Unfortunately we have a very bad experience. The website is extremely misleading. We received a coupon and decided to check their website. The very first screen asks to select a meal plan and then fill up all the personal information. We did all that but ended up not selecting any meal or anything. We just closed the website and thought that it was all good. 5 days later we received an email saying that our box would be delivered next day. I did not even select my meal!!! I did not receive any email that an order had been placed. NOTHING! Nobody in the company was able to help us. They simply say there is a way to check the meals without subscribe but if there is, the website is misleading and direct you in a way you subscribe without clearly knowing you are doing that. That's probably how they make money. Misleading people instead of truly proving their service is good enough and should have it. I would NEVER click in this website again and NEVER recommend this to a friend. This is not a serious company and they won't have my money twice.

3.5/5. It's really convenient, and they provide all ingredients and clear instructions. However sometimes I feel like they cheap out on the meat. When something is traditionally bite sized pieces of protein, they send a ground instead. The flavours work well, but texture matters, too. Overall it's a great solution to overspending on take -out, and the meals are quick and easy to prep. I do love that they provide the seasonings, outside of salt and pepper.

We have been ordering Hello Fresh for well over a year now. We are a family of four with two teenaged girls and we order 4 meals per week. Hello Fresh has been a life changer for us. We are no longer bored with our meals and we have all gained new cooking skills in the process. We enjoy the variety of meals, and are rarely disappointed. The portions are perfect and we often have leftovers for lunch the next day. Prices are reasonable. Delivery has been very reliable and everything is well-packaged and high quality. We enjoy the free surprises we sometimes receive. My only complaint is that we are not given healthier options such as whole wheat or low-fat sour cream/mayonnaise or low sodium soy sauce/chicken broth. I'm hoping that these will be options in the future. Other than that we are very pleased.

My girlfriend kept bringing over some of these meals and it peaked my interest. She provided me with a voucher that gave me one full week of food for free. I was’t expecting the care and careful selection of all items contained in the box, precise on time delivery and professional appearance of products. I can say with certainty and confidence that I will be using this service over the grocery store, as of writing to source the items needed to create these meals from my grocery store it would cost twice as much. Thank you Hello Fresh.

My wife has an account with Hello Fresh and I wanted to review the menu options. When you go the website you are forced to sign up, enter information and provide credit card information. I reviewed the various menus and selected some items. I never ordered or click any type of "order now" or "pay now" button. A few days later I received $99 worth of food. I contacted the company and they did not dispute my claim; instead, they said they had an 'auto fulfillment' feature. They offered to provide me a credit towards my next order. I told them that was unacceptable and unethical. I also stated I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. At that point, they offered a full refund to my credit card. The BBB needs to protect consumers from this type of practice and contact the company. Totally unacceptable.. Both accounts are now closed

Great experiences! Meal planning is easy and fun. Lots of variety meals never thought of. Since joining, our family has been eating healthier and the results are fantastic. When substitutes are required, the meals still turns out perfect. Instructions are easy to follow. The ability to add an extra meal is perfect to extend 5 days/meals, leaving my weekends for cheat days. Customer service is prompt and always helpful!

We've been doing a few weekly meals for a couple months now, and so far, we really enjoy it! My husband and I have been spending time cooking together, which is nice! We've also been trying some new foods which are a little out of our comfort zone. It's been nice trying new foods and new ways of cooking things. It's a bit pricey, but we were in the habit of ordering in once a week, and this is pretty comparable and it's more than a meal. Also nice to not have to buy a whole jar etc. of something you just want to try. Overall, it's been a fun experience and has veg getting us out of our dinner ruts!

I have been a customer for many years - until today, that is. I really loved the convenience and the quality of the meals and produce. Unfortunately I had my first interaction with customer service today. After receiving 2/3 wrong meals in my order, I assumed that it would be a simple request for a refund or replacement with the correct items. I received several canned messages, and then finally was offered 50% off my next order. Considering I now have to go purchase groceries because I’m diabetic and can’t eat the meals they sent, I definitely will not be using this service again. Account canceled!

