Had the yummiest 'Grilled vegetable sandwich 🥪' and Cafe Mocha ☕ _________ Cute and cozy place on Kerr street! It was surely different than what I had it in mind! It's self service.. You place your order on the counter itself, pay the bill and they ask if it's a takeout or dine in! Dine in orders get a table number and then your delicious food arrives on your seat by amazingly polite staff! Flavorful toppings. We ordered their 'Catalunya' Pizza 🍕 Going back to try their pasta 🍝 someday 👍

Such a cute spot in Kerr Village! Stopped by here for lunch on Saturday. It wasn’t too busy so didn’t have to wait for a table on the patio (just street seating). If you’re dining at the restaurant, you order inside first, they give you a table number stand, and then you take a seat. Tried the Calabria sandwich and the rest of the party ordered the roast chicken sandwich - delicious! The menu isn’t too toddler-friendly though - but the staff did offer to make him a grilled cheese sandwich - but was looking for something more like fries or lighter. Great experience and will definitely return.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s still the best gourmet sandwich you can find. Anyone complaining about the price has never enjoyed quality cuisine. This is great value for your money and I would highly recommend this location as well as the one on the Queensway.

Perfect lunch stop. Casual atmosphere and great food. Reasonably priced. We were shopping in Oakville looking for a place to eat. Stumbled onto Stoney's and had a great time! We had the market burger and the tuna sandwich. Spent less than $50 after tip and tax for two meals and drinks. The service is a little light, you order at the counter and they bring it to your table. No waiters. But if that helps keep the cost reasonable, I'm ok with that. Would definitely recommend!

I was recommended to try this restaurant by a good friend, upon arrival I was introduced to an amazing aroma of different smells. They have variety of different choices for in house specials. I got the Daily Sandwich which was curried Lamb with goat cheese, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, caramelized onions, spinach with roasted garlic aioli on a rosemary panini. This sandwich was delicious, very filling and satisfying. Would definitely recommend and return to try something different for next time.

🦋 The day was perfect and the air was right for a breezy bike ride. We grabbed our gear and decided to head from Oakville to Burlington. As we turned onto Kerr St from Cornwall, the trees were lush and green as we approached various patios that never really caught our interest until…we saw Stoney’s and their patio on one of the corners of Kerr St. Right away, I quickly remembered someone telling me about this place 11 years ago and how amazing the food was. I never ended up checking it out but here we were. There were customers on the outside patio and when we walked in there were tables with more customers - it’s nice to try a new place and know they have customers. We walked to the back where the ordering counter was and behind it was the open kitchen. It was a cool layout. At the counter was a guy named Sahil - him and I share the same haircut and he even made a comment about it 😎😎 - us bald guys gotta stick together 😂. His personality shined and he thoroughly enjoyed having a conversation with us and taking our order. He was definitely a great frontline person. There were about 5 daily selections and we went with the chicken & bacon balsamic vinaigrette sandwich. We also ordered a Corona and went to the patio and sat down. The guy who brought our sandwich out (a nice bonus after we ordered our food from the counter) was pleasant and cool. He had a smile on his face before leaving the food. MMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!! 🤤 Talk about delicious! It was sooooooo good. All the flavours complimented each other so well and the bun was fresh and perfectly cooked. The sandwich was hearty and we were glad we split it (we don’t usually eat a lot at one sitting - unless we want to let loose and enjoy the experience). We are super glad we came to Stoney’s and definitely would recommend this place to anyone who wants a casual meal with BIG taste 🤤. This is our experience. What’s yours? 🦋

Stoney's Bread Company - stopped by off a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. The slow roasted lamb sandwich on house-baked panini with sweet onion marmalade was so good. We also copped the shrimp & scallop fettuccine along with the Americana pizza for the kids. Both were solid, but I'd be back to try their other sandwiches. #TomEatsYummyFoodBecauseWhyNot

Absolutely love it here. Such a shame that the Etobicoke location closed down (it was closer to us) but I will gladly make the drive out to Oakville to have some Stoney's sandwiches! We've never had a bad experience here and are always drooling for their sandwiches. Amongst our faves are the lamb sandwich, Alsacian chicken and even the grilled veg one is delicious! Also, we almost never leave without getting their pear and squash soup! Honestly it doesn't matter what you get here, you can't really go wrong. You'll leave satisfied, fulfilled and wanting more! If you haven't tried this place, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!?

