Unfortunately quite disappointing. We ordered it through eat.ch. The indicated time till delivery was said to be about 1.5 hours. A bit long in my overall experience but still ok….since I saw other reviews stating that the delivering takes usually around 2 hours I was sort of prepared to wait a bit longer. After 2.5 hours still nothing….we called the restaurant and they told us, that our food is almost ready and will be with us in 15min. We waited another 45min until it finally arrived... On the phone, the person was very friendly and understanding, the restaurant recommended to not order through eat.ch next time. Not because it will be faster, but ordering through the restaurant directly can give a better anticipation, on how long it will actually take. But I still think, almost 3.5 hours in total on a Tuesday weeknight is outrageous. We ordered Sushi for two people! So we thought while waiting, ok, for the next time we would just take the long waiting hours into consideration, if the Quality of the sushi would have been good and worth it. But unfortunately the quality didn’t justify the looong waiting. The taste was ok…the individual sushis were sticking together so much that it was a massacre to separate them, the sushis were falling apart before even making it to the mouth. To be fair, I didn’t expect it too blow my mind but all things considered, I don't think we will order here again. Which is a pity, because I really was hoping for a different outcome.

I made a simple order from the restaurant directly (physically), the manager said the food will be ready in 10 minutes, it was ready in 25 minutes. It is disappointing as it happens for the second time (same manager). After I said that it is not normal to give such bad time estimation, and they could inform me because I was always just waiting outside the restaurant (cold and dark), the answer was “I know, but we had many orders on Uber eats”. As I understand, Uber eats is more important than “walk in” customers because of the rating. The food is not bad, but definitely not worth waiting for.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I was in Nyon for work and came here frequently for lunch. Their rolls are delicious and very filling with very fresh fish. The workers are also very kind and speak English :) Thank you, Sushi Haiku!

Good japanese food. The portions are good and I never felt hungry after wards. Pretty expensive unless you opt for the daily menu.

Sushis are pretty good. Prices are hella expensive (10 CHF for 6 salmon maki). As we walked inside the store the employees were outside smoking cigarettes (yum). Besides that service was pretty good and really fast although they didn't give us any napkins which was a shame given the fact we asked for the order to go. Won't go back.
