Best franchise in Switzerland so far! Food is at right temperature, staff is super friendly, all items made with highest attention. Plus it’s super clean. Just great.

Great service, fast - just after Ive finished to pay my Ice cream was ready. The stuff is friendly and the place is clean with nice wooden benchs outsite.

not always hot french fries, it seems that it was just warmed up in the microwave.

I don't really think i need to review or explain what McDonald's is but i can review the service there and i must say im pretty satisfied, i don't know if it's worldwide or a Swiss thing because last time i went to a McDonald's in europe it wasn't that good but the service there is excellent and generally good organized, people are friendly and if you're lucky at the end of your meal you might not even need to dump the tray. (i remember a few years back it was just a McDonald's like every other in the world but now it's MUCH better so yeah, thumbs up to them).

Fine, but very expensive. Wanted to have meals for less than chf 10, but couldnt do so. Finally, had to content myself with a bowl of salad for chf 7, abt 1 and half years ago. Moreover, the time was already 10 pm, and had to hurriedly order the same, since the person there said that it is closing time. I think that the closing time should be extended to 11 pm atleast.
