    Another slow meal at a "Fast Food" restaurant because deliveries are destroying them. Not sure if they make the McDonald's too busy. Ordered at 10:44 got bored of waiting and went up at 11:12 and the order was not on there systems I think it was cleared in the mayhem of orders. We finally got an order at 11:17 McDonald's please act now. I counted 11 in here at one point with more coming. That's 11 car park spaces 5 tables taken oh and not to mention disabled bays being taken up. Ticket system? what ticket system, seems to crash at every McDonald's and your left to try and listen for a faint shout. In all you cannot fault the hard work of the team but rather the lack of planning and infrastructure to support them.

    Disgusting how can you not wrap a wrap also how was this allowed to be served? Also the lettuce has gone bad I rang the McDonald’s and they said to email them the evidence of the bad food I have but didn’t get any response like I was told I was going to get on the phone Honestly avoid this McDonald’s it’s not worth the hassle

    Ordered through Uber eats, missing all the sauces I asked for including those included with my select meal. Last time we ordered they didn’t listen to any of the requests on the big tasty meal and put tomato and onion on despite instructions not to, sticker saying not to include it on the box and everything! Had to go straight in the bin because I’m allergic to tomato. Useless.

    Not fast food anymore, and when you lose the convenience, your willingness to accept the quality of the food diminishes. Placed an order on the app to the table, took over 20 minutes and a visit to the counter to ask about the food before anything arrived. The chips were cold and a plain cheeseburger for a happy meal was not plain. The drinks did not arrive for about five minutes after that, and the Coke Zero was as warm as my fries had been. It seems that when you’re in the “restaurant”, deliveries being sent out take priority over customers waiting in person. Those that had ordered at the screens were also frustrated at the wait time. I’ll try to ensure that this is our last visit.

    Convenient is about the only positive. The staff need to learn what only cheese means. It's a term that's widely used for a cheese burger with no salad or sauce. Everytime they put the selection in as plain, and I get a burger and a bunch with nothing else. Also this is what the fries looked like on my large order. The box is nearly half empty , and no the fries weren't in the bottom of the paper bag, this was literally all I got.

    2 drinks missed, ordered through justeat. They never get the order right and don't read additional notes. JUSTEAT offered £2 onto my account...the drinks cost £3.70...shocking

    Nothing fast at this fast food restaurant sooo slow, too many deliveroo pick ups, no focus on the customer in store My order went to collection on the screen staff to busy packing the deliveroo orders. While waiting 3 customers brought there orders back to the counter as things were missing or wrong orders Very poor service this morning I'll stick to Tim Hortons breakfast its cheaper and much better quality... £3.49 breakfast deal...

    Oh my word, if the service had gotten any slower, they would have been going backwards. Order processing very slow, looked like complete mayhem behind the counter. Surprisingly my hamburgers were the same temperature as my milkshake once I actually got them. It would seem, in my opinion, that the drive thru gets priority over the customers in the restaurant. Never again.

    Would been great to be served by front of counter staff who left me standing there 10 mins then looked at me then walked off and stood behind a partition to avoid serving unknowing I could see his reflection. Not the first time either. This attitude let's down what was food service at this location.

    I ordered two breakfast meal from Mcdonalds wakes road (Wigston). The food was cold and the meat patty was absolutely burned. When I phoned the Mcdonalds they were absoluty unfriendly and was easy to realise why they serving this food to the customers (they are not on any Mcdonalds standard with this service and absolutely amateurs) and I went to speak with the business manager unfortunately he didnt worked at that time. The Restaurant was absolutely under managed and the (shift)manager was ruth and didn't gave a me a fair sollution. After this I think theres no point to waist the time to order this quality of food from this Mcdonalds and waist the money. Absolutely dissapointed with the food what I got and the sollution what the shiftmanager offered. After this I feel they stole my money!! Strongly not recoment to buy any food from them and of course official customer complain carry on to the official Mcdonalds Complain line about this.. Also need to mention this is not the first time when its happend with me when ordered food from this Restaurant.

    Used to go here using the drive by …. The breakfasts are rank… Luke warm. The staff are not very helpful or polite The woman that served me had dog hair all over her black jacket 🤮🤮🤮.

    I ordered chicken nugget happy meal eith extra fries they never gave extra fries i rang and the manager was so rude!! He hanged up on me twice manager himself is not professional 0* service the lady who served me she was busy giggling.

    1 of the worst branches of them all. Not that the others are any better. Just had a burger from the drive thru. It had started to go hard it must have sat there for so long. Good job I didn’t order online or that cold burger would’ve been travelling half of Leicester on a push bike before I got it. Seen the place dead as the grave at 2am and the staff are still struggling to even rustle a cheeseburger up. Russia got lucky when McDonald’s up n left anything is better than the trash maccys serve up these days.