We have been ordering for a while now and usually buy 4 meals every other week or so. Quality has been fairly good with quality delivery. Expiration dates have been pretty good. Meals overall have been tasty and you get to try new ideas. I have had a few meals where I just keep saying "wow". Definitely a good way to not be bored and I am cooking more than ever and not ordering in as much.

The food IS fresh and delicious. The meals are gourmet in quality and taste. Except for pantry staples such as salt, pepper, butter and oil all the ingredients needed to prepare the amazing meals arrive in a box on your doorstep. I use this service to thank people who host me in their home as well as to cook unique and fabulous meals for guests. The meals are far superior to any restaurant meal. If you have not already tried Hello Fresh treat yourself and your family and order as soon as possible.

I unfortunately cannot recommend this service. Three out of my four orders, the meat has arrived spoiled. I really enjoy the recipes and how easy & delicious each meal is. However I will not be continuing with my subscription. I will definitely reuse the recipes I have received though. I feel this service would be so much better if they charged less and had you get your own meat but they sent everything else. I really enjoyed the little packets of condiments and just the right amount of veggies. The meal portions always worked out perfectly.

Food is always fresh and good quality. I have tried about 12 recipes so far and loved all of them. Instructions are clear and easy to follow if you have some cooking experience. Web interface is easy to navigate and you have plenty of time each week to customize your order, pause your order, or cancel completely. I would say portion size is on the low end of average and most people will need to add an appetizer or dessert. While this cuts down on food waste, there's lots of packaging waste. Also read carefully the fine print of what you need to have on hand before starting. Some recipes asks you to provide your own milk and eggs and I don't have that in my kitchen all the time.

Love the ease of meal planning with hello Fresh... many options to choose from to suit many taste preferences and diet restrictions- very family friendly too. Easy to follow instructions and very adaptable recipes. Love the tips and tricks I've learned through Hello Fresh recipes. On a few occasions I have had missing ingredients that affected meal enjoyment, but compensated in the end. Little freebies are a nice touch every now and then.

We started getting HelloFresh boxes last week and are impressed with the quality of the food and the ease of preparation. Portion sizes are great, everything comes in the box [including all veggies, meat and spices]. Prompt delivery to the door. There are a great number of dishes to choose from. It certainly makes a nice change to our usual boring menu - highly recommend that you try it for yourself.

I have found that HelloFresh is saving me money on groceries and now I am not having food spoil in my refrigerator because I purchased too much or forgot things in the trays or drawers. The exact amount of ingredients eliminates that wasted food. Now that our prices of groceries, combined with possible shortages I believe this is an excellent way to receive very good meal ingredients to your door. Saving time, money, over-priced gas etc. The ability to structure your weekly meals and pause when you have other plans is terrific! I am over 60 yes. Old, single and find this is the best way to eat quality food where all directions and ingredients are very well organized.

I started receiving Hello Fresh ingredients to my home. The ingredients are fresh and yummy. The recipe instructions are clear and accurate. My first Hello Fresh meal was Crispy Chicken, with sweet potato and zucchini. Yummy & fulfilling. Thanks Hello Fresh Team!

HelloFresh Weekly meal kits delivered. Don't have to think about what to eat for lunch/ dinner anymore and worry about going to the groceries and overspend going over the budget. Definitely observed less food waste since ingredients are well portioned per recipe. Save on gas. Save on time. Save on money> discounts right now to subscribe. Delicious recipes! 😋 Highly recommended. Note: You need to master how to manage Hello Fresh online in choosing the weekly meal recipes, otherwise the auto-generated chef picks will automatically choose the meals for you. It took awhile to learn, but once you know it will be a breeze and make sure you take advantage of the weekly discounts upon signing up to get the best 👌 meals for your family. I notice the negative reviews posted here by customers and on FB is mainly that issue. If you don't take the TIME TO LEARN THE WEBSITE ORDERING PROCESS, then definitely you will never get the best meal kits that you want. That's my advice.