Sandwiches exceeded our expectations and portions were really generous as half already filled us up! Patio is open for the summer season, nice to enjoy lunch and people watch. Blackened chicken sandwich (5/5) - this was highly recommended by the kitchen staff as their most popular item and it did not disappoint! It had a very tarte and savoury profile that was hearty and satisfying. You can substitute the cheese to another choice too. Nove sandwich (5/5) - chicken was grilled well and had a good barbeque charred flavour and the bacon is a nice touch to give it a balanced moisture. Clam chowder (3/5) - pretty standard; we were a little disappointed to find that this soup was tomato-based and probably wouldn’t order again but at least it has an ample amount of clams!

A great place to catch lunch in Oakville south. The burger is not an American burger, it is an upscale fusion of Italian infusion. Amazing and fulfilling in a real brand bun. The pizza was good as well and i love the way the place operates.

Best Fettuccine Chicken in the town. We also tried the Salmon salad. It is very good, too. Daily burger and Pesto Pollo Pizza are ok, just a bit dry. Customers have to order the food in counter before taking the seats. You may have to self-service a bit. The staff are still very efficient and willing to help you.

100/10 the food was delicious, fairly priced and every server was super nice. The taste of fresh ingredients is present in every dish, the bread was crunchy and soft and the sweet crepes will melt in your mouth. Everything was so tasty. I’ll definitely come back soon!

Been going to Stoney's for years. We visit Ontario 2x a year, and always make a point to stop in. Their slow roasted lamb sandwich is my husband's favorite, and I love trying new sandwiches. Today I had the breakfast panini, and it did not disappoint. Fresh, huge serving size, cooked perfectly. Excellent service as well. We are proud lifetime customers. Thank you!!

Really enjoyed the daily specials. Service was friendly and food was exceptional. I personally ordered the salad special of the day which had so many ingredients I asked if it was two or three separate salads but nope all in one! It was filling too. Friend ordered grilled vegetable sandwich and margarita pizza with less cheese add roasted red pepper - was so tasty! Came down from Kitchener to meet some friends and got to sit for quite a few hours, so worth the drive! later ordering dessert: Highly recommend their carrot cake - was amazing (not pictured here). Atmosphere was cozy and very busy, seating is a bit tight but the service and food makes up for it. You’ll spend about $25-$35 depending on what you get.

First time here, You place your order on the counter itself, pay the bill and they ask if it's a takeout or dine in! Dine in orders get a table number and then food arrives on your table. Waiting time was about 25 min. On Sunday I guess it’s more crowded but it's worth it. Big plates and delicious food.

Friendly staff, but very busy on Sunday. The food is alright. We ordered the lamb sandwich which only tasted the tomato and Mayo. The lamb doesn’t have a lot of flavour. The crepe is just the crepe with filling all on top. I was kind of expecting to be wrap inside. Overall it’s overrated.

Great friendly service. Not the cheapest place in town but the quality is excellent and worth the few dollars more. Sandwiches are unique and amazing. I had the slow cooked lamb sandwich. Best lamb sandwich I've ever had. Veg options so available.

Good place if you're a brunch person. Huge and tasty portions. Went on a Sunday around noon, place was packed, long waits to be seated, and perhaps that's a good sign, albeit it compromises the restaurant's atmosphere. A better option is to find a table outside.

A close friend introduced us to Stoney's more than a decade ago, and we've been visiting when we're in the area ever since. Their sandwiches are delicious (albeit often a bit messy to eat), unique, and generously portioned. There are also a good variety of soups, salads, pastas, and pizzas too. Our latest visit confirmed that the food there is as excellent as ever, and it's staying on our list of go-to places! The inside is spacious with ample seating, and there's a small patio area outside. It does get busy because the place is popular, so be prepared to wait during peak dining hours or weekends.

Went for a brunch, enjoyed the pistachio cheesecake. The soup of the day (pear and butternut squash) tasted primarily like pear. The highlight was the eggs florentine! Overall enjoyed the ambiance and the brunch experience.

Some of the best foods I've had in Oakville! The Canadian peameal sandwich and shrimp & scallop fettuccine were really fantastic, and the portion is great for the price. I think my only complaint with the food is that the pasta sauce needs some more salt, and it is a bit too watery. (Oh and the bacon came as whole strips instead of being chopped.) But overall, the food is definitely worth 5 stars. The servers are friendly, but maybe not the most attentive. My servor actually dropped one of the breads of my pasta when he came to serve it, and then he just kind of leaves without asking me if I wanna have another piece of that. In the end, this place is a must try if you are looking for somewhere to eat in this area. I really regret that I didn't find this place sooner despite the fact that I have been to oakville for so many times.
