The rooms are enormous and so beautiful. The huge rain shower and the decor of the bathrooms is just delightful. We were so happy with all the flowers in room. It was nicer than the images on the website. The flower designs on the beds, tub, sink and toiletries were so sweet and welcoming. The service is out of this world at this resort. They have a very workable gym. A couple of us had a great work out. The other person just chilled and enjoyed the surroundings. The breakfast and dinner was yummy and beautifully served with lots of variety. They do have options for vegans and a little more attention is needed here. Thank you for arranging our customized lake tour. The boat and young captain was very professional and edited the tour to our needs. I have to say the boat tour was the highlight of our trip. We appreciate the memorable send off when all the reception, front of house and the manager bade us fair well. They were all lined up and waived to us as we were leaving. This gesture has left a very touching moment in our travels. Thank you for making our visit to Inle lake so special.

Lovely place with a good service. Room can be chilly in winter but they have extra blanket and heated water bag. No complaints. Food selection still considered limited. Lovely fire place if you like it.

Had three wonderful nights here and about to go for five nights later this week. Great hotel. Amazing rooms. The setting is out of a movie. Restaurant is ok and the spa gives a pretty good massage. I Le lake is magical and this is the palace on the lake.

Excellent traditional decoration by modern architecture ideas. Perfect place for family vacation.

The rooms (Mountain View) were huge and cozy. We had 24-hour electricity. The staff was friendly. They have their comfy boats for the Inle Lake trip. It costs 75.000ks and is well worth the money. It comes highly recommended because of its location and service.

Rooms are large and comfortable. Highly recommend the hotel staff. Food is great and food prices are reasonable. Also beautiful places.
