I transferred to this practice circa 2002, when Dr. Kerr, my M.D., transferred here from his former practice, where I was his patient. Dr. Kerr retired several years ago and I never adjusted to the new setup. Within a 5 day period I received 3 text and 3 telephone computerized reminders before my appointment which was the last straw, because I had told them prior that I didn't want, or need, any reminders. Any appointments made are immediately put in the Calendar app. in my Smart Phone. The office manager (Dina) did NOT adhere to my request. This was an indication that it was time to move on and invoke an exit strategy, which I have done, with no regrets. ☆☆Move on from any association where you are not respected and taken seriously.

I am very happy that I found this great doctor! My last doctor retired and I was faced with finding a new GP. I found Dr. Iskander and I am very happy with his approach. He is very professional and has a very understanding and caring attitude toward his patients!

Dr. George Iskander is a very cool , caring and compassionate Doctor. I am so glad that he is now my doctor. All of his staff is very professional caring and accommodating. This place is not professional, I had 3 emails a text and a phone call all stating I would be seeing Dr. Guirguis. Once at my appointment the receptionist told me guirgus is not excepting new patients and treated me very poorly about it. I agreed to see Dr. Iskander and fully regret this during are meet and great the man did not make eye contact with me once, he had no compassion for my mental health. After getting test results back saying there is no issue he refused to try any other test to find the problem and finds it perfectly normal and exceptaple one of his patents is having breathing issues. Most doctors would want to help people and try and solve the problem this is not one of them.

The administration and every staff at the clinic are all super! understanding, professional and actively listen. Dr. Iskander is our family physician, wonderful on all levels, we know we are in excellent hands! My kids say he is their super hero! he listens and doesn't dismiss their concerns. Dr. Iskander is an asset to our Healthcare system.

I tried going over but despite being registered they refused to see me saying that I had to book appointment. They did not even try to accommodate me. If the receptionist had tried and said that nothing is available, I would not have given the rating. I think they are happy with patient inflow and don’t care about individual circumstances.

Making me pay $70 to transfer my medical records to my new doctor with a USB. I told them to send it electronically but their staff doesn't know how to do that securely in 2023. Lol.

We live in the neighbourhood and have been visiting this clinic for nearly 10 years now. Always a good experience and very handy to have this medical practice nearby when required.

I come here very often as Dr.Markos is my family doctor, but today when I went in for my appointment I was racially profiled by a younger blonde nurse. I did not appreciate her attitude or her dirty looks and laughs as she was looking at me. I do enjoy seeing Dr.Markos and the older nurses who have been there since I was young.

Friendly , knowledgeable staff. Very responsive and accommodating. I have a lot of faith and trust in Doctor Morkos. I’ve been a patient of the clinic since it opened and stayed loyal even after I moved 50 km away. One of the few clinics to remain open during the difficult Covid times. Always greeted with Cindy’s friendly welcoming smile. Highly recommend this clinic as you can get all your answers at one spot.They also have a laboratory at the clinic with great service. I want to thank all the staff for everything they have done for me and my family.It’s great to know that your health is in the hands of people who really care about you. Big thanks to you all!

My family and I have been patients at Abbey Medical Centre for 25 years: Dr. Mittler, Dr. Kerr and now Dr. Morcos and each transition has been smooth, and services improved. Because of Dr. Morcos' care and thoroughness, we've remained patients at the clinic after moving from Oakville to downtown Toronto. Kindness of receptions and willingness to assist are above standard expectations even when clinic is super busy. Must admit, the only person I do not feel tense when taking a blood test is by a nurse there. I do recommend the Abbey Medical Center with full trust.

My parents are being looked after at Abbey Medical Centre. Their doctor is Dr. George Iskander. This doctor is very thorough, kind, and has one of the best bedside manners. This place is insane. I made 30 phone calls this morning. No answer or the receptionist hang up as soon as she spoke the first word.

Dr George Iskander is courteous, compassionate and attentive. I have diabetic complications and visit Abbey Medical often. I am happy I found a physician who actually listens. I feel well taken care of. Moreover, the staff are friendly and polite.

Dr Iskander is extremely professional and a has a kind ear. He is also clearly experienced with the needs of longterm mental health concerns from the perspective of a GP.

Our family are newcomers to Oakville. When we looked for a family doctor, we found Abbey Medical Centre, and the staff are very friendly to us. Our family doctor, Dr. George Iskander, is professional and patient. Sometimes, I cannot explain the symptoms correctly by English, but he is very nice to assist me to translate by app. My kid has an allergy, so he recommends a special allergy medical center to us in time. He helps us to control the allergy and gives my kid injection weekly. As a mother who moved to the new city and country, I’m lucky to have met Abby Medical Centre and Dr George. They support me in healthcare and make me have more confidence to raise my children. And also, love this place.
