Not sure whats going on with popeyes chicken but its overly salty, pink and rubbery. Im not sure if its real chicken or fake meat. I ordered the wrap and the chicken was so pink and rubbery. Disgusting and disappointing!

Good chain fast food restaurant. Food is always freshly made and hot.

Update: I did revisit them, and it looks like they considered the customer comments and have done a fantastic thing. Thanks a lot, especially Zeenat, for your excellent customer service and fresh food. The staff members mixed fresh chickens with stale, not fresh and overcooked one which tasted like wooden sticks. Those pieces hurt our tooth and ended up with the bloody gum of my kids. What makes me unsatisfied that I have asked them to make it fresh and they said I have to wait for 20 minutes, which I did. I don't know if what they did is worth it to have customer dissatisfaction in addition to impact the chain reputation. What you did guys is really disappointing and shame on you to treat your customers in such a cheating way. That food ended in the trash.

This location has good seating inside and outside(For Summer). Well maintained. Service is fast . We tried crispy chicken tenders which were very soft and tasty. Overall good Popeyes location.

I ordered, Ghost pepper wings. Service guy was very rude didn't ask if I need combo. I had to add I need combo than he didn't bother asking what side order I need, again I have to tell him don't add fries I need mashed potato. He didn't bother asking What sauce you need with order. He started making my order and putted Ranch with out asking me which I asked him to change as I don't want Ranch. Lastly Wings he gave me not ghost pepper wings. Very disappointed. Don't recommend this location.

I’ve been coming here ever since I was 3 years old and I love this place and you guys never let me down with your kindness and delicious food

I like to share the experience that some employees are not even little generous by providing you the napkins or tomatoes ketchup or offer you 3 quarter soft drink cup instead a normal portion of fries. This place is undesirable location to visit. You don't need to ask some things twice which is a daily routine and practice elsewhere.

Overall, great Popeyes. Service is always nice and efficient, and will try to accommodate all requests within their power. When I order in person, my order was always perfect. The only times problems came about was when I would order delivery. I can think of a few occasions where things were missing from my order. Most of the time it was fine, and that is why I am giving it a 4.

I visited this place this week. One of their employe Pratham taken my order. He was very kind and friendly. I was with my family. They all are impressed by his behaviour and the way he deal with us was very polite and professional. We look forward to visit this place again.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen on Neyagawa Dundas! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. The crispy, flavorful chicken and mouthwatering sides were a real treat. The staff was friendly and efficient, making my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this Popeyes location to anyone craving authentic Louisiana flavors. I'll definitely be back for more!"