I am so very happy with hello fresh. It wasn't till I received my free box that I fell in love. I can't belive the hello fresh service, quality and smarts. It really feels like the right step and has brought my son and I closer as I am teaching him how to cook with the amazing meal selection. Thank you.

My partner and I have so much fun cooking a new delicious meal every night. We both like to cook anyway and are good at making our usually meals, but Hello Fresh was a refreshing change. We were able to switch up dinners with new flavours and ingredients we usually don’t use. Absolutely love it! Get ready for amazing dinners every night of the week when you order a weeks worth!

We’ve bought boxes on and off since the very beginning of this company. We’ve always taken four meals for four people as to get left overs. In the first year or two, recipes were longer but we’re flavourful, and made you more involved in the process. You were also left with nice big portions. You can see when their rebrand occurred, recipes became homogenized, lacking in flavor with questionable freshness on many items. (Who doesn’t put a best before date on their chicken?) Portion sizes for meals for “four” people has become what portion sizes for two people was. I get times are hard for everyone, but save yourself some money, only buy boxes when you have a coupon. Otherwise you’re paying for inferior portions and taste, for the same price it would cost you to go so the groceries yourself.

We love HelloFresh! The portion sizes are great and the food is delicious! Never any leftovers! It won't let me give a half star bc my only complaint is that some of the produce has come in not so great condition but man you get a lot of garlic!! We love us some garlic but a full bulb is too much. I wouldn't mind the option to exclude during meal selection. I called once to exclude and it was time consuming. "One or more of your meals includes garlic, do you need a new bulb?" With it preselected as "yes" and consumers have to choose "no" for it not to come. Just a thought to reduce potential food waste. For the record, the family ONLY wants homemade ranch dressing and we were considering getting an air-fryer but the way wedges are cooked is the ONLY way they want them now! We haven't even bought frozen fries for the 'off' days!

My family has been using the Hello Fresh service for the past couple of weeks. We are using the 4 servings options and primarily the family friendly option as well. The meals have been delicious and simple to make. Even our pickiest eater has enjoyed all but 1 of the meals. We are very pleased with this service and the quality of the ingredients.

I enjoy receiving the exact ingredients needed for fresh meals. The selection is excellent and I enjoy almost all of the ones that I choose. The recipe cards are great, I make my favourite meals time and again in weeks when I am not getting the boxes. The ability to turn the service on and off weekly with ease is wonderful. Over the years I have been with them I have also seen good improvement in environmental impact from their packaging.

Very nice recipes: tasty, many choices for vegan like us and very fast too! I can prepare most of them in less than 20 min which is perfect for my little family! My father is an assumed meat lover and he loved all the recipes I made for him! The only reason why I didn’t put five stars is because I think there is still a huge use of plastics and the food package could be easily in carton or compostable plastics and still keep the item fresh!

I am loving HelloFresh, always new recipes to choose from. Love the meals, they taste amazing. Makes making dinner so much easier, never have to think about what to make. Don’t have to go shopping as much, which saves so much time and gas. The kids can help and the older ones can make supper for you. Easy instructions, you get everything you need to cook. Really happy!

