I had an incredibly disappointing experience my first time at the Pearle Spa when I booked for 3 people, a spa day for my sister-in-law's birthday (who is form out of the country). Despite making the reservations well in advance (2 months), they had the wrong date in their records. The staff's response to this mistake was shockingly unsympathetic and cold, which added unnecessary stress to what was suppose to be a special occasion. We tried to resolve the issue by speaking with the manager, but their indifference was disheartening. They didn't seem to care about our inconvenience (2 of us took the day off work for a lunch and spa day) or how it affected our plans. As a result, we left the spa feeling terrible and upset instead of relaxed and pampered. It's incredibly disheartening when a business fails to take responsibility for their mistakes and treat their customers with respect and empathy. I wouldn't recommend this spa to anyone, especially for important celebrations like birthdays. The lack of professionalism and consideration for their customers left a lasting negative impression. We did have a beautiful lunch at Isabel's right before we were suppose to have our spa afternoon. Isabel's did have the reservation correct and treated us wonderfully!

Perfect family getaway. I read all the reviews before I booked this hotel, and surely it was worthy. Our room has a private balcony facing the ocean. The swimming pool was unbelievable. Water was warm, and the water fountain you can turn on with dial on the wall. We had dinner at the Isabelle restaurant, and everything we ordered was so tasty. I will stay again if I ever come back to Toronto again.

I had an exceptional stay at the Pearl Hotel & Spa! My one-night experience was nothing short of luxurious. The hotel exudes sophistication with its upscale ambiance and impeccable cleanliness. The attention to detail was evident with the thoughtful turndown service, which included filling the sterling ice bucket, filling a carafe with fresh water, and replenishing the complimentary snacks which included some very delightful chocolates. The room, boasting a picturesque view of Lake Ontario, was a true highlight. Two plush bathrobes added an extra touch of comfort. The Pearl Hotel & Spa exceeded my expectations, providing a memorable and indulgent retreat. A five-star gem by the lake

The Pearl resort and Spa leaves no detail unattended and every desire satisfied! My boyfriend surprised me with a mini getaway this weekend to the Pearl hotel and it was the best experience outside of Downtown I’ve had recently. The interior is so well thought out and elegant- it completely transports you to something you would imagine yo be outside of the country. The staff were so sweet and accommodating. Even with several events going on (weddings) the place still felt very relaxing and private. Views of the water are absolutely stunning. We loved going on a stroll by the pier in the morning and seeing the car show in the afternoon. Would 100% also recommend checking out the spa!

A beautiful hotel to get away. My whole experience was perfect and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you to the Valet, the front desk service, and the wonderful staff. Thank you to the valet man Andre for taking the time to have a conversation in the morning with me and making my stay feel even more welcoming. I recommend this hotel if you’re looking to get away from home and to rest, recharge, and reset.

Our Son got married there on June 16. The staff was amazing. Hotel was beautiful. The ceremony and reception was on time and beautifully handled. We received lots of compliments on the service and the food. Location was beautiful. I’m sure some photos were taken outside but of course it was raining. Thank you to the Pearl for making this a day to remember

This is one of the best hotel I've been to in Ontario. My boyfriend and I, together with our baby pup (Popcorn), stayed for 1 night to celebrate my birthday (July 2). We were given exceptional service considering it is our 1st time in this hotel. They allowed us to check-in an hour early, the rooms are very clean, amenities are complete and good. The bed is sooo soft and comfy, Popcorn doesn't wanna go out of the bed. 😂 This would definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we go to Burlington!! We love this city, and finally we've found a perfect spot so next time we'll stay longer!! ♥️ We want to extend our gratitude to the front desk, guest service, in-room dining server, and valet for the warm welcome and great service we had during our stay. ✨

Stayed at the Pearle for a couple of nights. Absolutely lovely hotel with a great location right on the shores of lake Ontario. From the moment we arrived - valet service and front staff service were great. We ate at Isabelle's and Pearle's cafe - highly recommend both. Rooms were modern chic and comfortable. Our room faced the street and got noisy a couple of times with street traffic. There was also a wedding / party in the hotel and the hallways were a lot noisy at 1:30 and 2:30 am. Would stay here again.

We recently celebrated our wedding in the Edgewater Room of The Pearle Hotel & Spa and it was truly exceptional! From the service and professionalism we received from the early moments of wedding planning to check-out after our wedding day, there was not a single detail overlooked. The staff are honestly in a league of their own and the overall experience we received, along with our guests, was amazing. Whether it was the service received for a night-stay or it was the service throughout a two-year planning period for our wedding or all the effort that went into the execution of the wedding itself, we cannot say enough amazing things about this team! The Hotel itself is truly a haven and a beautiful escape just outside the city. From the beautiful finishes of the Hotel to the waterfront views, there really is nothing quite like this that exists nearby! The food and overall experience they delivered truly made for a dream wedding and we are so grateful! Whether you are looking for a one-night stay to celebrating a milestone, we would highly encourage you to consider The Pearle Hotel & Spa!