    Milkshakes not available AGAIN! One of the reasons going, nearly went home without one Big Mac missing luckily I checked and was questioned it when the order was on the screen…..showed the receipt no apology given and ignored when I was talking they definitely need to polish up on communication and people skills!!!!

    ordered from this mcdonald’s using the app, my food arrived cold and there were onions on my burger which i did not want. the delivery drivers were incompetent, the first one tried to give me an order from a completely different place and the second was absolutely clueless and had no idea what he was doing.

    Had a drive thru. Drove 2 minutes home. Food was stone cold. Only received 3 instead of 4 Chilli cheese bites and given ketchup instead of the rich tomato dip. Tried to ring all afternoon but no reply and goes to answer phone where you can’t leave a message! As admin on a Wigston Community group I put a post on about this only to find that this McDonalds is well known locally for cold food, bad portions and poor service.

    If I could give this place a zero I would, normally they mess my order up but this time it was a double payment! Mia you’re are the rudest and most unhelpful manager I’ve ever experienced!! I will be back for my refund, third time lucky and not my fault your App payment system is slow!!

    Food is good and staff are polite. A big problem with this McDonald's is it can get very very busy. When I went in there once, all car park spots were taken, so we went elsewhere to find a alternative parking spot. Be careful about going to this one, it can get very very busy.

    So, all please take note, after spending a considerable amount of money with the Golden Arches Wigston Leicester, and JustEat delivering said order things started to go sideways. Half the order wasn’t there and to make matters worse I had some items not even on my order. Off I went to see the manager, who, unrelentingly told me I couldn’t have my missing food as the order was completed by JustEat. Therefore, I had to claim for my missing food and then reorder the missing items at my cost. The manager was very competent, but the error laid at their end. Frustrating !!! Poor.

    Used drive through this week to grab a ‘black’ coffee twice this week. The screen by the payment booth states black coffee! Get to work both times and it’s a latte!! I have an allergy to milk!! Drive back second time and was told to Tell the cashier I have an allergy next time!! Shouldn’t have too. There should be no fear of milk in a black coffee. First time I didn’t check before taking a sip. Consequences could have been alot worse. There really couldn’t care less!!

    I don't know what to say about McDonald's at this point. Some of the staff are rude orders always have to be wrong. Today I was just checking they hadn't forgotten anything (they normally do) and while I was checking in my car one of the staff members said to move to the next window so I was finished checking the last burger as I was about to move to the next window the staff member said very rude things for absolutely no reason? This has happened multiple times. Very disappointed.

    Chose the wrong time to go! 3.30pm on a Friday afternoon, it was very very crowded, lots of school children. But the staff were very efficient and the wait wasn't too long. Enjoyed a coffee and an apple pie.

    Absolutely pathetic service staff was so rude and accusing indirectly that we may have ate the fried less then five minutes..we went to ask that we ordered small fries and dipper. We had the receipt, and bag with only dippers. The staff said am sure I put it inside. We said we did not get one how is that possible to eat less then five minutes. Staff just ignored us when we explained the situation. Then they said manager checking the cctv we said yes please do.we also allowed them to check our car. Manger came in after 10min and their staff was still being rude to us and denying that she was not rude to us when she was. The manger said don’t speak to our staff like that well hold on a minute why their staff being rude to us then. Staff needs training on how to speak to customers instead of apologies they got us really heated with us. We said we do not want a food like that and come on really for 99p fries they accused us like that and and top of that being rude. All they had to say was we sorry as human error can happen. Sad to see people can be so rude no humanity.

    This McDonald's is one of the busiest I thinnnive ever been to. However, the staff have always done well to serve food quickly, correctly, and as described. Atmosphere is not the most welcoming as I've always been there when it had been filled with rather obnoxious teenagers and food delivery persons who seem to always put themselves in awkward places. I personally wouldn't eat in. I have used the drive-through as well, and this has always been just as quick and correct as the at till service.

    Wakes Road Mcdonald's Wigston is a very good location and convenient for me. Its really busy through and order and collect is q great idea however being so busy you wait 10min for the food. Even if you go in with so many external delivery drivers there you wait more than you need too. Dont get me wrong the kids love the place however its just not quick enough for fast food service.

    Every time I order through the McDonald’s app for delivery it’s always missing at least one item. I am sick to death of speaking to the robots on Uber eats help thru the app when all they can do is offer refund. I have family members meals missing ffs, I call the restaurant they don’t want to do Jack about it just tell us to call the Uber eats help. It’s not Ubers fault. Shouldn’t you have quality control and someone double checking the orders before they go out??????? Not just that they also say well if you can come collect the missing item, well erm no I can’t that’s why I ordered it to be delivered. Pathetic service!!!!!

    I don't know how to start this. When I got the meal I had a cold meal wasn't nice to eat the chicken selects didn't come with dips in the delivery was disappointed. My meal was like it was left for 3 hours before served not happy........
