Love the Sunday Roast and their dessert menu. Great time to visit in colder weather and when they have the fireplaces on. Very cozy atmosphere and furnished. Service is good and they do cater to those with dietary needs and very kid friendly, will have to visit in the summer as they do have outdoor seating. Prices are okay and food quality is fairly good.

Can here for one of our random Sunday meals. It's part of one of the few chain pubs I would recommend "Vintage Inns". This is a beautiful pub inside and the food is gorgeous. The staff are very attentive and friendly, lovely people. Parts of the venue is dog friendly and parts are not which is good for everyone. There is a big outside seating area for when the weather is nice. I would highly recommend this place to try out and it is among our top food venues now.

Had carvery very late afternoon today 1st time here fantastic meal with grandchildren a bit noisy as we were sat next to the play area. The table being a bit small for 7 I was going to drop a star in this review as little social distancing and very view customers wearing masks when moving around not really the fault of the establishment. But that said the staff are doing a great job in these difficult times. Left a well deserved tip to the chap carving as he actually seemed to be enjoying his job. My wife and I happen to be guests tomorrow with a party of 8 adults hopefully we will be seated far away from the play area

Bought triple fried chips and got the small portion size (12 chips in total) I could count them there was so little and they cost £2.95. Picture above next to price 25p a chip. Mayo said it was opened on the 17/7/22 but we opened it then and the date was the 15/7/22 as my watch will tell you the date it was and this is really bad. Our mushrooms on toast were okay but still not happy. Heard good things but won’t be returning!

Was nice to be back at our local!!! The 6 of us had food and drink, reservation at 7, we left at close. Service was attentive and friendly, although a little slow at times but considering they was busy it was too be expected. Food was well seasoned and faultless.

I found this pub/restaurant interesting in terms of interior, but nothing more. We were disappointed that they had no lamb, no prawn linguini. The service was excellent, but the food... First of all, we waited a long time. At the same time the food was cold! We ordered steak and Malasian chicken curry. Steak was good, chicken (breast) was overcooked and very dry, rice - undercooked. It was our first and last visit.

Managed to get a last minute table on a Saturday night. Ordered the sticky crispy chicken and garlic flatbread for starters. The chicken was amazing! For the main course, we ordered the hunter’s chicken schnitzel and the sea bass (with chips instead of mash). The food was really great. The service was also fantastic, staff were nice and friendly.

Easter Saturday Meal! Luckily we got nice weather this bank holiday so we were able to sit outside on the front beer garden soaking up the evening sun! We got seated to our table in a timely manner and soon after placed our drinks order. There was a good atmosphere and it was very busy. The waiter was very pleasant and had a good small talk with us. We placed our order for starters, which was the calamari, and scallops and prawns (pics below). The calamari was cooked well and dusted with paprika, a little bit too much in my personal opinion, it was quite strong, perhaps a stronger garlic aioli to accompany it. The scallops were cooked perfectly, one was seared to perfection, the other I guess got stuck to the pan😂, only downside to this starter was the portion was a bit small, only 4 small ish prawns. Tasted amazing however. For mains we chose the sea bass and the beef rib. Both were very good. The sea bass has crispy skin and went well with the pancetta veloute. The beef rib was cooked well, not so tender you could cut it with a spoon. But pretty good. The dauphinois were delicious. I could have had a side dish of these if possible! The sticky toffee pudding finished off the meal wonderfully. Went away a very happy customer.

Went for dinner with some colleagues after work. Our server was Leonie who was very lovely. Really enjoyed the food, reasonably priced. A little busy for a weekday when we went but overall atmosphere was lovely. Would definitely visit again with hubby. I had calamari for starters and pizza for main. Would have given 5* for food but my pizza was smaller compared to my colleagues pizza but it was super tasty. Would definitely visit again with hubby.

Waitress was fantastic; very attentive and considerate. Waiter later that day was also fantastic (gentlemen with the glasses). Food was a solid 8.5/10, very good indeed. I had Leek and Potato soup for starter and then the Coconut curry with chicken breast. Perhaps a little too much rice?? Lovely surroundings and venue. Would highly recommend and I'm picky.....real picky! :) Thank you for your hospitality.

The food we were served was very good. However for a 1.30pm sitting on Father’s Day it was very disappointing that 3 of the 6 starters were not available. There was no horseradish for the roast roast beef and when it came to dessert again 50% of the desserts were unavailable, we asked when we were given the menu what was not available and by the time we came to order the desserts we wanted were also gone! Such a shame that poor planning let you down.

We had a great evening celebrating a birthday. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much. Very happy with our service, would definitely return and recommend this pub to family and friends. Thank you especially to Matt and Ben for a fantastic evening!

A group of 8 of us visited last week after a family funeral and we couldn't fault the experience - it was exactly what was needed after a tough day. The service was excellent and I want to mention our Waitress Dominique for looking after us. The food was delicious and the atmosphere felt cosy, relaxed and perfect for a family dining experience.

