    Working with Sean has been absolutely life changing. I was incredibly apprehensive about working with a trainer but from day one Sean has been nothing but supportive and a tonne of fun to work with. He takes the time to listen to your goals and ensure that your training plan is customized to meet them. I’ve seen a huge difference in a relatively short period of time and can’t wait to see what I can achieve with Sean moving forward. Most importantly, Sean has removed any anxiety I’ve had about working out in a gym environment and I look forward to my sessions with him every week.

    Great Stuff from Sean from Upside Strength! Back in January, my S&C coach had testing arranged but I was away and unable to complete in my area and so I went to Upside Strength to complete it instead. Everything was organised for the testing and it ran smoothly and then after for the results it was great with everything explained in full detail with some example training sessions included so that I could send it off to my S&C coach and they could analyse further and layout sessions into my training where I needed more improvement. All in all was a great experience !

    Been working with Sean now more than 4 years and I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s by far the best trainer I have ever had. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, and up-to-date on all the most important fitness research. Above all he’s a really nice guy, that wants the best for his clients. He provides tremendous value for all his services, no other trainer comes close. If you want to work with the best, look no further!

    For a while now I’ve been getting a great deal out of watching Sean’s videos on the Upside Strength Youtube channel. It’s top-end professional content. So you can imagine my delight when I discovered that he’s based in Switzerland, within an hour of my home. What an opportunity! And I am so thankful to have chosen to do a physiological assessment with him. The two and a half hour session was great. Sean is equally impressive in person, explaining clearly his philosophy, methods and protocol for the Lactate thresholds and VO2max tests. He coached me through the experience - my first ever such assessment - with skill and patience. By the end, he had brought to light my strengths and weaknesses, with data to hand and gave me some clear advice about how to go forward. It’s been a month now, and the progress I’ve made is fabulous. The detailed report he sent me in the hour following the assessment has become standard bedtime reading as I try to understand better my physiological condition and train towards improvement. I can only highly recommend Sean and the Upside Strength services.

    For one year my son had private lessons with a personal trainer Sean from Upside Strength. He was a great trainer, I am very happy with their lessons and alongside being able to get my son more active he was acting very professional and was able to interact very well with my child. They would get into engaging conversations while still doing different activities. In general my son had a great experience with Sean’s lessons and I could see improvements in his fitness levels. Would highly recommend Sean’s lessons.

    Sean has been working with me since January 2021. I am overweight and super unfit. In 7 months I have regained mobility and strength as well as stamina. Weight is slowly coming off and staying off. I also have less body pain which is a big issue. He tackles my issues objectively, makes everything manageable and I literally feel I have progressed after every lesson. He also manages to keep me motivated which is not an easy task. We have a good laugh and his sessions are good fun but serious work. He is fluent in English and French which is great. I would and have recommended him. He has definitely been and hopefully will continue being an asset to my wellbeing

    Great coaching from Sean, I've seen my fitness going up since he has started training us at my rugby club. He is very technical in his way of explaining and very easy to understand. Always positive mind and adapts himself depending on what time profile he has in front of him. I highly recommend his services! Thanks Sean for what you have brought up to me/us
