Disorganized, slow, and they don't know the difference between milk and ceam. Given this place too many chances just to be disappointed every time. This is not a hazlenut coldbrew with foam. This is a cup of cream with foam.

My children and I visited this place at 5:30 in the morning. The male staff was very friendly.

The worst service I have ever seen. Rude and aggressive behavior. This branch is in a hospital. You are supposed to be polite and customer oriented. The same rude behavior from the same person every time.

This location always seems insanely unorganized. The young gentleman that took our order was great. Very polite and if he was unsure, he'd ask. As for the older woman with the yellow clip in her hair making the sandwiches and wraps, she was incredibly horrible. No customer service skills whatsoever. She made my BBQ Crispy Chicken wrap incorrectly 3 times and proceeded to try to push it off on me ordering wrong. The young man who took my order stepped in and corrected the older woman as he took my order and had asked her if she could make it. Which she answered yes but clearly could not. She then brushed him aside and continued to make it incorrectly. After the 3rd wrong wrap I gave up because she was extremely rude for her own mistakes. She should not be working in customer service especially at a hospital. I really hope Tim Hortons looks into this woman as she is an embarrassment to the brand and her coworkers.

This tims is in the food court of Oakville Trafalgar hospital. They're pretty quick at getting your order out

Horrible customer service The older lady was extremely rude, This is a hospital people r already stressed they should consider this, I left my order n told the lady to keep the food I didn't even wanna talk to her for a refund. Never going to Tim's again, I contacted the app to get my money back but they told me I gotta go back there for a refund I been having my coffee at other places n honestly it's a much better experience. Bought a coffee and two muffins. Both were good. I had to wait for like 10 to 15 minutes even when I was the only one in the line. I wish they had more staff and a lot more baked goods options to choose from. Maybe it's because it's 4.30 AM. Overall, it was good. (Update: Turns out they do have baked goods around 6.30 AM and plenty of staff at that time.)

Do Not go ordering food if you're in a hurry! The slowest service for food ever! Beverages and anything in the front case is not a bad wait. I have come to the hospital on a regular basis.. I have ordered a bunch of times, a toasted bagel and tea/coffee. Usually it takes 11-17 mins!! There are 4-5 workers on a norm, 3 or 4 stay at front and 1 makes all the food?? The lineup for food alone can be longer then the regular lineup. This is the dumbest thing I've seen.

Raciest staff. All customers are important weather they are spending $2 or $20. I went here twice. Both times the guy did not greet me and after making my coffee, just left the coffee on the counter, never call me. I saw he was talking nicely with other customers in the queue. Please provide some training to your staff about customer values and ethics.
