The overall experience and customer service at River Oaks Dental is superb. Dr Ziad Al Saddi is extremely thorough and informative and provides ongoing narrative relating to what he is doing and checking that the patient is okay and comfortable. Dr Al Saddi is supported by Vanessa who also interacts and provides comfort to the patient. They are supported by Heather and Anna in the front office who also provide the same kind of compassion and assistance. I highly recommend this Dental practice.

Lucy is the most lovely hygienist. She does an amazing job at making you feel comfortable and she is such a kind person to be with. I look forward to my visits with her!

Had a temporary crown done just now. Vanessa and Dr. Dinsmore were patient with my anxiety, played music to help me stay calm. They were both very skilled and efficient at what they did and the overall experience was actually enjoyable ( coming from someone who doesn't like to go to the dentist)

Terrible service, broke braces and they also cancelled 15mins before showing up after we drove 45minutes to see them. They gave no compensation either

I had a great appointment this morning at River Oaks Dental with Andrea and Dr Gigone. My time spent with Andrea was fantastic, she constantly informed me of my dental health throughout our appointment and explained everything that she was doing. Dr. Gigone was very thorough and explained the state of my dental health and the results of today’s x-ray. I continue to highly recommend River Oaks Dental to friends and family whenever prompted.

Lovely and professional service! I’m from out of town to study and they saw me within 48 hours of requesting a cavity filling. Reception was welcoming and patient, the dentist took the time to learn my dental history and always checked with me before doing anything like freezing or drilling. They offered accommodations to keep me comfortable and waited with me until I was ready to leave too! Wonderful people, I hope to one day make them my permanent dentists when I move into town