I've been using Hello Fresh on and off for the past 6 months now. I'd give it a solid 4/5. Pros: - Recipes are all easy. I consider myself a good cook, but my husband is more of a beginner/intermediate cook, and the recipes are easy for him to follow. - It's an easy way to meal plan. You don't need to worry about making a grocery list. Everything you need (minus salt/pepper/oil/butter) is included. - The quality of ingredients for Hello Fresh seem better than the other meal kits I've tried. - Portion size is good. We have a young kid and a baby, and the meals for 2 people feed us all (burgers and sandwiches are tricky though). - Half the recipes are really good, and with the recipe cards, it's easy to recreate the ones we like. - It's easy to skip weeks, unsubscribe, and re-subscribe. CONS - Price. It's much higher than buying the ingredients at the grocery store. They have to make money too though. - Half the recipes are a little bland. I'm guessing it's so it appeals to most people's palettes, but for example, the spicy items are quite mild. They probably also don't want to over complicate the recipe (see Pro 1), but still I think some recipes lack flavour. - Choosing the recipes you want on the app is a little annoying. I end up scrolling through, finding something I like, then scrolling back up to remove one of the previous selections, then scrolling way back down. Then up. Then down.... I wish there was a way to see all your current selections and the other options, without so much scrolling.

The weekly deliveries are prompt. Everything is carefully packed in recyclable boxes. Each meal comes with its own paper bag filled with everything you need for preparation other than the protein which comes in a separate compartment with disposable freezer bags filled with ice to keep everything cold or frozen. All the vegetables and 90% of the protein is local accompanied by tasty condiments to add flavour. Everything is fresh ,the vegetables are often fresher and more appealing than those in the grocery store. The recipes both illustrate the final product and provide simple step by step instructions to produce the meal quickly and efficiently. The meals are tasty and satisfying and look good enough to serve to guests. All in all Hello fresh does a great job.

Hello Fresh has solved our daily decision for what to have for dinner! They offer a good selection of vegetarian dishes, with options that range from multiple cuisines. Their instructions are easy to follow and a yummy meal is guaranteed! Their app interface is also easy to use, offering the much needed flexibility of choosing what we want and when we want it. Definitely recommend!

In 2022 I really enjoyed my hello fresh experience. It was super helpful during a busy life time. 2023 is.... less great. I've gotten substitutions that don't really replace the original ingredient without clear instructions about how to use them. Some of the produce has arrived rotten and overall the portions seem smaller (I used to regularly get 3 servings out of a bag, so far I've only gotten 2). I still appreciate this convenience of it all, but it's not feeling as great value as it did last year. But thank you for showing me how easy it is to make meatballs.

The recipes are very easy to follow, most of the meals are very good. I found the sauces more salty than I would like. It is convenient and a good way to prepare a healthier meal. I do not think the cost is a budget saver vs a regular home made meal. I have had to skip a couple weeks due to cost. It is cheaper than eating out at a restaurant.

  • 5/5 CJ M. 9 months ago on Google
I basically live on Hello Fresh and have for a year. I've collected so many delicious recipes; I eat clean, healthy meals almost every day. And the price per meal is cheaper than even fast food these days, but the food quality is 10x better than fast food - often even better than proper restaurant food! My wife would rather eat my home cooking with Hello Fresh than go to a restaurant most of the time.

  • 2/5 Stephen T. 8 months ago on Google
I like the concept of Hello Fresh, it's a nice experience but there are a bunch of problems. They don't let you know what meals they have picked for you before they lock them in and send them. This is quite annoying, why can't you send me an email like every other subscription company being like "hey, this is what we have picked for you you have until this day to change it?". Their selecter is not very good in my opinion either. I use it to meal prep and they will give me burgers two weeks in a row. Or they will just overload you with meat, they is no way to say I eat meat occasionally. Their cook times are always shorter than they actually are and their portion sizes are not at all consistent or accurate. I get the 4 portions ones and often its only 2. So their cost breakdowns are not accurate either. They need to re-think their customer experience.

