Went in at lunchtime today to choose a 500 piece order for a work lunch. I was told I had to wait outside in the rain while I chose my order from the menu! We left feeling very unwelcome. Ordered at Chez Lin instead, great service and couldn't be more helpful.

Update: tried this place again and what a disappointment again. The tempura roll was absolutely horrible. Soggy tempura , , some pieces of the roll only had soggy dough and no shrimp. We chose to eat in the restaurant and again everything served in to go boxes! Really not worth it and won’t be stepping foot in the joint again. Friendly staff however if people are eating in the restaurant , is it necessary to bring out the sushi or poke bowls in plastic containers? So much unnecessary waste. They specifically ask if it’s to eat in or take away when you order, if it’s to eat in then surely they can serve in normal bowls and plates? Every plastic container also comes with a plastic lid. What I ordered came from the kitchen and not the fridge , therefore it wasn’t pre boxed

They made me wait outside while the order wasn’t ready and it was -10 degrees. I had to wait 20 min until they finished it, even though I arrived at the agreed time

Hello to everyone, So we did the order a few days ago and unfortunately half of our sushi was "empty". There was only one carrote and the rest is rice. I don't think that we will be back again at this place.

Excellent sushi for a chain. They have a great customer service. The delivery might be taking a while to come but they usually do a commercial gesture. Edit: delivers for 90CHF minimum now? As if sushi wasn't expensive enough already! -1 🌟

I really like the sushi here as well as the add-ons like the miso soup and the little salads. They have a few nice beers on the menu too, as well as soft drinks! It can get pretty busy though and because it also does delivery, sometimes the service is very slow! But the staff are very apologetic and friendly!

Despite being expensive, the sushi here is more than spectacular. The app gives you a discount sometimes and you can order before you arrive or get it delivered. Overall, great place.

Great service, nice place (albeit a bit quiet), terrible sushi. Avocado was unripe, tuna tasted old, and I don't know what they're doing to their prawn tempura but they need to stop it, because the stuff in the refrigerator was worse than the stuff in migros, and way more expensive. The staff were very helpful however, and the service was quick and easy, and child-friendly.

Good option for sushi. Staff is friendly and served us quickly. Food is good, not amazing but still good, we are going back regularly. Atmosphere has nothing exceptional, it's clean so good for quickly eat then go.

Worst sushi I’ve ever had. Service was great. But far worse than grocery store sushi and way too expensive
