I
have
been
coming
to
this
clinic
for
years
and
in
the
last
2
years
the
service
was
declining,
nevertheless
because
I
live
2
min
away
I
kept
coming
till
today.
Beware
of
the
receptionist
called
Erin
-
like
other
reviewers
have
mentioned
she
is
rude,
horrible
customer
service,
condescending,
no
manners,
and
she
kept
gesturing
at
me
as
if
I
don’t
understand
what
she
was
saying.
First
she
made
me
wait
for
10
min
while
I
was
standing
in
front
of
her
-
she
didn’t
look
up,
didn’t
say
hi,
she
stood
from
her
chair
a
few
times,
shuffled
some
papers
and
sat
back,
went
outside,
came
back
-
zero
attention
to
me
standing
right
in
front
of
her
window.
Then
she
said
she
can’t
register
my
daughter
until
she
sees
her,
and
I
have
explained
that
I
have
done
this
multiple
times
when
I
bring
the
health
card
to
register
and
my
daughter
is
two
min
away,
so
I
don’t
have
to
make
her
wait
with
fever
for
hours
in
the
lobby.
She
YELLED
at
me
and
said
she
can’t
register
until
she
sees
my
daughter,
I
asked
if
this
was
some
kind
of
rule
that
was
explained
maybe
in
their
documents.
Then
Dr
May
who
was
a
physician
on
duty
to
my
surprise
YELLED
at
me
as
well
and
said
‘we
don’t
do
that
anymore’
-
wow,
bravo
Dr
May
and
Erin
whatever
your
position
is,
I
definitely
will
never
come
to
this
Center
again.
It’s
unfortunate
but
for
the
best
-
I
went
to
the
Palms
medical
centre
which
is
just
a
few
min
away,
and
honestly
the
doctor
and
the
receptionist
there
were
fabulous,
HIGHLY
recommend!
And
to
the
management
of
Speers
Walk
in
clinic
-
please
pay
attention
to
who
you
hire
and
how
they
treat
people,
and
those
who
can’t
work
with
people
should
not
be
there
dealing
with
patients.