A fantastic hotel at a great location! We booked this place as a staycation for our anniversary and were very happy with all of the staff we interacted with. The room was clean and the washroom is very large. All this I expect as I am paying the price of a 4 star hotel room. We had the lake side facing view from our room and it was really nice to look out during the day and night. The location is also great for food options as there are plenty of options within walking distance. There is parking available right in front of the hotel but the rates are a bit unclear. It seems like the daily rate is $30 but if you are parking overnight, it’s unclear if you have to pay $30 twice. So we opted for the valet parking, which was around $35 plus tax. We felt it was safer and more clear to pay once as we were staying overnight. This hotel can get very busy as it’s a popular venue for weddings and events but I never felt that it was overly crowded during my visit. The lobby is spacious. I can definitely see myself returning here again.

Friendly, clean, great view and the pool is very relaxing with adult hours if necessary. The staff at the cafe/breakfast deli are amazing. They do a lot of loud weddings here though.

My spa experience was.a lovely relaxing experience. I truly enjoyed the pool with the excellent waterfront view. I enjoyed a fantastic massage with masseuse Robert Kilmer and highly recommend him. He had just the right amount of pressure and was able to alleviate all my pain and provided some nice aromatherapy as well. All in all a superb experience and highly recommended!

Stayed here while visiting some family in the area . What a beautiful hotel! Great view right along the water . The rooms were large,’modern and spacious . The staff were very helpful and friendly . The restaurant attached Isabelle was fantastic! We had drinks and appetizers there twice - sat outside in the patio looking over the water . The cafe inside the hotel had excellent coffee and croissants My only comment was that we ended up in a handicap accessible room ( unsure why) , the shower area had no drain on the outside - so after showering water got everywhere on the bathroom floor outside the shower area . Still overall a wonderful stay

Great experience overall. Stayed with my wife for a spa day and overnight as well. The spa was amazing, massage was incredible and everything is very clean. Gym is VERY clean, small, but has everything you need. Being able to order drinks poolside is great (get the margarita, trust me). The charcuterie board was awesome as well, and enjoyed that in the poolside room. If you’re thinking you want to venture outside the hotel for dinner, go for it. But the food at the restaurant was unreal. Lobster linguine pictured was my fav. Oysters very fresh. Overall just amazing. Oh and when I called the next day way after checking out because I forgot something in the room, I was on hold for only 5 mins and they found what I left, and had it at concierge for me to come get it. Will defs go back.

Wedding Venue Review Overall Experience: We booked our wedding venue at the Pearl Hotel in July 2022, for our August 2023 wedding and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Venue Setting: The ambiance, decor, and overall aesthetic of the venue is unmatched to other venues in our opinion. It was the overall aesthetic of the venue of itself that really sold this place over any other venue. Venue Staff and Service: Overall, the staff were accommodating, responsive, and professional. However, we were not happy with our Special Events Consultant. She didn’t seem very flexible, came off as condescending at times, and made our experience feel as if we were not in control of planning our own wedding. She made is very stressed leading up to our wedding day because of her strict demeanour and comments that scared us to believe the venue will not be accommodating to last minute changes on the day of the event. However, when dealing with problems with any other staff member other than our special events consultant, we only had pleasant and positive experiences. Come the day of our wedding, ALL the staff were supportive, accommodating, and more than helpful. Food and Amenities: The food was amazing. The tasting experience was enjoyable and accommodating, we felt like we had a lot of control in what the menu could be. Everyone loved the food and the late night snacks, we couldn’t stop receiving compliments on the taste and quality of the food. Full disclosure, this venue doesn’t allow outside catering, you have to go through their menu, but it’s worth it. Location and Accessibility: The venue location is beautiful, there are plenty of spots to take lovely pictures around the local area. Parking may be an issue as there’s only paid parking available or may have to park further and walk over. Flexibility: Venue was very accommodating to our specific requests and changes in plans.