  • 4/5 Jarrett B. 8 months ago on Google
I'm very impressed with this food/meal/grocery service. I have hesitated for years thinking it was less cost effective BUT, with the cost of groceries today and, as long as you have an active discount your meals/groceries should come in way under. ($5-$10 per meal) I'm also very happy with the thoughtfulness they've put into their business model. 1. Less waste 2. Locally sourced and fresh ingredients 3. Convenient efficient and timely delivery The only reason I am giving a 4 star is I don't think there is enough recipes per week to choose from (there is alot) but it doesn't allow those trying to be hyper specific in their diets to have more options and filter. Also of the 43 to choose from a good portion you need to pay extra for due to our of seasonal items or high priced proteins. With that said there is plenty of options to double up your proteins for a much cheaper cost than your grocery store and plenty of extras to buy (snacks, extra meals, etc) should you feel the need. Great service, very cool business

I used a promotional six week trial program and I deeply regret it. The first few weeks were fine, delivery and condition of food upon delivery was good, actually. Veggies were not always the best quality, I occasionally used my own. The app was easy to navigate and the experience was overall pleasant. My issue, and reason for cancelling, came today. I had paused delivery for two weeks due to holidays and when I went to check the app for upcoming meal selection I had been signed out and could not sign back in. My email was not recognized. Basically, it was like my account didn’t exist. Not really a big deal as the trial was almost up. And previous delivery weeks HF communication was quite good regarding deadlines to order, menus and confirmation. Until today when I checked my bank statement and I had been charged for a delivery that I did not select, or confirm. No notification to me that it was coming or anything matching the previous emails. When I called in to HF I had a completely unhelpful person who kept reiterating that the reason this happened was that my Apple ID had been used to sign in earlier. It’s the same email though so no explanation as to WHY they would not have notified me. I kept asking the same question and was repeated told it was bc of my Apple ID. In the end, after much more frustration, I have cancelled my account and will not be returning.

All the food I've received has been tasty and it's easy to prepare. Sometimes the meals seem to be repetitive and the lettering on the plastic packages very tiny, to my eyes anyway. No issues with logistics, on time and complete contents. You have to read and interpret the entire recipe to time things before you start, multiple meanwhile do this or that.

  • 4/5 Letitia C. 7 months ago on Google
We have been getting meals for 4 weeks. The value was great with the new subscriber discount. Meals have all been delicious. Portions are a bit small for my family of teenagers. Hence the 4 stats not 5. My teens take turns cooking nightly and for that it is awesome. No thinking about menu planning or grocery lists. No coaching on how to make dinner via text. They follow the recipes and we have really tasty dinners with good variety.

I ended ordering from HelloFresh and I have to say; that it has been a great decision so far. The recipes are great, all the ingredients are fresh and tasty. It brings peace of mine as to not to waste food that doesn't end being used. Also, enjoy making the recipes and the end product looks exactly as the pictures. So far very satisfied! 👌🍲

They meals are nice and easy to make, my only complaint is the fact that I can't order less than three meals. I only want to order maybe 2 meals per box. Other food box providers allow you to select 2 meals instead of the 3 if you want and that's what I want as an option.

  • 2/5 Caroline A. 7 months ago on Google
Meals are complete. Some of salmon and tilapia are lacking texture. The prawns in one dinner were very nice. As a senior, I find there is more prep than I thought ,and too much plastic packaging going in garbage. It’s a choice. Some fit and some don’t. Cost can be high if care and attention are missed when ordering. Ingredients are fair to good.

  • 5/5 Geraldine M. P. 7 months ago on Google
I have found the joy of cooking by using Hello Fresh. Everything comes pre-measured, packaged with care, quality and labled . I lay it all out "everything in it's place". The instructions are well written in a step by step format. I could never go to a grocery store and select the requirements in the small amounts required. I order for two people and there is always something left over for lunch. For the down side I wish there was an option I could order for one person. I can't understand that if I recommend this service to my friends they can get 11 free meals YET I'm the one paying and I get no free meals. Love the service it did me while while I was recuperating from a hospital visit. I would recommend this service to anyone who asked me "how did it go?"

  • 3/5 Melissa N. 7 months ago on Google
While convenient and reasonably priced, the produce is sometimes questionable and some ingredients are really subpar (ex: chicken stock concentrate tastes terrible). I've seen a real decline in the quality of the ingredients and the variety of the recipes since the first time I ordered from Hello Fresh (about 5 years ago) to the last box I received. You can feel them cutting corners.