Fantastic food and Atmosphere. I came with my children(17, 10, 9) and my parents on a Sunday afternoon and the food was excellent, Staff were amazing(Becca served us). Lovely little pub we, where sat in a corner near a fireplace which gave it a lovely feel in the November Autumn weather. Would definitely recommend and come again

Excellent staff service from Jake and the serving team. We were initially disappointed with our table, as we were in a draft. They soon sorted us out another table in a less busy part of the restaurant, and lit the fire. One it was started, the staff moved our table in front of the lovely fire. Perfect. They were getting busy (it was Sunday lunch) so someone forgot my Yorkshire pudding and the gravy for my Sunday dinner. That was immediately resolved as soon as I asked. Apart from that, no problems. All staff very friendly, and helpful. Will definitely be going again, and would definitely recommend it to people. Not cheap, but very nice.

This was a regular Family meal at this location. The weather was chilly outside as it was inside! There were so many draughts coming from all directions due to the fire at one end and the door at the other. Possibly an internal glass porch round the door might solve this. Heaters were provided but for us didn't help. I was near a radiator but that seemed lukewarm at 8pm. We waited an hour for our order to arrive, we didn't have a starter but usually a 30 minute wait is acceptable. This was the first meal I've eaten with my coat on inside! Perhaps a knee blanket could be offered during freezing weather. Apart from this the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good and the portions generous.

We were really disappointed with our recent visit to The Grange Farm for Sunday dinner. Service was very slow and the meal was inedible. When I poured the gravy on my meal, a layer of oil poured out first followed by a thick sludge (?) (as shown in photo) , green beans were chewy and had a strange taste as did the parsnips. Roast potatoes were hard and completely hollow inside. This was by far the worst Sunday roast I have ever had. We were dining with children so after waiting such a long time for the meal to arrive, we had no time left to speak to staff about our disappointment (no one came to ask about our meal either). The price for this meal was almost double that of other Sunday roasts at restaurants where the quality far exceeds that of The Grange Farm !!

We had the Sunday roast and it was literally the worst roast I’ve ever had, everything was over cooked and nothing tasted fresh, and the gravy was disgusting/ inedible, surely you saw what the gravy was like before serving it and realised it was that bad? See pics..

We went to the grange for Sunday roast with my family. The vegetables were stale and looked as if they had gone off. The potatoes were dry and hollow. The meat was dry and the food in general was not edible and suitable for any person to eat. The waitress didnt even bring the gravy we had to ask for it. Maybe there was a reason why she didnt bring it over. The gravy was brown slush with oil separated from it. Poor quality of food and overpriced. Really disappointed!!

Slow service initially, had to try and track someone down to ask to sit at our table for a meal, but improved from there on. 40% discount found online so reasonable price. Very nice food and atmosphere.

The atmosphere was great, the table seating was a good choice, the cleanliness was very good. The food was excellent and very tasty. Our one tiny issue with a mix up in the order was dealt with very quickly and professionally and didn't spoil the evening at all. Very good value for money, would recommend and visit again myself. Many thanks.

Plenty of car parking spaces available. Comfortable dining table chairs, and tables suitably spaced (not too close to neighbouring tables). Staff were friendly and welcoming, and provided good service. Reasonable choice of food on menu, perhaps the mains menu could have a few more items to choose from. Meals were hot and well cooked. Meal prices were reasonable, perhaps dessert prices a little on the high side. Overall, very happen with the experience, and would return again in the future.

We are relatively new to the area and we were looking for somewhere nice to eat and were recommended the Grange Farm! It did not disappoint! We have been twice now and both visits have been excellent! Great service on both occasions, fantastic food and a lovely atmosphere! Highly recommend!

While travelling through the area, I was lucky enough to stumble across this lovely place, it has lots of charm and character with very helpful and friendly staff. It has a good selection of pub food and drink, and is reasonably priced. There is also a good amount of parking if you so wish, but one note ! It would be a good idea to book a table in advance, due to its popularity.

The food and customer service was 10/10. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the gentleman that served us however he was very polite and attentive! Proud to call this my local 😊

Nice vibe, good food. Upon arrive had to wait for a while before we were greeted even though we had a booking, after some minutes we flagged down a staff member who then showed us to our table. It was a Sunday so yes they were busy not a big deal. Another thing to mention is that the vegetarian options are very limited so check the menu prior to your visit to avoid disappointment.

Grange Farm Is a lovely Venue. Its pet friendly, lovely food. I was a bit worried about food Choice for vegans at first. However I had the best vegan Sunday roast. Fiona was Absolutely lovely and very accommodating to everybody's needs no matter how big or small. I'm Gluten-free and dairy-free and vegan. I do Struggle to find good food sometimes. But really found this place wonderful, Proper fire and beautiful Interior. And waiting time was not long at all.
