Service is better now! The dining room was very clean and organized. orders using the kiosks are very easy to place. Drive thru is always busy and it may take a few minutes for your order to be taken, definitely don't visit the place if you are in a rush. Paying cash can be annoying ( I know, no one has cash this days) staff sees you there at the register but no one even acknowledges that you are there. Over all today's visit may have changed my opinion about the restaurant.

Great location but you need to change your hours here! Says 24 hours and lights are on, but when you come to order; they say they are closed! Came back again… this place is not open 24hrs. False advertisement!! They also do not start serving at 430. There is a line and the guy says there is only 1 person working. It’s now 5am and we are still waiting to get food. Why do Mcds always hire people that don’t want to work?!?!? Get it together!!

Been to this location several times each time met my friendly face and caring staff member. Sometimes it’s hard to find good people for fast food restaurants but then with the managers done well it’s what she has. Stores clean including bathrooms and well designed for attack house as well as a great drive-through.

I have tried to frequent this place on several occasions at all times during the day and night. It is consistently the slowest service I’ve ever seen in a fast food chain in the area. Additionally, if it’s late at night, sometimes no one ever answers the intercom. For example, tonight June 13, even though they’re open 24 hours I guess they decided to stop serving. It’s the only 24 hour McDonald’s relatively close, but I would sooner drive the extra miles to go to the Pompano Beach location.

Nice clean restaurant. Was greeted upon entrance. You don't get that anymore. The food was fresh and delicious. Service was fast. Love the app. Away something free of $1.

So I was here ordering and the young lady that works here was cursing up a storm while in her McDonald’s uniform very unprofessional and quite upsetting I had my 6 year old son with me and she really had a nasty mouth very upsetting hope the manager reads this , the young lady who was cursing loudly in the lobby her name is Tomika and she drives a navy Mitsubishi very sad

Super rude drive through attendant. We arrived 15 minutes before closing which I understand is annoying but we just got out of the emergency room and I had to have a meal before taking my medication. She said that since they were closing in 15 minutes they could not take my order. We are talking about fast food how do you deny service before closing on a place that takes 5 minutes to make a meal

Saturday 8:30 pm close and they have a huge line in driver thru because there’s nobody working on the orders. When they open months ago was wonderful, delicious food quick and easy, The food it’s good but the service it’s really trash. The other one in US1 it’s quick just 5 minutes from this one.

Location is advertised as being 24 hours but when I visited on wednesday, December 29th at 11:00:10 p.m., I sat in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes, with a line of three cars behind me, before I realized that they were closed. Someone should update their hours on Google Maps.

The worse Mc Donald's ever they will have you in the drive thru at the menu waiting to order for 15-20 mins before anyone comes to take your order. This is at 1:00 am time. The people are asleep inside and not taking orders.

Since they reopen their customer service really went down the drained. Literally sat at drive thru for 10 mins and not once no one acknowledged me or said hello after waiting 15mins and still no answer, I drove off. Worst customer service and this is the second time but, this will be the last time. I don't care if I stay 1min away I will drive to the powerline n Commercial location. The people they have serving food at the window nails is dirty. They most definitely loss all business with me.

Not sure why, but this is the slowest drive thru I think I've ever been to. Wanted to give it another shot tonight. Only 2 cars were ahead of me. After waiting nearly 30 minutes without even getting my order taken I gave up and came to Taco Bell.

Many many times I’ve been and waited for 3-5 minutes to even get acknowledged at drive through. Order is frequently wrong, even if I confirm at pickup. No one cares. Lines are long because it can take 15 or more minutes from the time you order to get your food. It is not improving. Dining room never open at 7am (or even 7:15) as stated on sign. Employees ignore you at window. Many times on cell phones and eating or having conversations. This is the first McDonald’s at which I’ve ever had such a negative experience.

The drive thru attendant is rude lol. Also, this place is supposed to be open 24 hours, how are they “not taking orders right now” at 12:30am??? Let alone, looking through the window and guess what? somebody is sitting on their phone. lol oookay. And if everyone in the reviews is talking about the same lady at the drive thru, the manager needs to get her in check.

Nothing beats the convenience, affordability and quality received at McDonald's. This location is an easy on, easy off I-95 spot. The staff are attentive and welcoming. Unfortunately, this location has many vagrants that frequent it. Perhaps a police presence would at a layer of comfort and security.

