They cheap out on items if you order from Uber eats lol little to no fries and when I asked the girl who I was speaking to, to relay the message to the manager she was combative. I wasn’t trying to get anyone in trouble, just wanted to know her name to let the manager know I’ve spoken to someone about my issue. I expect to get what I paid for, not anything less. I wouldn’t recommend due to their customer service.

Noticed the place had opened (used to be a pita pit) so tried it out for lunch. Place was clean and well staffed with friendly team. The digital menu was not working when I went in and was offered a paper menu and then told the pricing was out of date. Selected a cheeseburger combo with fries and paid $16.93 so not much change out of $20 and in what I'd call premium burger take out range. The service was fast. I found the burger to be cooked well and the taste was ok. The bun wasn't toasted and overall I didn't find the burger was particularly tasty or exceptional given its price point. Wasn't unhappy with it but it wasn't great. Won't go again at this price point as there are better burger options in the neighborhood at this price point.

Update: This location continues to mess up orders. if I could give a lower rating I would. The staff don't communicate so orders are wrong all the time. I see this place going out of business or changing management soon. Buyer beware!!! I don't know where to start with this. I waited until I've had multiple bad experiences with this location before reviewing. They constantly forget items whether it's something on a burger or an add-on like a drink or fries. Anytime I've called they've corrected it. Problem is is it keeps happening. In the past they've forgotten to put eggs on a burger. When questioned about it. "Oh, we ran out of eggs." Pretty sure somebody should contact you or tell you when you're there and definitely not charge you for something they don't have. Be prepared to have issues if you deal with this store. Not recommended!

Horrible experience. I have had burgers from burger factory from a different branch, which was a much better experience. But from this branch, the quality of fries is really bad. I paid 18$+ tax for juicy Lucy combo. The fries had so many black potatoes. The small bits of fries that usually should be thrown out was served to us. The toppings in the burger like lettuce was outdated.

Went there 2 hours before closing and some of the menu items were not available. Food is good but a bit expensive. The restaurant is not clean. All the seats were covered with crumbs and all the tables were dirty (see pics).

I'm pretty happy with this quality burger place. We got our food at a good and in good time. Happy I came here.

I've been to other burger factory branches before, and the other one is oakville was such an amazing experience I just had to visit this location so i could show it off to my friend. Upon consumption and presentation everything was as expected, the fries were crispy and the poutine was full of cheese and the chicken crispy burgers we had were just so delicious. However there was a signage outside of the restaurant that had special deals throughout the week. I informed the cashier that I wanted two of the crispy chicken combo deals for me and my friend as it is the deal of the day. But when checking the receipt it had shown that I was charged full price for my order. When I confronted the cashier he had simply informed me that it was sold out/ a deal in the past, and could not offer me to talk to anyone else or compensate me In any way other than the option to refund my money so i can eat elsewhere. Unfortunately this event has left a bad taste in my mouth and I am disappointed in this location for falsely advertising it's deals and prices.

First, the default POS machine for a 15 % tips and need manual adjustment for no tip for take out or fast food counter. Secondly, with the quality of the thickness of the " Beef" not even close to the special value meal from Wendy's and they charge 5.64 on a daily special. That's just from me.

I cannot begin to explain the joy I had when biting into the burger served to me by such a handsome man. Ayaan was the best cashier I could ask for and he explained the menu items to me in great detail; emphasizing the how juicy and fresh they all were. Don’t even get me started on Rehan. He was such a funny and entertaining chef and I enjoyed conversating with him while he made my burger. He seared it beautifully and it was still juicy and absolutely delectable. Ayaan and Rehan made an excellent team and I cant wait until my next visit to this burger factory.

Tried calling the Maple Grove restaurant to place an order for pick-up as the online platform didn't have what I was looking for. No one picked up any of my three phone calls over 15m and i tried calling from 2 different numbers. Poor service. I drove down the road and had a delicious burger from Burger's Priest instead.
