    Staff put me on hold for 25 minutes and I am teaching and don't have 25 minutes to waste holding on the phone. Staff have been there a long time and are very rude. Looking to switch doctors. I am ALWAYS on HOLD when I call this office. This place is crazy!!!! I informed a friend about a doctor taking new patients here and she was on hold for 20 minutes! She is not going to even consider this doctor because she was put on HOLD for so long!

    The definition of a money grab. Owner obviously wants your money and doesn't care about anything else. Completely disorganized and overbooked. They need 2x-3x the receptionists for the current patient volume. We had to wait 2hrs for our appointment. And another 30 minutes just to talk to a receptionist to cancel a future appointment. This clinic shows exactly what is broken with the system. Owner collects your tax money and is laughing all the way to the bank.

    The doctors and the staff have no sense of timeliness. Dr Sardana came to see me more than one hour late. Why set up appointments if you don’t respect the patients time - I can understand 10-15 minutes late but not over one hour??

    Most people are complaining about the wait time but it's not a big deal, you have to wait when in most clinics, specialists, medical/dential offices etc. I frequent this clinic with my family when needed, it's a hit or miss with wait times depending on the day of the week and time; just like any other place but anytime we've booked an apppointment they have usually been timely if not a bit of a wait. The service is great, doctors take their time with patients and are attentive; you don't feel rushed. Highly recommend! Aside from the Dynacare being only by appointments recently, the medical building itself has most services readily available for walk in which makes it well worth the wait; if there is any. But if you have the foresight/time definitely book an appointment

    Why are the doctors such as Dr Vesna R accepting still new patients?? It takes weeks to get an in person appointment with her. Each doctor should have their own fax machine, my pharmacist can’t even send a fax to the office as it is ALWAYS busy!! I get so much anxiety when I have to come into an in person appointment cause you never know how long it will take. One time I waited 2 hours and I had a scheduled appointment. I might as well go to the ER??

    Needed a walk-in clinic, claims open to 7, call at 5:35 and recorded message says, " sorry we're closed " ?? " contact reception directly " with no way to do so ?? I understand the reason for short hours but please make the necessary corrections to the information on Google and fix your recorded messages

    Try to avoid it if possible! Went there today for my toddler. He’s ear is bothering him and he had fever last night. Had a phone appointment yesterday but the doctor préfères to have me come in today. So his health card got charged twice. Went there for the appointment at 10:20. The waiting room was crowded like an emergency room. Patients weren’t moving at all. After waiting 20 min I asked the receptionist how long it’ll be and she said “oh you’re not here you’re in the branch facing our door!” I asked why they didn’t mention it earlier didn’t get an answer of course. Went to the other clinic and they said they’ve been calling for my kid for a while and even pinged the other branch. They took me inside right away. Had to wait another 30 min before the doctor came in and said my kid is ok no need to anything. I reiterated that he had a fever and didn’t get any response either… Funny thing is they’re still taking new patients. Not sure how they intend to accommodate the volume when the second waiting room was so crowded people didn’t have a place to sit…

    This place is horrible. I came first in clinic and booked appointment and then when I came on my appointment time. It took 30 mints to get me check in. There were patients after me who all got examined and I didn’t get my turn although I booked my appointment ahead. It took me an hour to get prepare examined even having appointment booked I will highly recommend not to go this clinic. Poor service poor staff.

    The personal is awful. We had an appointment on Saturday morning, took 2 buses to get there while I am 8-month pregnant. But our doctor didn’t come and nobody inform us about that before! It is unprofessional!

    The staff doesn't care of patients any needs. They are always late, behind on schedule and don't make any small effort to offer a good service. If you are in need to see a doctor, find another place.

    We meet Dr Bageria who is great, however the support system around him is bad. By support system I rather mean the reception. No issues with the nurses whatsoever. Wait times are horrible to start with. But again that is Ok considering that getting a GP is difficult. If you call the center for an appointment, 90% of the times you will be on hold and unsure how long till you get tired and hang up yourself and try again. Worst part of my experience was getting referred to a specialist. My son was referred to a specialist who apparently never received the referral or were missing some details in the referral or what not. I had to follow up at both the ends, doctor as well as specialist for almost a month till we got it sorted out and got the appointment with specialist. Well you might think it is a one off case.. nope. We wanted them to send referral to a dermatologist and were hoping it would get done. 2 weeks later I called them and guess what, now they tell me that the dermatologist is. It accepting new patients. Why couldn't they inform earlier. Again the doctor is good his support system is bad ;(

    For the X-Ray clinic... Front desk staff was great but the x-ray technician was not really nice to me and the and the lead or "anti-radiation" blanket was put on me improperly and was very very small. I did not feel protected at all. Please use bigger blankets. This thing was the size of a napkin.

    Came to this clinic to see Dr. Hamed Ghobti and had a great experience. Dr. Ghobti was able to diagnose me quickly, was thorough and funny. It make the experience so much better given how long I had been suffering in pain. He even provided treatment that day and I am feeling much better. I highly recommend his services as he diagnosed me that was missed by past specialists I have seen. The pharmacy at this clinic, is a little slow but they get the job done and I didn't encounter too many people in the waiting room as they space out their patients. I would definitely come back to see Dr. Ghobti again for his Physiatry services!

    Highly recommend this clinic. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly. Not a long waiting time at all! This location provided us with a rapid strep test which is what we needed.

    I was glad to have come here and found a walk-in clinic with reasonable wait time. They also have a medical lab and x-ray facility in the same place (we needed the x-ray for a suspected fracture so it was great to have it right there). I think some of the angry reviews on google have too high expectations from the staff or the time logistics....maybe they are busy and overwhelmed so let's focus on the positive side: a big walk in clinic with many doctors, many facilities, all new and modern. The doctor was patient and listened to all what we had to say. The x-ray technician was trying to be nice too. The receptionist didn't smile but hey it is fine! I totally recommend.

    The service was so bad! I took my three kids for a blood test and there was an old Phillipino woman was so bad and impatient and she did the blood test for my daughter so fast and aggressively and she doesn’t know how to deal with the kids. My 5 year old son was scared to do the test and she was so impatient to him that she decided to cancel the test on my son and saying it wasn’t her problem. There was also a young Asian woman that wasn’t patient when she was taking the information and she was rushing me. There was only one girl there that was nice and caring to the other patients and explained the procedures. I don’t know any of the names because they don’t put there names on the uniforms. It was a terrible experience and this was my first and my last time ever coming.

    My grandmother had an appointment with Dr.Vesna at 12:40 pm and I waited until 1:10 pm to find out she was eating lunch and socializing in the breakroom. That is Very inconsiderate and rude as they don’t understand that patients have jobs as well. No wonder why she’s losing clients.

    Always professional and understanding. It gets very busy here but all doctors are overwhelmed right now. I expect to wait but its never been extreme. They take very good care of you and I would never change it.