  • 4/5 Nonjabulo O. 6 months ago on Google
I like the meal options and the ease to change meals. The meals come out really well, so tasty my whole family enjoys them. Sometimes the time allocated to the cooking is not the same as how long it ends up taking me, tends to be a little longer.

We have a crazy busy sports schedule, so HelloFresh is great for taking the "plan and shop for meals" item off of our family's to-do list. The recipes are delicious and easy to make. The portion sizes can be a bit small for our family of two adults and two teens. I also find there is a lot of packaging. Otherwise, great service.

  • 4/5 Mathu T. 2 years ago on Google
Tried my first box of HelloFresh this week. Got 3 veggie recipes and 1 fish recipe. I've made two so far. Was pleasantly surprised of how easy the recipes were to make and how delicious they were! They're food I would not have otherwise made at home. They also give many options to swap out of. The only con is the price (which is why I gave 4 stars rather than 5). I'm very frugal and would probably be able to find the ingredients for half the price of what I'm paying for the box, but I understand the convenience aspect. Will definitely be replicating the recipes! UPDATE - I was going to prepare my 4th mean which is a creamy cauliflower pasta, only to find that the smoked paprika garlic blend was missing. I reported it, and received a $5 credit to be applied to a non discounted box purchase, but I'm not too happy with that because I'll still have to go out and find this blend (searched bulk Barn and they only have the smoked paprika and garlic powder separately). This will be an inconvenience

I like HelloFresh when I am feeling uninspired with cooking and what to try something different (some ingredients I can't get at my local grocer, or just new combinations) or when I have a very busy week and just need a bit of a break. When you take advantage of some of the discount offers, pricing isn't too bad. Not cheap, but not insane either. Then I hang on to the recipe cards to inspire more variety in my regular dinner classics. Customer service is pretty decent as well.

Hello Fresh brings a great sense of relief from having to figure out what to cook for dinner every night. I love to cook, but it is a lot of work, especially when you have to do an inventory for ingredients all the time. I will even go so far as to say that my cooking skills have improved through the instructions and techniques. With a busy schedule this makes grocery shopping simpler. This is a nice way to supplement meal decisions throughout the week. I have also used the "carb smart" options so I get lots of great salads and healthy proteins in the mix.

  • 4/5 michal h. 1 year ago on Google
Very flavourful meals prepared with fresh ingredients. Unexpectedly, some items mentioned on the recipes such as oil, or salt and pepper are not included in the packaging. Boxes have water-based ice-packs to keep the content cool for couple hours. I have to order extra portion for myself because the one portion meal simply is not enough. Prices might seem high but the concept is great. It's a practical way to save some money and time on commute to grocery stores. The packaging is recyclable which is beneficial for our environment we live in. Lastly, it helps learning to cook new dishes every day and minimize the food wastage.

I love the convenience of not needing to wake up in the morning and say "What am I going to make for supper today?" We have a yummy varied menu that tastes great and is good for you. I know I will be able to count on fresh produce and excellent tasting meat...no worries that I go to the grocery only to find that what I planned to make is not available. By ordering three boxes, I still have the flexibility to make recipes from my cookbooks. Delivery and quality is excellent. Also like that the packaging is reusable and recyclable.

I love everything about Hello Fresh. The convenience of it being delivered to my door. The freshness of the product, the recipes, my choices on meals and extras. The app is easy to use, I can skip any week I don't need the orders. The new ideas for meals. I have been the family cook for years and always looking for new ideas and my family actually has been enjoying everything we have tried. Love, love, love!