This place was beyond disappointing! The Pearle hotel chain is a corporate beast that only cares about profits. We spent nearly $1,500 for one night and it was a sad experience to say the least. From the moment we checked in, they messed up our early check in and weren’t sure our room was ready at the actual check in time, they messed up our restaurant reservations and instead of a water view reservation (as requested and promised) we got the centre floor with only a complimentary drink, the food was overpriced and was horrible, and you can hear children screaming from the spa because they put the pool right next to it. The treatment was mediocre and then you’re expected to tip $40+ for a treatment you could get from a cheap pedicure establishment. The best part of this hotel are the beds (very bougie and comfortable). They get away with the prices because it’s Burlington but you should be ashamed of yourselves for such a cookie cutter low quality experience. Save your money and don’t even bother. Go to Inn on the Twenty or Four Seasons Toronto. Absolutely disgusted. UPDATE: I have to give credit where due, so I am adding this update. My husband called the hotel on 3 separate occasions to try to speak with someone because he was so upset. Eventually, our situation made it to the general manager of the hotel. The general manager apologized and listened to what happened on our stay and said they were opening a case to look into everything. They also decided to refund us for our stay. We weren’t expecting that, but we did appreciate that they took accountability.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pearle Hotel and cannot recommend this hotel and spa enough. The location and amenities are beautiful and Vicki and all the staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was incredible. I can't wait to come back and stay at the Pearle again.

Experience planning a wedding with The Pearle Hotel events team: From the moment we met Isabelle Kiraly, we were in golden hands. Isabelle is like the magical fairy godmother of your happy ending fairytale. We had to switch venues last minute and she melted all the stress off of my shoulders. To say I am pleased with her help is an understatement. Working with Isabelle has been a great pleasure. She is a true professional, accommodating, kind, understanding and so efficient. She is a boss!!! She held my hand through every detail. No matter how many questions I asked her (I asked a lot), I never felt like a bother. She precisely organized every detail, checklist and appointment. She worked with and responded to all of my vendors. The whole planning process was easily complete in a snap of her fingers. I felt like I was working with my sister who sincerely wants the best for me. I highly recommend Isabelle with all my heart. Working with her and the events team at The Pearle Hotel was perfect. Thank you!

Very nice hotel, good location, great people working here and the rooms are nice and new. Valet suggested us to park at a free lot since it was a weekend and they were super nice. Front desk was great, offered water as we were checking in. Large balcony in our room, good views too. Bathroom was very nice, bedding was comfortable, AC was good too.

We chose the Pearle as our wedding venue over a year ago due to the amazing staff that walked us through what a wedding would look like, as well as it being so accommodating to allergies. The Northshore room was absolutely gorgeous overlooking the water and the spots for pictures around the hotel were incredible so we were immediately sold. Fast forward a year later, we checked in the night before and our room was not ready. After a little confusion, they immediately solved the problem, providing us with a ready room and 2 complementary drinks at Isabelle. Not even a half hour later, one of the managers (Vicki) was up to our room welcoming us with champagne. She could see I was upset about the potential rain on my wedding and quickly showed us several places we could take pictures if it was inclement weather, as well as a complementary breakfast to cheer me up. She even checked in on me to make sure my wedding day started off on the right foot. The day-of coordinators were also incredible! (Colleen & Ingrid) They made sure I got all my pictures taken in the best places, made sure we ran on time to the minute, and made sure I ate something during cocktail hour. Every guest thought the wedding was amazing, from the food (which was so good!) to the atmosphere, I can not recommend this venue enough. They know what they are doing and will make sure your incredibly busy day runs smoothly. My day was absolutely perfect, the only thing that didn’t happen the way I had hoped was the take-away cookies were not placed on the tables at the start. Maybe someone forgot in the kitchen? So I am not sure how many of our guests actually got them. But the staff quickly started handing them out and putting them in baskets around the room as soon as I mentioned it! Highly recommended as a wedding venue, cannot say enough good things!

This hotel knows hospitality. Clean and modern rooms. Beautiful amenities. Great staff. Everything we could ask for. Our room had a fridge and a beautiful view. The Isabelle restaurant was delicious and the staff were great. Great restaurants close by as well - I would recommend North Coal and Martini House. Very close to the lake for fun lakeshore walks. Lot parking across the street is a bit pricey, so valet is worth it. Or if you are up for it, there are public lots that are more inexpensive about a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel.

We had booked two relaxation massages in the early afternoon We plan enjoying the pool with our well-behaved 11 years old daughter while the adults have their massage. When we arrive, we were told that my daughter was not able to stay in the pool because the hotel has a strictly family hours for the pool (adults only from 10AM to 5PM). We kindly ask them to make the exception for this time as we had planned months in advance and it was too much that our daughter wait three hours in a lounge and all the time she would be with an adult and we guaranteed she will behave well. Nobody told us about the policy neither in the online booking process nor in the call when they confirm the appointment. It seems the hotel has a residences and is part of the reason of this non-sense policy (that applies to the hotel guests as well). This ruined the Spa day experience and frustrated, we cancelled the appointments.
