Absolutely the worst and unprofessional clinic. The doctor is not helpful at all and refuses to listen and help. You are just a number to him to bill to the government which he actually quoted in person at the clinic. I do not understand how and why this place have such high rating. Would NEVER recommend this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I went to get a doctor's note for my work at this WALK-IN clinic. I got my note but was essentially told not to come back and instead go see my family doctor who doesn't do walk in appointments.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Salman. Not only did he lack basic respect for his patients, but his constant yelling and shouting created a hostile environment. It's disappointing to encounter a healthcare professional who behaves so unprofessionally. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Salman to anyone seeking a compassionate and respectful family doctor.

This clinic is awful Dr Augla was my family doctor, I was new to Canada so just picked the nearest one, When he gave My MRI result he didn’t put enough time even explain me just wanted to go for next patient, he wrote me an exam that when I got in my weekday and went they told me he didn’t understand the situation and I can’t give such this exam. at the end when I went to transfer, the administer told me that I should visit doctor then they can transfer my documents to new doctor even I asked again and she gave me such rude attitude when finally after 45 minutes I visit doctor he told me there is no need to see and I just need pay the money and that’s it.

I can not begin to express my disappointment with the abhorrent behavior and utter lack of professionalism displayed by Dr. Salman, during my recent experiences with him. From the moment I walked into his office, it was evident that his demeanor was far from that of a compassionate and caring medical professional. Dr. Salman's disrespectful behavior towards patients is simply inexcusable. During my visits, he consistently exhibited an alarming inclination to yell at both patients and his own colleagues. This not only created an uncomfortable and hostile environment but also undermined the trust and confidence I expected from a healthcare provider. His treatment of patients was particularly distressing. I observed him belittling and speaking condescendingly to individuals who sought his expertise and guidance. Instead of offering support, empathy, and understanding, he openly ridiculed their concerns and dismissed their questions with disdain. Such behavior demonstrates a complete disregard for the emotional well-being of patients and is completely unacceptable. A doctor's role is not solely limited to medical expertise; it also encompasses empathy, respect, and effective communication. Dr. Salman failed on all counts. His consistent outbursts and aggressive demeanor overshadow any medical knowledge he may possess, rendering his practice ineffective and harmful to the well-being of patients. I strongly advise anyone seeking medical care to steer clear of Dr. Salman's practice. His disrespectful and unprofessional conduct tarnishes the medical profession and falls far below the standard of care expected from a healthcare provider. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and Dr. Salman's behavior indicates a severe lack of these crucial qualities. In conclusion, Dr. Salman's disrespectful and yelling behavior towards patients and colleagues is utterly deplorable. Such unprofessional conduct undermines trust, compromises patient care, and is a disservice to the medical profession as a whole. I strongly urge individuals to seek care elsewhere and avoid subjecting themselves to the distress caused by Dr. Salman's abhorrent behavior.

The worst doctors office I have ever been to in my entire life! Absolutely do not go here if you are a woman experiencing any type of womens issues. I was brushed off for my issue and practically had to beg for a referral to an OBGYN. When I had my appointment with the OBGYN she pointed out that the doctor had put my age down wrong and basically zero information about the issues I was having. The doctor also never called to give me my ultrasound results, when it was written by the radiologist for me to have a follow up ultrasound performed. They never even answer the phones! I have never seen such incompetent receptionists in my life and the level of care I received from the doctor was bad enough that I put forth a complaint about him to the college of physicians. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!

My family and I, we have been going to this clinic since we moved to Oakville about 7 years ago, and we couldn't be happier we chose the right clinic and the right doctor. Dr. Salman Augla is a caring doctor, a doctor that actually cares for his patients. Again I am so glad we chose him to be our family doctor.

I have been a patient here since 2019. First of all, I have never had difficulty booking an appointment -- unlike my previous doctor's office (where I needed to wait 2 weeks to be seen). Secondly, Dr. Augla has taken every one of my health concerns seriously and either sent me for additional tests, or prescribed the necessary pharmaceuticals. And most importantly, he and his staff have always treated me with professionalism, kindness, and respect. I highly recommend this clinic.

I cannot express the disappointment and disgust from this office. In the world of inclusivity and acceptance WOW, what a dissapointment and sad that the doctor has zero emotional intelligence. My daughter came to this office , was dismissed if you are causican do not go , discrimination at this office

We had a really great experience at the Shepard walk-in clinic. The front desk person, doctor and pharmacist were all very kind and professional. The clinic was very clean and the doctor was very thorough.

If I can give more than 5 stars I would, Dr Aghla is an amazing doctor every time we visit gave more than enough time for my kids plus he is playing and joking with them My 2 children love him and I really recommend Dr Aghla to you guys

Was looking for a new doctor and no luck. Saw a doctor today (February 2) and am told to check other walk-in clinics ( doctors are not taking new patients).

The worst experience for me ever, the existing doctor needs to learn respect and humanity above all. A greedy man, his relationship with medicine is poor, and he only cares about the money he gets.

Never answer to the email, doctor Shepherd tell me to send email so I did so, but now passed one month I did not receive any answer. I need this document and I am also good if he cannot sign that for me but either I need a response, because there is a ddl for other people, maybe not for him. I was last person that day so I can see he is in a very hurry. I believe as a doctor, there is a responsibility to at least give responses to peopel who are waiting for it. If he cannot answer emails, then why tell me to sent. Otherwise was a nice person when I went there before, just this last time makes me very unhappy.

One of the most knowledgeable doctors I have ever seen in my life. He is also so kind and caring. No long wait times is also a plus. Highly recommended.

Looks like if your not the same ethnic background as the male doctor working there and if your female .....well your not going to get care from this person. Took my daughter who was very sick and he said nothing is wrong with her. This doctor needs his license taken away . He put her and our whole family at risk. Took daughter to another walkin next day Sunday. She has 2 raging ear infections, sinus infection and strep throat. I will be reporting you !!!! The doctor at the other clinic said she would have been like this when he saw her on Saturday but dismissed her .

Save yourself frustration and avoid this clinic. The doctor is rude and unprofessional. The staff is ignorant of their practices. I phoned this clinic in advance of my husband bringing in our kids. I specifically explained the reason for why we needed to come and asked if they provide that service. The person who answered the phone checked with someone and confirmed that they do. However, after waiting for 45 minutes to see the doctor, the doctor said he does not provide that service. The doctor was insolent and just walked out of the exam room. Neither did he or anyone apologize for wasting our time. I then phoned the clinic and spoke with the doctor. He was rude even to me and abruptly ended the call.

Our (my partner, my newborn, and I) first appointment went great, staff was wonderful, and so was the doctor. Doc scheduled us for a second appointment as a follow up for our newborn. One of the staff members (different lady from the first time) wouldn't accept baby's certificate. As he's a newborn his actual health card hadn't arrived just yet. When we went in to see the doc he straight up asked why we were there and that we didn't have to be there until his second month for shots. We were told at hospital to monitor his height and weight and food intake to make sure he's growing healthily. But clearly not something this doc was interested in. Fast forward today, my infants third appointment (the one at month 2 for his shot). We reached the office and were told by the pharmacy staff that none of the staff nor doc is in at this time. Doc is on vacation and staff left by noon. If we want to see them to come back the next day before noon. Common courtesy would have been for staff to contact us to reschedule our appointment. But not me nor my partner have received a call from them. As you can see we have been with them for 2 months now, and we are leaving just as quickly as we've registered. Not interested in a doc and staff who's interest does not lie with their patients. I can forgive messing up my appointment, I can forgive messing up my partner's appointment. I cannot and will not forgive messing up my newborn's appointment.
