Unassuming cashier stayed on the phone taking an order while my family and I waited right in front of her to order - just under 10 mins! She never made eye contact or smiled or bothered to call anyone else, until I prompted. Once I ordered, was told order would take 15 mins. Waited 31 minutes. Was told there is a trainee in the kitchen. Upsetting that I wasn't told that before I ordered! Food, average. Not worth the fuss behind ordering - so much for 'fast food'. This is 6pm on a Friday with barely a handful of customers in view! (At least 3 others visibly upset about the delay and unapologetic service) First time here, not to return unfortunately. Also, bathrooms dirty. Also a worrying sign about what the kitchen may be like. #halal

I found the food to be good, although not exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the tandoori fries and strips, but I was not a fan of the sandwich and the fried chicken. The service was also good, the staff was friendly and accommodating. In terms of price, I found it to be reasonable and in line with my expectations.

4.4 / 5 - much better than I expected - but I was in a rush. So they didn’t even have a chance to make something fresh. I gambled and took a sandwich that was made and in the heater. I would usually never do that - but was headed to fine dining and wanted to pad my stomach before dinner. The spicy chicken - unbelievable - bread/bun was okay - but the star was the chicken - by my 2nd bite, I looked down at the sandwich like “are you really this food”. It got scored well because I’m looking forward to going back. Harman the server was nice. I think the place could improve its service - but that’s an owner issue. Also no Coke Zero - only Diet Coke. So there is room for improvement. I’m looking forward to trying the grilled chicken next time.

There is a reason why this place is empty. Bad service and bad food. Crunchy chicken is not cruchy and disappointing. Ordered food but they refused to allow friend to eat with us because he had outside food even though the place was empty. Took 15 minutes to get our food. Asked to cancel the order due to wait and service, and they refused. Better options in the mall with better service. Avoid

Everything was perfect in our last dine in experience. Priyanka welcomed us, served with care and passion where she had a good sense of what we wanted given that time. She explained all possible combinations and made us eventually order the best option she suggested. The interior was super clean and the atmosphere was splendid. My wife and I enjoyed fresh hot and spicy chicken combo with well-done fries. Highly recommend to anyone who is hungry and looking for a 5 start experience.

Disappointed. Chicken itself was cooked well. But sandwiches were small, barely any toppings. A very small side of coleslaw cost $6!? There are better and cheaper places in the immediate area for chicken.

What an amazing establishment! We ordered their spicy chicken sandwich combo, which came with a very large piece of chicken inside and fresh fries. Overall had a delicious meal, service was great (props to Harman!), and the facility was very clean. Would definitely come again!

The food is terrible chicken pieces are very very oily i had to dry it out with a napkin because i eat and it was still oily after i tried to dry it off. And the chicken pops are not chicken it was a piece of dough as you see in the picture absolutely disgusting experience and all that and i wait for 32 min to get my food won’t go there again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Chicken is excellent, very juicy, and the size of the tenders and chicken piece in the burger is very generous. Food does not taste processed. The spicy option tastes great, level is good for someone who can handle a bit of spice, and the fries are nice and crispy. First time visiting and it’s definitely better than any other fried chicken place I’ve tried.