The boxes for 2 people are hit and miss as far as portion size. Produce hasn't always been the freshest. I've had low quality peppers as well as some things going bad after 3 or 4 days. A lot of produce will go bad after a week. As far as recipes they are good Most taste good when cooked properly. Price is a tad high. I'd definitely save more if I were to buy at the grocery store. It's definitely convenient though. I'm interested to see what other companies offer as far as Food quality portion size and price. Delivery has been on time with one exception (holiday) Hello Fresh did give a credit because of bad produce but it's happened a few times (Mold on potatoes, low quality peppers, soft, limp, wrinkled zucchini, wilted lettuce, bruised apples). Some supply issues not overall a problem though. All listed ingredients have been delivered. Would give higher score if the price was less or portion was larger. Quality can be hard to judge but would be nice have better quality. Overall not horrible but work to do. Also gift cards and coupons don't work.

Hello Fresh should be called Hello Delicious! These meals have been tasty and serving sizes are generous. Recipes are easy to follow and all the ingredients arrive fresh. I would highly recommend this service to busy working people, those who live alone and have to overbuy groceries that can't be used before they spoil. Definitely going to continue to use this service.

I actually enjoyed the service. The packaging was mostly recyclable and so there was less waste. The quick and Easy meal plan was fast and easy to prepare. The portions were great and I had leftovers for an extra day. I loved the variety and options in the menu list and the ability to skip a couple of weeks if I was travelling. Although it is a little pricey, if you struggle with daily meal planning, HelloFresh is worth the price and eliminates the hassle of grocery shopping and planning what to eat on a daily basis. Although it didn't work for my family who are picky eaters, I would definitely recommend it.

I love having the meals handy in my fridge. It's also a nice change from the same old meals that we always make and a couple recipes I would make again. In one of my packages half of the spinach was already rotting by the time I made the meal (received Tuesday, made on Friday or Saturday) HOWEVER that happens even with store bought spinach sometimes and I had some extra on hand. The meat is really good quality and my kids have both loved the meals (1.5yo and 3.5yo). A little pricey for my budget and if i had the ingredients and recipes on hand I could remake these meals myself. I would recommend Hello Fresh if it fits into your budget for convenience. My kids also enjoyed helping out making the meals.

The meals ordered have been tasty, good portions and instructions are usually clear. That being said, most of the meals have been upgraded (premium?) because other meals options did not appeal to us. I liked that my husband has been willing to try some new foods and cooking ideas because of this experience. It is also great for planning our week and that we do not go out to eat because we don't know what to cook. The current price (with our promo discount) is equivalent to eating out 3x without the cost of soft drinks +tip. Try the boxes! Decide if it works for your budget and lifestyle.

After ordering 54 weekly boxes here's my review: Varied, delicious recipes with both quick and longer preparation recipe options. Ingredients are fresh and well-packaged, and sufficient protection and coolers that are safe for the environment are used so that your food doesn't expire while you get home/while it's in transit to you. Any issues are resolved quickly with fair compensation. The only room for improvement would be a rewards system for loyal customers.

I have been with Hello Fresh for over 5 years. I love the variety of meal options, the quality of the meat, fish and produce and the flexibility of how often I order. The best part is not having to think about what to cook for dinner. The website is so easy to use. My meals are for 2-3 people and we always have lots. I highly recommend this food service.

We are really enjoying Hello Fresh. My husband works on the dinners with me. And everything we’ve had has been delicious. We are both learning a lot about food and find the menu meals really tasty!

I absolutely LOVE HelloFresh!! I started using it last year after the loss of my husband. I had to start cooking for just me. Having HelloFresh delivered has helped me cook delicious meals with no food waste because everything I need is in the box. I save money with HelloFresh. The customer service is AMAZING. It's never a problem to skip a week when I need to. I don't think I will ever stop using HelloFresh. Love it!!

Cooking with Hello Fresh is so easy! I can choose meals based on my dietary preference. There are so many choices each week so I don't get bored. It's helped me up my own cooking game as well.

