I visited the clinic with my Dad who is visiting. We saw Dr. Mohammed and I was shocked on how unprofessional she is. She didn't even examine his chest inspite of him having a terrible cough. And put him directly on antibiotics. She literally spent 2 mins or less and walked out of the door. Didn't explain what her rationale for putting him antibiotics. Did check in his fever.. Nothing. He is 69 years old and a heart patient and she has the audacity to tell me that it could be anything bronchitis, pneumonia so you treat everything with antibiotics.What a joke. I can't believe these kind of doctors are allowed to practice in Canada. Please do yourself a favor and if Dr. Mohammed is in duty dont waste your time.

One of the worst experiences within a walk in facility. Dr W Mohammed spent the minimum amount of time, did not send for any further tests even though I had great difficulty in walking and misdiagnosed me entirely! I am shocked at the level of care this facility has shown someone who came in experiencing great pain. Very disappointed.

This is a great medical clinic, good service, friendly staff with great attention to detail. We have been going for years.. We also transferred our medical prescription to Ziad the pharmacist. We are well cared for.

Today I got an amazing experience in this walking clinic! The staff are professional and pleasant! Doctor definitely knows what he is doing! Before prescribing antibiotic he checked my daughter, took a blood test, listened carefully for describing the symptoms (you know how it is important to find a doctor who is listening)! My friend recommended me this clinic and I highly recommend everyone who has kids to come for help here!

Walk-in was busy but the office manager booked me a same day appointment. Upon arrival, I was immediately taken to my room with a very short wait time. The doctor listened to and acknowledged my concern, completed an exam, and followed up with a prescription for some testing. The whole process was quick, clean and simple. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Very bad Service not following up with the patients,have lost my urine test despite charging me for it, I took my 2-day old baby for jaundice test they did not follow-up with the lab for the test result, despite knowing the seriousness of jaundice and sequences. Left me helpless with my baby, especially the receptionist Dina who is very rude.

I never write reviews but felt I had to for the pharmacist here - he is the best, most caring, knowledgeable, kind, etc etc pharmacist ever! Makes it a breeze to come by every time and goes wayy above and beyond for each customer. Never going to a big box store pharmacy again. Night and day difference!

Had a good first time experience here, my family doctor was booked and I had to look for a walk in clinic. I called prior to ask if they had any availability and at the time they didn’t but did offer to call if there was an available spot. They returned the promise and called back after a spot opened up and I was able to get an appointment. Waiting time was long but that’s fine, and everyone was really nice and accommodating.

Pretty quick despite visiting during holidays. Helpful doctor. I needed a script and the pharmacist on site was very thorough and quick too.

My mom had an appointment yesterday at 4pm to see Dr. Mustafa Al-Maini. The appointment was confirmed in advance. Drove over 40 minutes there and arrived at 3:59 but was told the doctor and team have already left. Extremely upsetting and disappointing. Did not receive any notice in advance or phone calls after it happened. This is unprofessional and disrespectful!

Had a very pleasant experience at this clinic today. We just walked in with no appointment, however I did call before hand. My 3 year old daughter saw Dr. Rami Zawi, who was really great. Overall a very positive visit. Receptionist & pharmacist were both great as well !

Running 35 min late for a scheduled appointment time and instead of an apology, to my request to next time give a call and let patients know, I get a passive aggressive response. Ladies at the reception need to learn what customer service is. Update: one of the receptionist came to apologize for her colleague and her rudeness, which is nice. 55 min in and waiting.

Horrible experience! Seen Dr.Ali a month ago and didn’t hear back anything regarding my ultrasound/bloodwork results. so I followed up myself and had been told I need to book another appt to discuss the results. (At that point, Dr. Ali hasn’t review all the results yet). Fine, then after the 2nd appt, I request to get a copy (in email formatting) of my bloodwork result, they charge $2 per page. Insane! They make you to book as many as appts so the doctor can charge more because they got paid per clients visit. Never care of their patients… extremely disappointed.

This is a great medical clinic, with good service, especially Miss Soo, the pharmacist. She is so patient with a good smile and has much professional knowledge.

Wow, never again, Dr W Mohammed should not be in the medical profession, she barely done an examination, was as if she couldn't be bothered being there. Barely said two words, even prescribed wrong instructions on label of medication. Such a shame as the pharmacist and receptionist were really nice.

The young lady at the front, her name is “Sapna” just made my day. I was in pain and she was able to accommodate my need urgently. She is very compassionate. Dr. Mohammed assisted me and then without me asking, she took a swap to send to lab to find out more. I was impressed with her pro-active approach. She treated me with kindness and respect.

Worst customer services and nurses. Manager of the clinic refused to help on the compliant of aggressive behaviours of a registration nurse. Extremely bad experience.

Shameful - shouldn’t be called “walk-in” clinic when they reject you by saying “we are fully booked” - when there are only 2 people in the waiting room - STAY AWAY from these not-considerate and not-caring staff

Funny that You need to take an appointment to walk-in bcoz Walk-ins slots are never available! Receptionist: Doesn’t bother to call/look for patients who are waiting for their turn. Our appointment was at 11:50am, we were not called in till 12:20pm, Finally we asked about appointment and receptionist said “i called your name twice”!! We were sitting right in front of of her! (Check pics) Story doesn’t end here, after being called my wife waited 25 mins inside the doctor’s cabin before actually meeting a doctor. Anyways, overall poor experience!!!

My daughter had fever right before Christmas holiday. We had no appointment and it was the time that the clinic was about to close. The doctor still took us in and gave my daughter medicine. We really appreciate the kindness of the doctor.
