    Started my postpartum journey with personal trainer Anthony. Virtually and in person. His program changed my day to day lifestyle where I can be healthy for me and my baby. Anthony’s very motivational, relatable and at the same time professional. The gym has a modern aesthetic look. Clean. Open concept. Extra points for flexibility with be able to bring my child in while I get a work out.

    I’ve had the pleasure of capturing Anthony’s portraits for his personal training business and I’ve also had the fantastic pleasure of training with Anthony. I’ve worked alongside many fitness professionals in my career but Anthony truly stood out as someone who brings a down to earth approach, an empathetic attitude and science backed training methods for various needs. He’s helped me train when I didn’t wants to, when I was injured rehabbing my acl sprain and most importantly helping me appreciate what my body can do which gave me the confidence to train without him. After checking out his new facility in Oakville, I can assure it’s one of the best private training environments out there. If you wanna trust another human with your physical fitness then Anthony is your guy. This review will make sense after speaking to him once :)

    I've been training with Anthony for almost 2 years and I cannot recommend him enough! Seeing my progress and growth has been amazing. Anthony is so patient and will work hard to help you achieve your goals. His energy and passion keeps you motivated to push yourself to achieve new milestones in your fitness journey!

    I started training with Anthony many years ago - in person, virtually, group training. He is a fantastic trainer- always so excited to help achieve your goals, and makes sure to find ways so that the journey is sustainable. I've had several injuries over the years and Anthony has always made the effort to adjust my training to work around any limitations. He pushes me outside of my comfort zone and has shown me I'm much stronger than I think I am. I strongly recommend Anthony as a trainer, he is realistic about your needs, holds you accountable to your goals and cares about your improvement!

    Professional and caring- those two are the major reasons why I can keep consistency of going to Anthony’s gym. Been training with him for more than one year and I’m very happy with the progress!! When I was traveling and unable to make in person session, he quickly accommodated me and provided me with feasible workout plans in hotel. Time flies so fast each session with Anthony who also brings fun 🤩

    I fully tore my Achilles tendon 2 years ago, and have been working closely with Anthony at the LamLab virtually using my home equipment and his client App. We’ve been working on a program towards functional and sport applications that factor in knee/ achilles strengthening. After being unable to walk properly for 6 mths after the injury, with LamLab’s help I’m more confident than ever playing the sports I love. Basketball and skiing are back in regular rotation, I couldn’t be more appreciative! Coming by in person to see this upgraded private boutique is such a luxury to his clients and the service that he provides. Puppies and babies welcome for training sessions too is a nice bonus 💪

    Anthony has been great for me. Having upper back stiffness for a long time, Anthony has helped me become stronger and become less stiff. His tips and tricks have been beneficial when working out on various exercises. The diet plan has been helpful to help me understand my food intake to help get me where I want to be. The workouts are fun with other people and he has a great gym set up. Thanks Anthony for helping me immensely and for the discipline you’ve taught me!

    I've been training with Anthony at LamLab Fitness for the past 6 months and I see a huge difference in my body. He gives useful tips and is quick to understand my areas of improvement. What I appreciate the most is the attention to detail in every workout session, ensuring I get the most out of each exercise. Affordable, effective, and I always have fun sessions!

    Anthony Lam is a great and motivating personal trainer that can meet one's goal wherever they are at in their fitness. He empowers his clients by bring a whole body approach and demystify fitness myths that one would see on social media. On top of that, he helps people reach a realistic goal through cultivating consistency in one's habit. I would highly recommend anyone in the Oakville area to check out his top-tier gym and get a couple (or consistent) personal training sessions in with Anthony!