We have been trying Hello Fresh for several weeks and the variety and quality of food they have is GREAT!. You can easily change what meals you want for the following weeks. I definitely recommend to buy a Hello Fresh package.

This is a great way to incorporate a really good variety of meal types to your meal prep plans. You can pick and choose meal types depending on what you like. So far most of the recipes have been relatively quick to make and taste delicious. I wasn't sure if there was an option where you could reorder meals you've had in the past and want to prepare again, as that would be a nice option.

We used to live in the US and got Blue Apron deliveries to our door three times a week for a few years. Loved it!! After moving to B.C. We once again went with a grocery delivery service - HelloFresh Canada and are very pleased with the quality, on time, delivery methods, communication, and the deliciousness of each meal. The only thing I can add, is More Sauce :)

My partner and I have been using Hello Fresh off and on for the last 3-4 years! We really love it and recommend the service to our friends and family! My only complaint would be that it can get a bit pricey overtime and that sometimes the produce is not as fresh as I would hope for the price we pay. Overall though, it helps reduce so much stress and time when it comes to meal planning that it's 100% worth it.

For the most part, the recipes are delicious. I have never been missing an ingredient, however, I often have vegetables that are on the verge of going bad. Particularly tomatoes, salad and spinach. A few times my zucchini was also bad. On several occasions, I have had to go buy new produce to make my recipe. At every opportunity possible, Hello Fresh wants feed back on their recipes and service, however, reporting of spoiled items never seems to get Hello Fresh's attention, and i never get responses from them when I have an issue. Aside from this I am very happy with the menu and choices and always recommend Hello Fresh when I can. I like that they are constantly striving to improve packaging for a greener environment which is really important with so many individual servings of ingredients that are provided. Lastly, I have to mention broken eggs, but I firmly blame this on the delivery guy who through the box out of the truck, and then onto my landing landing instead of walking up five stairs to put the box down somewhat gently. I have noticed lately that there is a new company that delivers the boxes. Although they do send texts with estimated delivery times, they have yet to deliver it with the time frame they proved. However, no broken eggs to date since they have taken over.

Good quality food. Love that there is no waste and most meals I have chosen have been very tasty, as well as new flavours and ideas. After cooking for over 45 yrs every night it is a nice change not having to think about meal prep and get new flavours and ideas. All done with less than 30 mins of prep work.

I had been on the fence for years about ordering HelloFresh. I finally took the plunge last month and I love it! Ingredients arrive fresh, cooking different things than I normally would, very easy to follow and all your nutritional info about the food is enclosed. Definitely will be ordering again and again!

So far, I'm very pleased with the choices and quality of food we receive weekly. The recipes are easy to follow and simple, which is perfect for - as I've never really "cooked" before and find food choices overwhelming! I also appreciate that when I forget to make my weekly selection, the "mystery" box on Thursdays are usually something I've already ordered...and that makes sure I'm going to like what was sent!

👍👍 What a valuable service for a Rural Province! I was in need of a simple Dr's note to claim my medical massages. My Dr is extremely difficult to get virtual appointments with. It would have been a 2-3 week wait, plus a fee, plus my time to go and pick it up. With Maple, my consultation with the Nurse...

👍👍 Highly recommend if you are archutecture fan! MVDR is one of my most favourite architect, and it was amazing to see one of his legacy works in real life. Stunning building, especially at sunset. Try to catch the atrium with their yellow squarw lights on, creating a modern but liminal effect. Also, f...

😐 Good games, but don't bother with VIP... while the escape games themselves are fun and can be easily booked on line, any other customer service interaction is about as much fun as a visit to the dentist. In the end, the booking and customer service process was so abysmal that we just booked a game o...

😠 Honestly this review is for the actual RC show which they were charging hundreds to buy a ticket. None of the panels you want to hear are available because it’s “limited”. Waste of time and definitely a waste of money when most cooks are broke as hell. It’s all so tone deaf and honestly, I won’t sup...
