Went into this place as a recommendation from a friend. Wasn’t disappointed. This place is a runners up in Canada in some international gelato competition held in 2019. Very nice, friendly, helpful and thankful staff. The place is small but has character to it. I tried the hazelnut and Nutella flavours, which were really nice. Everyone welcomed us when he entered. Suited during winter time with half the gelato option. Otherwise, staff said they have a much bigger variety of gelato during summer time. I would recommend this place and would come again for the gelato.

I tried this place for the first time with my wife and two kids a few days ago after reading all the reviews... and boy was i not disappointed. Where do i start? We’re our feed a few items and shared them after failing to make up our minds and after the many samples we tried. Things started to get tough (in terms of choosing!). To cut s as long story short, coffee was very well done, coffee and lemon cake were amazing (they sell them by the loaf btw). My kids loved the gelato (not cheap, air filled ice cream). We even tried the salty pastries. All perfectly done. Finally, Onita is a goddess. It’s really all about the people. She was so warm, humble and comforting for the kids I’d go back just because of her. I think this could easily become my office away from home ;))) Can’t wait to go back 😍👌😍👌

Sadly this place is not what it used to be. They used to have amazing pastries and deserts. Went in to have some apple strudel but it ended up being a cold soggy mess. Very disappointed.

Came here for high tea to celebrate a birthday. The tea selection is plentiful and they allow you to smell the blends so you're not blindly picking something off a menu. Loved that! Food is deceptively filling! We ended up packing a couple of pastries to-go. Good balance of sweet and savory and they were able to accommodate a vegetarian diet. The service was great, they gave us a small cup of gelato with a candle for the birthday girl. The table by the front window is lovely. Easy to make reservation requests online and staff replies quickly. Great experience overall, highly recommend

Enjoyed hi tea at Nyla's Room with my two daughters. Everything from the tea, scones, finger sandwiches, fruit and gelato was fantastic. The service was great and nothing disappointed us.

On a snowy day afternoon tea was a delight multiple teas to select from and the finest selection of sandwiches and cakes you could wish for service was second to none could not recommend this place highly enough, wish there were more like it.

Read such good reviews about this place but a total disappointment! There was hardly any bakery items or sandwiches although it was about 11 in the morning!! Ended up trying their hyped pistachio gelato which was again a disappointment.

they have the BEST pistachio ice cream/ gelato you can ever get! 10/10. tastes like real pistachios, none of the fake flavoring and coloring.

Truly my favorite gelato in the world!!! Amazing flavors, amazing quality. Tons of dairy free options - including many non-fruit flavors. Their dairy-free hazelnut is amazing. Although what makes them special is the fresh & spectacular flavors that I have not seen anywhere else - top favs being the Hawaiian, Montego Bay, and peach. If I could give more than 5 stars - I would!

We had High Tea (afternoon tea) at this place and the service was attentive and excellent. The choices of tea were great and the pastries and sandwiches that went with it were prepared carefully, plentiful and presented nicely. Everything was absolutely delicious. The price is reasonable and the service is superb compared to other high tea places I know. The owner, Herb, is a gentleman who checks on our needs everytime. We were also given free tasting of gelato. Wendy, their baker, is fun and engaging. The other young servers were also so pleasant. The athmosphere is warm and feels like home. The tea sets were exquisite. It was worth the trip to go to Oakville from Downtown Toronto. I will definitely come back and recommend to others ... 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
