I recently purchased the “M” initial necklace. I was really impressed with the quality of the materials and craftsmanship. The cubic zirconia adds a nice sparkle without being too flashy. The gold is also very sturdy and has held up well so far.

Please avoid ordering anything from her. I requested a custom design necklace to be made of 18K real gold. Despite clearly stating my preference for 18K gold, after getting it tested in a gold shop the chain proved to be real gold but the pendants were not. This does not make any sense, especially considering the high price I paid for. Apparently she made me pay this much for a very simple chain that does not even cost what she asked for. Not even informing me that she won’t be able to do it or explaining that the pendants would not be solid gold. I was very transparent about wanting real 18K gold for the whole necklace which is what I paid for, not for fake pendants. Please refrain doing any orders from her as no one should experience this!! Very dishonest.

Very dishonest. Waited for more than three weeks for my order to be delivered. No proper tracking shipment number was provided and despite being very patient . After insisting for a refund, Mona refunded the amount but not in full.
