I had a 2014 built Bonaire system that was throwing an error, Sergey was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly and efficiently - Taking photos and explaining what the causes may be and outlining the costs that may be involved. While he was out I also had him service our Evaporative cooling unit - Cleaning the filters and giving the unit a general checkup/service, again providing before and after photos of the unit. He also took the time to explain the optimal setup of our aircon vents as well as what adjustments should be made. Easily recommended. The photos attached are his photos which were helpful in explaining what has been done.

Sergey came out today, on time and on one of the hottest days in Feb. He had a look at the unit, shared the photos of my damage board and cracked fan, explained what need replacing, he is very professional, was fully prepared and had a new fan in his van. Sergey arrived on time and was very professional. His service was very genuine and price was affordable. He also only charged 1hr service even though it went longer. He advised me before he came over that my 20+ year old dutcted heating may not be repairable if parts needed to be replaced since those parts are no longer made, so I might have to replace the whole heating system if that was the case. Sergey spent a total of 1.5hrs in fault finding/repairing/testing the system and made sure at the end of the repairs there wasnt any gas leaks etc. Also managed to replace a part which lead to fixing the issue so I wouldn't of had to install a new ducted heating unit. Thanks for your service and when I do need to install a brand new heating system I'll be sure to pick you guys.

We have a 2014 Brivis built evaporative cooling system that was not throwing any cold air, we called the manufacture service area who wasted our time (two weeks) waiting for their service area to arrange an appointment to attend. I found Serge on the internet and called him regarding servicing our unit and within 5 days of that call Serge was able to attend and diagnose that the PCB control board for the Brivis was faulty, producing photos to show the state of the PCB and the internals of the cooling unit and repaired the issue quickly and efficiently. Serge is very professional and knowledgeable about the products he works with. Serge’s manner, prompt service and customer interaction are very much appreciated, we are very pleased with both the work and cost in servicing our evaporative unit and will be using Serge to service our unit in the future.

I contacted Sergey to repair my Braemar (6-year-old heater) which was not blowing hot air. Sergey was clear on the phone and very responsive. He confirmed the appointment via SMS. He showed up on time and was very professional and clever. He found a faulty thermistor and replaced it and everything worked well. He also completed a Carbon Monoxide test and made sure all is well.