I come here at least once a week for breakfast. The morning staff are outstanding! They are very professional, friendly and accommodating. It is nice to be greeted so friendly in the morning and I am grateful. Thank you for the delicious hot sauce!!!!!!

Several times have I come for a late night dinner at this McDonald’s and they either are always “out of food” or give some excuse as to why they can’t fulfill the order. If you’re not actually open 24hrs don’t state that on the app and don’t take my money that now I have to wait “24hrs” to get a refund.

Bad service on the counter, they didn't offer me to in large my order because of their bad attitude, she almost threw me away the food that was paid. I prefer to go to drive thru. I don't recommend eating inside.

I treat myself to this guilty pleasure once a month. Quality of service depends on who's at the counter (today's was good: courteous and professional). The self-order kiosks are in your face and seem perplexing to most customers. One of them should be enough. Unusual layout of fixed tables.

I was literally hearing my stomach growl while driving along Oakland Park Blvd. and it could not wait for me to make the 40 minute drive home. Luckily, I spotted the big yellow M of the McDonald's sign and pulled in to get a quick bite. The drive-thru had a long line so I decided to go inside. The restaurant had a large clean dining area with social distant seating. The employees were pleasant and working fast to get out people's orders in a timely manner. I chose the crispy chicken sandwich because there was nothing else I had a taste for. Due to covid, they do not serve dine-in meals on serving trays...had to make the best of the wrapper the sandwich was served in. Though there's 3 versions of the chicken sandwich (crispy, spicy, and deluxe), there's nothing special about it. It's just a piece of fried chicken breast between two toasted buns and topped with two small pickles. The sandwich tasted dry so I added BBQ sauce for some flavor. The fries was nicely fried to a golden brown and my soda was cold and refreshing. For $5, I filled my stomach and can go home content.

I'm not one to post negative comments but I have tried this location more times than I would like to admit and it is always a disappointment! Given I have tried many times in hopes maybe they were just having a bad day but I stand corrected. My food always seems to come out as if it's been sitting for awhile beneath a heat lamp even asking to have my food cooked to order and my food is either wrong or missing something each time! Not to mention the staff members have NEVER had a positive attitude with each of my visits! Unfortunately I do not recommend this location

what a joke. in the middle of placing a breakfast order they added 2 meals to my order for sausage egg and cheese muffin and they cut me off and told me they couldnt finish the other part of my order because it was 10:31 and they stopped serving at 10:30.... mind you they already took my first 2 meals which were breakfast meals.... the manager said there was nothing they can do and wouldnt take the other part of the meal. 1800 corporate here we come i normally wouldnt complain or even bother but what a joke to cut someone off in the middle of an order and refuse to take the other part of an order. and they got the first part of the order incorrect the gave us biscuits instead of muffins after repeating muffins 10 times.

Stay away! I waited for my mobile order in the pickup space for over 15 minutes. Then I went through the drive through to pick up the mobile order. The person at the drive through refused to give me my food unless I went inside. I already paid for the food, it was ready and I was at the drive through so what is the point of mobile order? The people here are on some strange power trip. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Yesterday on 10/18 The workers in the morning shift (9am) denied my coupon saying the system wouldn’t recognize it, even though I showed them my items were eligible by the coupons guidelines. Awful. Constantly awful. Never good. Idk if they aren’t drawing the Pattie’s but they have no flavor. I only order here because it’s close. Did a mobile order. One Big Mac with special request fulfilled. The other, a quarter pounder I ordered with no cheese, no mustard and they gave me extra cheese and extra mustard. I’m lactose intolerant. I couldn’t go back because I was on break. And I was super hungry. It’s not hard to read the ticket and do what it says. EVERYTIME I come here the screw my order up. Time to start going to Burger King. At least their food has flavor.

You actually have to wait 30 min before someone comes to drive true to ask what u want…. I thought the reviews where joking. Disappointed because I was excited for this place to open in my neighborhood and I’ve had the worse experiences everytime…

Leave it to an unprofessional lack luster McDonald’s to be unable to perform the simplest of duties which is answering the intercom. If you’re working for a corporation than do your job; otherwise leave. This McDonald’s shows it can’t even handle answering an order. Don’t go to this location.

I've had multiple nights of ordering through Uber Eats on here. Every single time I have, the order gets cancelled in the end. The restaurant advertises 24/7 but employees will tell customers that the restaurant is closed. It seems more like they just don't want to make the food. There's no point in an employee being in the restaurant if it's closed so somebody, whether it's the restaurant hours or the employees themselves, is lying.
