Absolutely infuriating customer experience. We're a business customer. We are withdrawing our business. -3 months and no client cards -2 month delay on business CC -unable to login to online banking -can't call the branch directly, who set up the accounts to resolve -we updated the phone #s for the account...we're now being advised that it takes up to 7 days for the change to go through the system....THIS MEANS WE'RE LOCKED OUT OF ONLINE BANKING FOR 7 DAYS!!!!! Because the system doesn't have a # to send the security code to This seems like such a simple issue yet creates huge issues with accounting delays. We are running a business and can't have this delay. We'll be looking for alternative banking providers and recommend other businesses do the same.

The new rewards system called Avion is not something to trust. The discount’s sometimes are buggy and won’t calculate. Their customer support is not helpful and rude and not knowledgeable on how to resolve technical or processes I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get a rewards credit card from RBC.

@Royal Bank has failed me yet once again. Cannot complete a simple international money transfer without taking a month or over complicating the process. You are the biggest bank in Canada, why is this process not yet streamlined?? 30 + days is unacceptable. Why do I have to file an investigation every time? I would be embarrassed by giving such poor service. Figure this out.

To whom it may concern. I would like to lodge a formal complaint in regard to the Royal Bank of Canada and specifically, their RBC Rewards Program. It is near impossible to actually speak with a human as they only allow you to communicate through a virtual assistant or sit on hold. The last time I tried to get through to a real person I sat on hold for over 6 hours!! This is impossible to do for most people and it ruined a day of work for me. The virtual assistant (Chat Box) function is also terrible as it has a very limited scope to be able to assist and there are so many bugs in the program it is virtually useless. For instance, if you wish to cancel a trip it asks you to verify your email address that was used in the original communication and then can't find it in the system.... If you have more than 1 trip saved and are trying to cancel a specific package, the program does not let you see the whole screen and there is no way to scroll sideways to see better detail. You can actually end up cancelling the wrong trip without even knowing this. By the way, don't even bother trying this on a mobile phone as the program has even less functionality and more bugs than you can count. My biggest issue is that I have credits that must be used before the end of this year, and it is impossible to book using credits without speaking to an agent....and it's virtually impossible to speak to a live agent!! This is either gross incompetence in design or a scam to cause people’s credits to expire before you can use them or get through to anyone. Lots of food and shop outlets including the LCBO right underneath the Royal York Hotel. Pretty clean, overall.

This building represents the pinnacle of architectural excellence, standing as a magnificent beacon in the heart of downtown. Very clean inside, good access through escalators and elevators. Some extra signage would be welcome but otherwise the interior is nice and easy to move around.

Haven't been in a bank in years. Went in for some reason my account was locked teller tell me I need to go to my main branch. Am like you kidding me isn't all rbc the same as my branch I don't live in the area anymore plus I work and your hours are different than my hours. Couldn't help me am sorry. So you get a 1 star.

I was here mid-day and there were only TWO tellers available. There are 10 available desks. Trying to get something done quickly on my lunch break took forever. The renovations look great I suppose.

Relatively not super expensive. Ear enough to find entrance and exit. Not very easy to get out on a busy day... Lacks exit ways... Elevator is apparently the only way out. Could not locate stares .. I'm sure there are stairs for emergency but I could not find them!

Clean easy parking slightly pricey yet convenient

Great parking spot if your watching a game. Could be a little tricky and there could be very long waits getting out. Had to wait for over 20 minutes to get into the parking as only one elevator serves the parking. It’s also hard to find your car since all floors look the same with no obvious color codes. Looked for stairs but couldn’t find any, so make sure you take a picture of which floor you parked at. Overall not a bad spot to park

I don't go there that often but it is always clean no matter how busy it is and they used to be crowded before covid, their food court was also nice, clean and spacious. You just feel comfy walking there to whatever business you are visiting.. Then open concept where the bank is gives it this welcoming feeling. Very well maintained. Maybe cause it is Royal Bank:)). They are amazing... especially now after I had to deal with another bank ( forcefully as only option ) for something and I experienced what it means to be dealing with the worst bank in history ( and it is a major bank )...

Parking underground for the Leafs game was a real no-nonsense event. Really convenient!
