Pizza
is
Awesome,
no
doubt
about
it.
BUT,
not
set
up
for
high
volume
take
out
business.
It
can
be
very
frustrating
bringing
home
pizza
that
is
not
piping
hot
to
your
hungry
family
or
guests.
They
have
a
rack
where
pizza
is
placed
prior
to
cutting.
Pizza
is
sitting
and
cooling
while
staff
is
busy
attending
to
customers
at
the
counter
or
doing
other
duties.
They
have
one
table
where
pizza
is
sliced,
this
is
a
bottleneck
to
their
operation.
When
things
are
super
busy
that
one
table
is
not
enough
to
keep
up
with
customer
flow.
Then
once
pizza
is
cut,
it’s
placed
in
the
box
and
is
back
on
the
shelf/rack
where
it
is
cooling.
Not
like
typical
pizza
restaurants
that
cut
and
box
pizza
immediately
and
have
pizza
sitting
on
top
of
the
oven
staying
warm
while
customers
are
in
line
to
pay
or
maybe
a
few
mins
late
in
picking
up.
We
have
now
started
a
routine
where
my
wife
will
preheat
the
oven
at
home
when
I
go
pick
up
the
pizza
so
that
we
can
place
it
in
the
oven
for
5-10
mins
prior
to
eating.
But
as
I
said,
PIZZA
IS
AWESOME!…
that’s
why
I
keep
going
back!
