I had a fantastic experience with the team at JY Jewellery! The purpose of my visit was to have a tennis bracelet repaired (as its original box clasp was loose and one of the prong settings had broken at the bottom—all things considered, a complex repair that I wasn't sure could be done due to the bracelet's age). The repair was completed more quickly than I expected and the goldsmithing/soldering work is excellent throughout. (Pricing was also very fair and the repair process was explained honestly before it was completed.) My bracelet looks good as new and I've already worn it several times. :) Thanks again!

I am sooo happy to find out JY Jewellery in my town because I've spent tons of time to search a simple gold cross neckless for my Gr8 son's graduation gift but it was not easy to find a perfect one until I found JY Jewellery. Got some custom pieces made here and I was extremely happy with the quality and workmanship. The lady at the front was so knowledgeable. She was very patient, listened to what I wanted and gave honest advice, it wasn’t just a sale. Also had some repairs done that was on the spot which was really good too.

I had a traditional prong setting diamond ring which did not sit well beside my wedding band. JY was helpful, professional, with a quick turnaround time. They handcrafted a new bezel setting band for my diamond and I could not be happier with it! Thank you.

Tina and John were wonderful and very helpful. I needed my rings cut off and re-sized in a reasonable timeframe and price. Tina responded to my email request promptly the same day. John cut my rings off very gently and it was not as scary as I thought it was going to be. lol They were to be re-sized for the following week, but to my surprise I was notified the next day that they were ready! When I picked them up they were very shiny and looked brand new!! I am very happy with my 'new' rings and their excellent service and helpfulness.

Christina is so kind and honest. I took some inherited jewellery to her that I did not want and she gave me all the answers I needed to make an informed decision. She also helped me get a favourite ring rhodium plated which I now TOTALLY love. They also provide appraisals to give to insurance to keep your jewels safe. I highly recommend this place for any of your jewellery needs.

Excellent experience!! this jeweller was referred by a friend to fix my Tiffany bracelet!! Tiffany wanted over triple the price and six weeks to fix it! This jeweller fixed it in one day and it's brand new again! While I was there I took a look at their vast selection of jewelry, and was told they also do custom !! highly recommend, definitely worth a visit!!

I brought a favourite necklace in to be repaired and was delighted with the result. The following week, Christina redesigned a different necklace for me so that it would hang properly. While we were discussing the changes, she recommended a bracelet from her store to match my necklace. Christina provides excellent customer service and has a fine eye for detail. I found JY Jewellery when looking for somewhere to take my wedding band and engagement rings to be re-sized. After resizing, recoating and fixing the claw in the centre stone, my rings look incredible!!! I am so thrilled with how they turned out. I will 100% visit JY Jewellery again for any jewel needs!

For context, it took me 10 years to get this ring and then my wedding got postponed twice (as did all my other wedding events). Finally though it’s the week before my bachelorette weekend and I notice the center stone in my engagement ring is loose. At this point I have had it for almost 4 years and am terrified of losing it. I had jewellery from an estate and for distribution purposes I needed to know values. Linda was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. With her guidance we were able to identify those pieces that should be appraised and helped us sort other pieces into groups.

I came in to get a gold necklace chain repaired and JY Jewellery helped me understand what my options were. After consulting with them, we decided to turn the chain into a gold ring band as the multiple breaks in the chain severely compromised its stability.
